on 5/11/15Wrong size, no return policy. Beware don't order from them
I know it's extremely tempting to order from Zulily because they have an attractive website, but it's all very misleading. PLEASE do not support this company, you are better off taking your business elsewhere!
You do not want to buy from these people. Their sizes are screwed up, they are hostile to returns, their photographs are misleading and they take forever.
Yes, I found them to be totally a rip off. Poor quality and even poorer customer service. Takes forever for your items to ship. Marshalls, Target or TJs has stuff that is just as nice, if not nicer, and they do returns. Zulilly doesn't.
NO, don't do it. They charge your account immediately and it takes forever (literally, forever) to get what you ordered. No returns. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never, ever order from Zulily again... did I say never, ever? Everybody can't be wrong!
Well, this is a dilemma that most designers struggle with. The majority of women have different displacement of weight. So, if you are a size 16 and on the thresholsd of an 18. You would have to take into consideration you most gifted areas. A good rule of thumb while observing a new name brand size chart, would be to measure your bust at the fullest point. Than measure your waist than hips. Most women can not follow the chart straight across. No worries. Find the cross point where you start with your bust size and finish with your hip size. Where the center closest to crossing the waist size. This is the size you order. I have a larger bust size than waist or hips. Solution, a belt. Once Zulily spots your figure style. Suggested fashions will be offered at the bottom of your screen. And have fun doing this. All shapes and sizes are beautiful.
Not my experience. Cancellation is offered if they don't meet the expected shipping date. Wait if you want, but you don't have to.
Why are you talking TO zulily? They aren't on here of course! This is not thier site it is sitejabber.
It seems most everything is "last year" or "a little damaged or not quite right". I do buy clothes for my grandbabies but order a size up because usually the sizes are not correct. Only buy brands you are familiar with or at the least search the internet for the product/company.
I certainly would not order from them ever again. Wrong sizing, items do not appear as shown and it took a long time to get them.
I'd say it's hit or miss. Obviously I've had some bad experiences with them, which prompted my review, but I haven't given up completely. I have gotten some good stuff for good prices over the years. Since I am a liberal online shopper, and since I'm willing to take a gamble on certain things, I will continue to order from them probably. But beware of brands you don't know and shoes or swim suits that you can't return (because the sizing is often off). And never use Zulily to buy gifts.
I'd only order a brand you are familiar with from them so you know sizing will be accurate and you know what kind of quality you are getting. Shipping can be slow - especially considering the shipping rates they charge. Their customer service is bad. I had a shipping issue once and was told it was between me and UPS! So I had to file my own claim with UPS and coordinate my own refund which was a hassle. Zulily did eventually end up refunding me approx 2 weeks later.
Women's sizes are not accurate and their return policies are not good at all! Was not a happy customer.
If you have any doubts, don't order!
Yes, I found that as well. I stopped ordering women's clothes after the second time I recieved a dress. All of their sized are messed up. The baby clothes were fine, but it did take ages to get it. I really wouldn't recommend vying women's clothes from them
