I bought boots didn't fit plus the back of the boots had buttons they fell off no return at all. Worst company ever ever

No but you my not get them in the near future, and find out if they are returnable, poor customer service. Ordered winter coats for my grandsons, "they were in stock" supposedly. One came, almost two months later the other never did! I cancelled the order because I bought it at a nearby store. They advertise they have the stuff, but in reality they do not!.

I have bought 4 pairs of shoes & have never had a problem. I have 2 on order right now, & by checking the shipping times I'll know exactly when to expect them.

Only order a brand you know and have worn before. Otherwise, you may be stuck with something that doesn't fit.

Yes, I did and they were not true to size as per their sizing chart. Fortunately they fit my daughter. I know that this company does not accept returns and when you inquire about returning their representative will tell you that you should donate to a charity and they will refund you. Of course on an item I couldn't give to anyone quality, material, style didn't match photo of item. At this point I requested return/refund and they stated they would refund my account and they never did it. So be careful of what you do order.

I didn't. Make sure it's returnable when you order. Shipping time is horrible, along with their refund process

I buy shoes all the time' for myself & family members. Sometimes they may not exactly fit the way I would want them to but you run across the same thing in the store. So there cheap enough give them to someone else or sale them. Not a big deal.

I have, and I have not had good luck. The first pair appeared to be two sizes smaller than what they said. I ordered some walking shoes that have no support whatsoever. I have also bought some shoes that were just right. It is hit or miss, but since, you cannot return them it really is too much of a gamble.

Yes I have been buying shoes from zulily since my granddaughter was 1yr old and I have never had a problem with any of the product so far its great

I still buy shoes usually true to size, clothes are cut very small so i no longer purchase. Also bought some silver earrings, were not true silver, became tarnished and tried to clean, turned pink!
