Zulily is not a manufacturer. They are a middleman that works with multiple vendors getting a piece of the transactions. They do not inventory that is why it takes years to receive items...

By the looks and quality of their merchandise (beyond poor) it would not surprise me, but I do not know the answer. You could ask Zulily, but doubt you would get an honest answer.

Hello - I've been ordering from them for a couple of years and have no complaints. Some items came from small stores within the US, others from Europe, others from China, etc. It depends - I never received any damaged goods and most of the items have arrived within the time frame explained on the website. I've only reeived 02 items that arrived in the wrong size but I was able to exchange them with no problems. I'm always shopping ahead of time so I'm never in a hurry to receive anything. If you're like me you've come to the right website. They have tons of great stuff - just be sure to read the info and check the photos - if the picture shows a sheer blouse it will be like that, if the explanations says that items run small, they do so simply buy a larger size. I love Zulily! Hope this info helps...

I have been really happy with all my purchases. Delivery is well tracked and often earlier than originally estimated. The items are shipped from America and for country of origin check the labels. I have been very careful in my purchases and so far really pleased with beautiful clothes at great prices.

I agree with the above post. The quality is horrible and the company is really shady. No telling where the stuff comes from but it's not good.

I had a great service from them last year but having made a dreadful error with my order took a great deal of time to grt my money back. Furthetmore my order was wrong and i had tk return the items. Great customer service in the off peak time but i think it has changed now not for the better. I did order things last year and because of a no return policy kept the items. This time returned the items to the warehouse and I eventually got a refund.

Hi Farid. My orders are typically shipped from Ohio. When I've had to correspond with customer service their address is at the bottom of the email and shows Seattle, Washington. I believe I've had a shipment that originated from WA as well.
They do offer items that are shipped from outside the US but I haven't seen anything from Bangladesh. Mostly it is Italy, Poland or the UK. If the item is shipping from another country they include that in the description. Sometimes it's as long as 3-4 weeks shipping time. Most everything I've ordered has come in earlier than their estimate. Sometimes a week earlier and sometimes a few days. They package and ship when they receive the products from their vendors.

I don't know... the stuff I ordered was from China. It looks great in the picture... when you get the items, they look cheaper than what you would buy from Walmart. I will never order from them again.

Everytime I order my order# come from Seattle in u. S
And Vancouver in Canada. Everything comes from all over to these facilities and that is why you wait a a little longer for your stuff.

Zulily does have some warehouse items. But since they deal with multiple companies globally, they offer items from just about anywhere. They advertise to the Zulily customer base, for companies around the world. So an item may come from Bangladeshi.

The items come from all over. They are shipped from whatever retailer they use for that particular event, then when the item comes to their warehouse. Once it is their warehouse here in the US (Ohio, Seattle, etc.), it is shipped from that warehouse to you. It is very hard to find out where the item originates. Some of the items that are name brands that you have heard of probably do come from the US. I would guess that the unknown brands could possibly come from out of the country. The unknown clothing items the I have ordered are much cheaper looking than they make them appear in the pictures. They are also not very well made and the sizing is way off. I must say that when I order name brand stuff, it has been fine other than taking a long time to ship. Most of the time though when I see a name brand item and I Google that same item on another site I can get it for about the same price, but I don't have to wait so long for shipping.

Hello Farid.
Dec. 2015 or Jan. 2016 Watched an interview of Zulily "Talking Head" from a New York news report (don't recall whom)
Subject: High volume of customer complaints about delayed deliveries

Don't remember exact quote but along the lines

Many of Zulily's unique Vendor's are "mostly"
"Small US Mom&Pop" not used to high volume demands
Late deliveries to Zulily are late deliveries to customers.
My problem... why is Zulily pushing extra$ for rapid deliveries?
Plus-"Buy now to get in time before Christmas"

Really should include:
"Expensive Faster Delivery Payments never guaranteed to be faster or delivered on time"

My complaints to them never clearly explained 1-2 month delays
This bit made it clear to me that I better order from Macy's just in case.
Hope my answer helps
