You will generally be told you cannot cancel an order but a squeaky wheel gets the grease so call and ask.

Before your items are shipped, you can cancel as long as you give them a good reason. I canceled mine once cause I reordered the same item with different size.

I have tried a number of times to cancel an order and no matter what the status says they ALWAYS tell me it is too late to cancel. My guess would be no. All the items I've wanted to return I've been told I can't. Sooo, if you place an order you better be sure you want it!

I'm not sure. They did allow me to return my purchases, but I know I won't order from them anymore. Maybe if you catch it before it ships you can. It took several weeks for my order to get here. Definitely worth a try

Depending when you want to cancel, their customer service # is 877-779-5615. If it's within a reasonable time frame, they should accommodate your request.

Nope. But call them and tell them you stopped payment on the credit card.

I'm not sure if you can cancel your order. I hope you can cause now they have your payment for whatever you ordered and it might be a hassle. Wish you best of luck!

I tried cancelling with no luck but if it's in the system it might be very hard to do this. Good Luck.

If they haven't shipped yet, you may have a chance to cancel, not sure... TRY ASAP!
