Why aren't you going to the zulily site to ask THEM? Why are you asking the people on sitejabber?

WHY ARE YOU ASKING THIS? Since zulily never refunds money! And even though thier size charts are sometimes meaningless.

I have also purchased quilt sets, decent quality and great price. You will need dust ruffles, as they are comforter size.

You can go online to your Zulily account and pull up your transaction history. From there under each item in a particular transaction are two options, one to review the product and the other to return. Click return and you will be forwarded to a page that should walk you through step-by-step on how to print a return mailing label from your printer. If you do not have access to a printer I would advise calling customer service as I believe they will send you one once you have requested. Hope this helps!

Call them they are easy to work with. I had a similar situation with great results.

Very difficult to next to impossible to return for refund. They will give you a hard time and tell you they will give you a credit towards next purchase.
