This company offers unbeatable price. I prefer compatible ink and toner cartridges, because I don't need OEM. Some times I will buy accessories for my cellphone and electronics, the delivery is punctual.
I ordered house brand toner for my office. I have a 2023 laserjet canon all in 1 printer, scanner, copy, fax. The toner did not work! They refused to exchange it. I made the mistake to order the original toner also with 123 ink and that's when things took a turn for the worse. They sent me another house brand toner set along with the original brand. They refused to take it back and they also sent the invoice for this un ordered item to collections. I have personally spoken to the 123 manager and he repeated multiple times that he won't take it back and that he doesn't care if we want the house brand or not because the deal is done. I've sent this to my legal department and it's taking dozens of hours. This company is a disgrace and should face legal consequences. I spoke also to canon Netherlands and they knew very well of this fraudulent company. It's not worth the savings to run so much risk. Not to mention the printer is damaged from their ink and the guarantee is void. Hands down the worse experiences in my 15+ years experience buying toner for an mid size office.
123Inkt: ordered a printer a week ago, was supposed to be delivered last Monday. Needed it for my reports for work. Here it is Thursday night and it's still not here and they cannot tell me when it will be here and they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money.
Yikes! Do not buy electronics from these guys. I just bought an ereader from them. The Price was too good to be true. First of all it took 27 days to arrive (from China) and when it did, there was NO owner's manual! I double checked the website and an electronic owner's manual was supposed to be included. Sure enough, I charged up the battery on the eReader and opened it up and there it was! IN CHINESE! Arghhhhhhh!
To add insult to injury, I next discovered that the darn thing is based on a very old Android operating system that is not compatible with Adobe Digital Reader so I can't use it to download eBoods from our public library!
I used to order 123 ink cartridges all the time. They put me on their email list and I cannot get it off. They are consistently sending me their junk it seems twice a day. I have asked them to remove it without success. They have "unsubscribe" at the bottom but it, of course, does not activate. I ordered about $600 worth of toner. At the time of the order all the toner were instock. 3 weeks after i still haven't received my toner. I contacted them to check and apparently one of the toners are bickered. They failed to notify me and their site showed the product is instock. I had phone to get them to ship whatever they have. They split the order to two different packages. The first package got lost with ups and 2 days after ups found it. Please note I placed this order on Sep-27. I am still waiting for the 2nd back order packaged as of Oct 30. The package was shipped and lost again with UPS. If you're running a business i wouldn't recommended buy from here. Customer service wont help much!

We had ordered two Moustache brand printer ink cartridges from 123 Ink (Shopper+) The shipping time was a little longer than expected, and when the cartridges arrived, they did not work with both of our printers. I had spent 2 hours following the 123 Ink troubleshooting guide. When I had contacted them they came back with prompt emails stating someone will be in contact with a "Product Specialist"... After stating in the initial email that I had already troubleshooted the issue and just wished to return these cartridges, I was met with directions from this "Product Specialist" After multiple emails back and forth, they stated that these cartridges were not meant for our specific model... So I let them know I would like to send them back. They stated there will be a 30% restocking fee. I agreed, and asked how to proceed with returning these cartridges as well as inquired if I were to pay for the return shipping as well. I did not receive a response, so I emailed again. I have yet to receive instructions on how to send these back. Overall a terrible experience even when we were willing to incur the 30% restocking fee as the cartridges are useless to us. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. I should have known better after seeing all of the other reviews as well as the numerous grammatical errors on their website/Troubleshooting guide.
Terrible... got no pages out of a 1200 yield toner.
Called to ask for a replacement and they kept me on hold for 20 minutes while asking a technician what to do.

I shop from them several times. I have to say, I am not 100% complete satisfied with them for every purchase experience. Mostly is the issue with back orders. The reason I still give them full mark it is how they listen and deal with my each problems. I was once complain through the Facebook, there is this guy name Andrew, he help me with my order. He checked and find out my back order already send out and there is only two more days to wait. And he offer me a power-bank for cellphone as apology gift. And for the other time, still problem with back order. I was waiting too long and got very angry. I called their customer service. The guy name is James followed my case, and offer me an extra 15% off coupon.
I can understand there are good and bad part in one company. Sometimes the problem is caused by certain department or employees. Sometimes the problem is caused by the supplier. There are risk everywhere. What I think important is the attitude. I can feel the willing of doing a good business from them. I love to support our Quebec Local small business like them. And I hope they will be better in the future.

Really bad customer service (online, haven't been in store). Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. There are numerous complaints online for a reason.
We are reseller, truck loads of sales, they send items with the chips falling off, pretend they dont understand english, mislead you on everything. Ink leaks on cartrdiges..

Amazing ink prices and super fast delivery - no kidding we ordered replacement cartridges on Monday and they arrived on Tuesday.
They just updated their site too and it is easier to navigate.
The first Toner Cartridge we received from 123inkcartridge was empty! They replaced it - it worked for 2 weeks and then started spreading toner all over the sheets of paper. Totally useless
I opened the black ink cartridge per the instructions: ink was instantly all over my hands and carpet. The promised savings are NOT worth the damage caused by this faulty product.

I would rate them as a zero if I could. I ordered three Measy RC11 android air remotes, which were listed as IN STOCK. It took them over a week to ship because as their CSR told me, they were OUT OF STOCK and were waiting for more to reach their China warehouse. After I complained to their customer support, they added a note to the product listing which indicates the order will be shipping from China. SHADY!
I ordered from a Canadian site because I was expecting my before Christmas. Turns out my order is coming from China, and I would have been better off ordering from a Chinese retailer. Ordered November 30th, and the ETA is January 3rd. I've had faster turnarounds from Chinese retailers. I'm disappointed that a Canadian retailer is worse. I'm even more disappointed that they didn't offer anything to do resolve the issue. No reimbursement, no escalation, nothing. Just a great big F U, and thanks for your money.

Regrettably, 123ink.ca only offers delivery via UPS on its Web site. UPS's standard for delivery - 3 working days for delivering from Montreal to Ottawa, a 2 1/2-hour drive - is bad for a courier service, and UPS is not even able to meet it. A full week when you're lucky, often longer, is more likely. To add insult to injury, UPS had sent me an e-mail indicating the delivery would be one day earlier, but never bothered to send another when it was delayed beyond the original date; the package tracking indicates the package only left Montreal a week after UPS got it, and at that point, I'm still waiting though the package has supposedly arrived in Ottawa but won't be delivered in the foreseeable future. The customer service agent at 123 tells me we can call to select Canada Post as a carrier (XpressPost would probably be in two working days for a short distance like this), but since the Web site doesn't mention it, that's likely an excuse more than anything. Which is too bad: if an option other than UPS had appeared, I would have given it four stars.

I ordered a set of color toner for my Brother MFC-9130 printer. They worked well for about a year, but then they simply wouldn't print well. The color would be extremely splotchy and inconsistent.

Customer service wasted time having me repeat the problem 4 times & just continued to repeat it back. Completely useless.
Ordered 4 times on their website, ink cartridges and Bluetooth keyboard is really cost effective. Delivery time is almost from 3 to 4 days.
For the last 2 years, I have been using the HP Compatible Ink Cartridges Combo Set and I have been very satisfied with the quality and quick deliveries. I can highly recommend 123 INK. Benjamin.
