Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Zulily staff and previous consumers.
I don't think so. It's a company started by selling baby products up in Seattle. They were just sold to QVC for billions of dollars last year. I think the reason why they screwed up a lot lately (for my orders) because the expanded too quick and took in some brands from China or South America without considering the fit from Asia don't apply to US customers. Even though the size chart did translate to US sizing but it's way too off. Their buyers should have paid more attention to that. Those brands are in poor quality too and taking too long to ship to customers. They should stop carrying those brands or they would keep on losing customers like me. I have been ordering with them for more than 3 years, no problem with baby products and well known brand until recently, all 5 recent orders are with problems because of the poor quality merchandise they are offering. Beware of the Swarovski jewelry they are selling, not real Swarovski brand, misleading strike thru price too. They are poor quality crap using Swarovski element crystal from china

Majorie H is correct. If you customer service they will be more then happy to help you. If the item was non returnable then the item will have that somewhere on the item page or your order page and they do subtract the $8.95 shipping fee from your credit balance. They are super easy to talk to and they want to take care of their customers.
Zulily post a charge to your account when you place and order. If they cannot provide the item after an amount of time, like 14-20 days, they return your money. Kind of lame policy. They also offer 1/2 payments where they make and extra penny or two on each 1/2 payment.
Don't let the bad reviews get to you! I'm VERY happy with Zulily and Bless the day that I found them! People seem to forget that this company is in Washington State and if you live on the East coast ~ it CAN take a long time for delivery and then I've ordered some things and rec'd them within a week... go figure! LOVE my Zulily! Customer Service has ALWAYS been very helpful to me and for me, bending over backwards to make sure that I'm happy; i. E., returns... YES, they do accept returns, just contact them and they'll make sure that you get the right information to return an item and receive a CREDIT!
You can't get a refund. Everything returned is only eligible for store credit. I don't like this policy at all.
Just be persistent and firm with what is fair and hopefully eventually you'll get satisfaction.
I'm extremely sorry about some of your concerns however I dont believe zulily has ever been aware of deceptive ads and I would like to say if you have any problems please don't just be unhappy by all means call or email zulily customer service and someone will address your concerns because your feedback makes zulily succeed.
I called them and they were great. They sent out replacement it for free and told me to just donate the one that was too small.
If their perfume is as cheap as the inferior clothing they make, I would be careful.
