I ordered from zulily nov and haven't received my order yet they took my money but no items and took tracking number. Off computer
Zulily is the middle man. The main company offers their product on that web site. Zulily takes the order. Then the main company ship the product to Zulily. This is one reason why the shipping time is longer than normal. This is why what you order can't be returned. If you doubt the product check it out with the stores that sell that product. I have never found anything wrong with the products I have received. With so many customers they would have been found out by now.
Zulily does not house most of its inventory. Most things need to be shipped to them first. When you order from them, you should expect that it will take longer than when you order from an actual store. I have ordered many things. Twice Zulily could not get the product and cancelled my order. Both times, they refunded my money and gave me extra store credit for my inconvenience. The sizes vary depending on the brands you purchase. If you are in a hurry to get an item or can't afford to take a risk, it may not be a good company for you. If you have time to wait & can withstand the risk you may find some good deals. Dresses, tops, legging, & home goods are pretty safe purchases. Remember you aren't going to pay $20.00 &receive a $300.00 designer garment.
