I placed and order on April 25, and you are still processing the order, I wanted the items for a destination wedding, I will not receive these items in time, I find this very uncacceptable, I could have bought similar items elsewhere and received them by now, this is unacceptable. Why the hold up? It would be nice to hear from you as to when I will receive the items. Not sure I will shop on this site again, by the time I receive the items they will be out of style. Just sayin,

Glenda F- I think the reason for 5-6 delivery is because everything comes fro China. Duh, would NEVER order from Zulily again. As well, the blouse I ordered was CRAP!

My 1st and last order did NOT come with a confirmation mail. I had to contact them and was told the merchandise comes from fulfillment house & once it gets to Zulily, they would send a shipping notice... which never arrived. The totally disappointing bras arrived 5 days later and I had to throw them out! Cheap crap and service!

I gave a poor review to Zulily for similar reasons. Unfortunately, you are probably up a creek and will be stuck with something too late that you have no use for. Write it off as a learning experience because most Zulily sales are final.

Yes I know what your talking about they will not cancel or give you credit it happened to me. I know they will not accept returns. I really don't know how they are still in business the worse company ever.

Best thing to do is contact customer service. Some of their vendors take a longer time than others. It's not necessarily about whether the vendor is in China. Of you contact customer service they may be able to issue a refund and/or give you more information about the shipment. It is noted that shipping takes a while, each item, when pulled up has a delivery time frame noted.

I have been dealing with Zulily for quite a while. A couple of years. Their clothes are ok. I actually have a linen dress i love. However, a jacket i bought fron the same line, in the same color, is slightly dissimilar. Hardly noticeable. A pair of leggings much shorter than the image, another pair not shiny like the one in the ad. Also - they often dont give full view, and often use mannequins for models. Hard to asses items. Also, few back views and no cleaning details or leg lengths. I dont order for special events, just for uniqueness. Wont say i wont buy frm them again, but i have grown wary. The bra set of 6 - chheeeap! In all fairness, they did actually refund my money once, so i will just say, if u order, do so with caution.and last but maybe most important, products that come from china, are of the poorest quality. Id rather pay more for good quality.

You probably won't receive it in time. So, write zulily a letter telling them how unhappy you are. I did and received a full refund. The dress I ordered was awful and unwearable after waiting 8 weeks to receive it. Don't buy from them!

You get great discounts from this company. If you need them right away don't order. I have had great luck with these website. Very few disappointments. They will tell you how their website works. You should check it out.

I agree it is unacceptable however, this company stated to me that it takes long to receive items because the consumer is receiving it at such a low cost. Yay does that make sense to you, me either. Either you have the item or you don't. I would say you would have better luck buying what your looking for at a store where you can walk in and see the item.

They disclose how they operate on their website. They 'collect' orders to get a 'rate' from suppliers, then dispense. It is definitely NOT a place to shop if there is a deadline. This issue is not the deal breaker in my opinion. It's the lack of quality for most items.

Zulily offers discounted merchandise by shipping in bulk, which sometimes means weeks or even months before the item(s) ships. Somewhere in the item description, or at checkout (I forget which), Zulily does tell the customer how long it will take to ship. Sometimes that wait time is long, but I've always found it to be accurate/honest. If it's too long for my needs, I go elsewhere, but Zulily is great for good-price-no-hurry orders.

However, I have needed to contact customer service twice, and each I time I received no response. In each case I ended up able to answer my own question, but that's not really the point... As the previous poster mentioned, though, Zuliliy almost never accepts returns (at least as far as I know). Good luck!

I hope it works out you can return the items as they did not arrive in time. I would call customer service and explain your situation. Yet another reason I will not shop there again.
