Hi Joyce, We utilize a sophisticated print technology which allows for a very flexible and accurate rendering of customer designs at a fraction of the cost you might pay for custom items at a standard print shop. As an intricate part of our time-tested production process, each printed design is treated to fix and protect the image from the elements. As with all print mediums, however, colors and images are not totally invulnerable to high levels of wear or heat, and frequent exposure to either will accelerate deterioration of any printed image over time. To prolong the life of your product we recommend the following: 1. Turn apparel inside out (so that the print is on the inside) before washing 2. Wash in cold water 3. Hang dry Thank you, Christine
