This company offers unbeatable price. I prefer compatible ink and toner cartridges, because I don't need OEM. Some times I will buy accessories for my cellphone and electronics, the delivery is punctual.
I ordered house brand toner for my office. I have a 2023 laserjet canon all in 1 printer, scanner, copy, fax. The toner did not work! They refused to exchange it. I made the mistake to order the original toner also with 123 ink and that's when things took a turn for the worse. They sent me another house brand toner set along with the original brand. They refused to take it back and they also sent the invoice for this un ordered item to collections. I have personally spoken to the 123 manager and he repeated multiple times that he won't take it back and that he doesn't care if we want the house brand or not because the deal is done. I've sent this to my legal department and it's taking dozens of hours. This company is a disgrace and should face legal consequences. I spoke also to canon Netherlands and they knew very well of this fraudulent company. It's not worth the savings to run so much risk. Not to mention the printer is damaged from their ink and the guarantee is void. Hands down the worse experiences in my 15+ years experience buying toner for an mid size office.
I bought 4 ink cartridges for a Brother printer. They will not detect or work. $35.00 wasted. Garbage products
I HAD ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON THE 26th OF MAY, 2015. THE PICTURE DESCRIPTION, WHICH WAS SHOWN ON THE SITE WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT & OPPOSITE TO THE ONE I GOT. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT is not even worth what the price was. THE PRODUCT WAS LYING AT BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES IN UNA, JUST BEHIND MY HOUSE AND I NEVER GOT ANY CALL FROM THEM IN 7 DAYS UNTIL I CALLED PRINTVENUE TO ASK FOR THE ORDER. TODAY, WHEN I CALLED THEM AND TOLD ABOUT IT, RATHER THEN TAKING A COMPLAIN, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID, SEND A QUERY TO AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, AND THEN WE WILL SEE IF YOUR PRODUCT NEED TO BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED. THE WORST ON-LINE BUT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I BLOCK THIS SITE AND REPORT AS SPAM ON MY SERVER. WILL MAKE SURE NO-BODY IN MY CIRCLE MAKES A FOOL POUT OF HIMSELF WITH PRINTVENUE. ZERO CLASS IN SERVICE AND QUALITY! EVEN THE ORDER NUMBER THAT THEY UPDATED IN MY ACCOUNT IS WRONG! On top, when i spoke to the executive, and told him that i am gonna leave a genuine feedback about my experiance, the guy named kunal said, 'go ahead'!

My first order with 123inkcartridges for toner cartridges was very satisfactory, Moustache brand. For my second order they sent me an unbranded product that lasted just a few weeks rather than than the several months that is normal with my printer. I am retired and there is very little variance in the amount of printing that I do throughout the year, so there is no question that the problem was with the cartridges (not just one, but two of them).
I e-mailed 123inkcartridges on March 4,2016 with details of the problem and received a standard reply the same day. I replied immediately asking for a specific response to my concern. This e-mail was ignored. After returning from vacation, on April 7th I sent another e-mail saying that I was still patiently awaiting a reply to my March 4th e-mail and would not be placing another order until the issue was resolved. This e-mail was also ignored.
I telephoned April 12th to try and resolve the letter and was basically stone-walled. Firstly I was told that they have changed their system and therefore had no record of my e-mails. Think about that for a second. Then I was asked to explain the matter all over again, but continually interrupted and challenged. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that nobody was available. I said that I would forward all the e-mails and asked that a manager would read these and call me back. Of course I never did hear from them again.
Dont be sucked in by the cheap prices as I was. It will cost you much more in time and frustration trying to deal with these people. I just wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. I fully endorse these previous review summaries:
