I purchased some creams the other day and someone was telling me that those are fake creams not really the brand you claim it is. Is this possible that a serious company like Zulily would screw their clients with somehting like that?

Zulily is the middle man. The main company offers their product on that web site. Zulily takes the order. Then the main company ship the product to Zulily. This is one reason why the shipping time is longer than normal. This is why what you order can't be returned. If you doubt the product check it out with the stores that sell that product. I have never found anything wrong with the products I have received. With so many customers they would have been found out by now.
