I was charged 12. 47 on July 29 and I have no idea what it is it wasn't me somebody must've gotten a hold of my credit card number can you help me

They charge you for a VIP Membership each month. I found that out today when I emailed them and I had to get ugly with them. They charged me 14.99 for 2 months straight. I made them refund me immediately for both charges.
