on 8/27/13If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
I am finding that the sizes vary considerably between brands. It's a crap shoot at best.
I doubt it but you can email their CS and ask. Zulily is not a warehouse with inventory
Yes, i have had items take from 2 1/2 weeks to 10 weeks and the quality is shoddy. Best to just stay away.
Amen to above
I can't answer your question.
I cancelled an order saying I was going on holiday and the item wouldn't get here on time to be of any use. If your order is still being processed it shouldn't be a problem
I actually did cancel my order, ten days after placing it. Zulily credited my account within 24 hours, no questions asked. I just went onto 'orders', checked that the items hadn't been despatched, e-mailed 'customer service' with details of items and said that as the stuff hadn't been despatched would it be possible to have a refund. They gave me my money back into my account within 24-hours. You have to check first - once the goods are on their way to their UK despatcher, it may be too late. My items hadn't left the manufacturer; I think that's the criteria.
I have cancelled an order without any problems. I think I just dealt with their 'help' function, not sure, but somehow I made it work.
I ordered two items. One was way too small and badly dyed, but Zulily has a No Returns Policy, so I'm stuck with it. The other item was sized correctly.
It would be easier to just wait for a new granddaughter to fill those shoes.
I stopped ordering after I got a purse that looked like it was made of craft foam. To date I have been able to find anything they offer or better by checking other websites that have actual return policies. I didn't mind the wait I minded the crap in the box when it arrived. Clothing was a hit or miss and the few times I ordered clothes they were not the correct size or even the brand ordered.
You might find a friend with a child a little younger to sell them to. Or you might use the Children's Consignment Resell Stores in your town. If they are new they should sell fast.

I experienced inaccurate sizing enough times that my rule of thumb now is to never order clothing from Zulily unless it's a brand I know and have worn before. Period. That's the only way to avoid spending money for essentially nothing. This means I don't buy many clothes from them, since most of their clothing is obscure brands that no one else even carries.
I couldn't return my stuff. They have a horrible return policy. I will not buy anything from them ever again.
Read the fine print... once you order... it's yours. Maybe someone ought to start a website for people who want to resell their Zulily rejects.
Obviously the shoes are for children who's feet have been bound (an old custom). Returns can happen, but each pair of shoes will need to be sent separate and to a different address, AND it will end up costing you more than you paid. Lesson learned... donate to your local homeless shelter.
If I were you I would not order anything for Zulily. They do false advertisement and very poor service across the board.
I had negative experience with this company as well, I canceled my account with them because of it. Due to promise of receiving a refund from them that I never received. Baby items that I ordered from them were great, but when I ordered some things for myself not true to size even after following size chart and knowing my size as well didn't help. Good luck!
Yeah because it is sent from CHINA.
They don't exchange. They tell you that in the beginning. No where else can you get these prices.
Yes they don't take returns at all that is one more reason not to order from them
I ordered what looked like beautiful summer shirts from this site. They came weeks after they said would be delivered. Looked nothing like the pictures. Extremely cheap material. Would never order from them again. AND, no return policy.
I still won't order from them again. There are too many good places to shop on line where you don't have to write letters of complaint to get the deserved customer service. Rue LaLa, for example, gives excellent customer service!
Orders placed on the Zulily site must be fulfilled by the original manufacturer first, before the items are even shipped out to the customers. Zulily does not stock an inventory of items they have available for sale. Typically, 48 hours after a sale ends, the mfg ships the orders to Zulily's warehouse, at which time their customer's orders are processed and shipped. Shipping via UPS ground by either party can add up to 20 days in shipping time... which explains the massive shipping delays.
Concerning poor quality, Zulily ships out to its customers exactly what they receive from the manufacturers advertising on their site... Z is simply the middleman.
I recently placed an order w/Zulily. A month later... still o order. Then, to top it off, I check my bank account and they charged my card 175 times! I am without product and without my money! I am getting the runaround from them!
Placed my first order from Zulily 2 weeks ago for $59.91 and just checked my online bank statement and was charged twice for my order. Will not order from there again and do not recommend it.
Your site said if I shared your website to my fiend and they order something from your site I will get 20usd. How much money should my friend spent so I can claim my 20usd? Thx
Do the sell the real thing or fakes?
I had free shipping last wkend after first order on Friday yet I was charged shipping twice. I should not be charged the shipping on order #511569941. PLease straighten this out before charging my acct.
This post is from 2013. As of about 2 months ago, Zulily started accepting returns for most items. Each item states whether or not they accept returns for the item, and so far, everything I've looked at qualifies for returns.
To all those complaining about the extended shipping times please read this.
Zulily clearly stated the expected timeframe of the orders in a nice, easy to understand infographic. A few weeks is about standard for this type of site. To summarize how these sites work:
1. A manufacturer, liquidator, wholesaler etc. notifies Zulily that they have some merchandise to sell at a very low price.
2. Zulily puts the sale up on their website.
3. Once the sale is over Zulily totals all of their orders and places the aggregate order with the supplier.
4, The products are shipped to Zulily.
5. Zulily repackages the products and ships them to the individual customers.
This process takes time but is fully disclosed. Thie is the price you pay for such a good price. It's your choice whether to participate or not - do not order from Zulily and then complain about their process.
