I bought boots didn't fit plus the back of the boots had buttons they fell off no return at all. Worst company ever ever

No but you my not get them in the near future, and find out if they are returnable, poor customer service. Ordered winter coats for my grandsons, "they were in stock" supposedly. One came, almost two months later the other never did! I cancelled the order because I bought it at a nearby store. They advertise they have the stuff, but in reality they do not!.

I have bought 4 pairs of shoes & have never had a problem. I have 2 on order right now, & by checking the shipping times I'll know exactly when to expect them.

Only order a brand you know and have worn before. Otherwise, you may be stuck with something that doesn't fit.

Yes, I did and they were not true to size as per their sizing chart. Fortunately they fit my daughter. I know that this company does not accept returns and when you inquire about returning their representative will tell you that you should donate to a charity and they will refund you. Of course on an item I couldn't give to anyone quality, material, style didn't match photo of item. At this point I requested return/refund and they stated they would refund my account and they never did it. So be careful of what you do order.

I didn't. Make sure it's returnable when you order. Shipping time is horrible, along with their refund process

I buy shoes all the time' for myself & family members. Sometimes they may not exactly fit the way I would want them to but you run across the same thing in the store. So there cheap enough give them to someone else or sale them. Not a big deal.

I have, and I have not had good luck. The first pair appeared to be two sizes smaller than what they said. I ordered some walking shoes that have no support whatsoever. I have also bought some shoes that were just right. It is hit or miss, but since, you cannot return them it really is too much of a gamble.

I still buy shoes usually true to size, clothes are cut very small so i no longer purchase. Also bought some silver earrings, were not true silver, became tarnished and tried to clean, turned pink!

Yes, I bought cheap knock off Ugg type boots- they serve the purpose of being an easy slip on in the cold winter months, but I could never wear them outside in the snow or get them wet. You get what you pay for!

Brand name shoes carry the quality of the brand name. Off brand and cheap kids shoes are just that, cheap. Two pair of shoes for my daughter had foam soles. She wore through them immediately.

I got some SoftSpots (a brand I'm familiar with) and they arrived within 2 weeks and were even the right size. Also about 30% cheaper than other online storess. The key is to know the brand and their sizing. (OTOH, I've gotten other items where the sizing was off and not good quality.) Just know what you're getting, as you cannot normally return them.

If you know the brand and if you think its cheaper than any site or the brand website itself then go ahead. I bought a shoes from never heard brand and it ends up in my closet sleeping i pay for $30 boots and when it arrives the quality is so poor that i feel embarass to wear it outside. Lesson learned. Mostly when they put a cheap branded shoes, ill go to the website itself first because most of the time theyre also on sale. I rather choose the brand site atleast they ship it quick and the price is the same plus you can get discount sent to your email. Goodluck!

Yes i have and loved them. Not sure why they get complaints it is a great sight. Just keep in mind that if u pay $10 for something you cant expect it to be $100 item

I bought some moccasins for my daughter and they are super cheap. Totally not what I expected. Only buy shoes from designers you know and are familiar with sizing. Otherwise it is a waste of money.
