Why are there so many complaints about your shipping times?

To be fair, they do explain shipping delays on the site. My understanding of the reason is they wait for all the orders to come in, then go to the manufacturer or supplier with the total order, the supplier sends to Zulily, and Zulily then sends on to the customer. I believe I had the fastest turnaround delivery with a recent order of SoftSpot shoes, with about 2 weeks from the time I ordered. Another thing, it just seems to me that orders from known suppliers seem to move faster.

The answer about waiting time and having enough shipments is true. However, the amount they charge for shipping is high. I had an experience with a package not being delivered. They eventually did credit me, but I was the one who had to jump through all the hoops with ups, and it took 2 wks to get refunded. In my opinion, it's not worth the discounts. Order from somewhere else :)

I ordered a Christmas present in mid November with guaranteed christmas delivery. I called over the weeks and the promised arrival. Around 4:00 on Christmas eve the guarantee came off one of the items. Still today the other item sits on my account showing guaranteed for Christmas! Prices are good, you are willing to wait months or never get what you ordered! Do not count on this company

Again, they ship from CHINA. Not the United States. I waited 4 months. You are better off shopping locally than this scam place.

They take forever I waited as long as 3 weeks, it is explained on their site that because you are supposedly getting a steep discount on their website that it takes longer to receive. Makes no sense, but that's what I read.

You are getting things 50, 60, 70, and sometimes 80 percent off. The reason you have to wait is because they have to have enough orders for that item(s) to ship them. You can't exchange but I had received a broken necklace and they replaced it for no charge. If you don't want to wait order where you will pay a lot more. I have had excellent luck with them.
