Zulily is for Chinese people. Sizes are way off. No wonder they say no return! They are getting rich quick. Ordered a coat size one plus. When it came, the sleeves are too short, coat looks cheap with dumb zippers on the sleeves! This coat is maybe a small? Leggings I ordered do not give. What a ripoff! Wonder if i will get a refund? Store credit, people would like to get their money back rather than shop again and have another bad experience.
I have returned items and did get a store credit. There is a charge for returning an item.
Sometimes you have to wait for your purchase to arrive to Zulily from a 3rd party. Zulily offers such wonderful prices, it's worth the wait. Some items offer express shipping with a little arrow letting you know it will be shipped the following day.
After cancel your order, you will not see your money back to your bank account too. They captured $188.7 from my bank account when I click "confirm order". Then only one day after that I cancelled my order as Zulily is not a reliable site to shop. They helped to cancel my order immediately but never refund my money back to my account. I have been waiting nearly 30 days (from 11 April until now, 7 May 2017) but my $188.7 doesn't return back to my account. Whenever I contact them, they always confirm to me that they didn't capture my money. I have evidences, I still keep the photos of my order and photo of cancelled order, and all emails responded by Zulily to me, and my bank can be my witness to affirm that Zulily capture my $188.7 from my account at the time I clicked "confirm Order"
As with any product offered. Whether it is 24 hrs or 7 days. Shipping upgrades cost more, due to additional pick ups are needed. Usually companies that offer free shipping, regardless of time frame. You either have to pay more for the products or have to pay for an unlimited shipping membership or option. That covers the cost across the board for the upgraded shipping. Consider placing an order for a regular shipment item. Than you will receive an email for free shipping for any additional items ordered within that same day. And these don't all come from a warehouse like amazon, some are imported directly from the manufacturer and take a little longer. I hope that helps.
Not 100% sure, but I think it only take a day or 2. If you don't have refund by third day call Zulily's customer service they are more then happy help you
