I made the mistake to order the original toner also with 123 ink and that's when things took a turn for the worse. They sent me another house brand toner set along with the original brand. They refused to take it back and they also sent the invoice for this un ordered item to collections. I have personally spoken to the 123 manager and he repeated multiple times that he won't take it back and that he doesn't care if we want the house brand or not because the deal is done. I've sent this to my legal department and it's taking dozens of hours. This company is a disgrace and should face legal consequences. I spoke also to canon Netherlands and they knew very well of this fraudulent company. It's not worth the savings to run so much risk. Not to mention the printer is damaged from their ink and the guarantee is void. Hands down the worse experiences in my 15+ years experience buying toner for an mid size office.

They used to produce a great product, but in the past 2 years everything has been terrible. Leaking cartridges, drums that don't work. Product photo is of brand new drums that won't work, ink from their toner cartridges covering them because the inks all leak. They don't stand behind the products they produce either, they won't even give me a credit to purchase something else when one of their own made products doesn't work... I run a bunch of businesses and always used them but there are better places to order from without a doubt! If your going to produce a product, stand behind it no matter what.

if ordering from them only purchase brand name products, the knock offs are just that, knock offs, you get what you pay for, and you'll be disappointed in their own products.

I have been buying cartridges from this company and have had a few cartridges that did not work. They just sent me replacements...and no problem. Unfortunately, their customer service is not good now. I wasted 3 days sending them photos of the error message,printer and cartridges... they kept asking for more info. I dealt with a real person today and had to argue with her regarding my problem with a black ink cartridge not being recognized. I already had to go to Staples and buy a genuine Epson cartridge, just so I could use my printer. All I wanted is for 123ink to send me a new cartridge...what a pain. After all the things they wanted me to do and all the time I wasted, now my printer has an error 'Maintenance Box End of Life' (from all the printer head cleaning etc). They did not seem to realize that MY TIME Wasted is important.

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 6968. Two of the 3 coloured cartridges were not recognized by the printer, and I ended up opening the spare packs I had bought with same result. I also had the black cartridge literally explode upon opening, my fingers were black (not easy to get off) and stains in my carpet. They offered me a $30 towards my next purchase as it that will clean my carpet. I had to go to Staples, buy original HP cartridges to get my printer back to working condition. Buy somewhere else, their products are of low quality.
They're reasonably priced and quick to deliver. However, today they told me they couldn't be responsible for a defective toner cartridge, right out of an unopened box.
They say there's a best-before date on cartridges even though it says no such thing on the packaging or even the manufacturer's site.
Well, now I know. It cost me $160 in replacement from a box store to find out.
Purchased Moustache toner cartridge for my HP laser printer in November 2018. I didn't need to use it until now (end of May 2019). Found out that the toner I bought was the wrong one. Now 123ink will NOT accept it back (unused) because its been more than 3 months.
Furthermore, their warranty policy is confusing. The invoice says 1 year for inks, toners & drums and 90 days to be returned unopened. But no mention of a 15% stocking charge. On the product box for Moustache, it states 2 years guarantee. WHICH ONE IS IT?
Plus the Moustache colour cartridge started to leak powder and stain my documents. But 123ink will not correct the problem. All I can say is crappy, substandard product. You get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased color ink cartridges for my Canon printer from this company. The yellow cartridge stopped working soon after it was installed. The cartridge is still full of ink, so the problem must be with the cheap low quality chip they use. When there is a problem they do not want to know or care - Bad customer service. A waste of time and money, I will not be using them again and suggest that every should avoid this company at all cost.
Bought a printer. The item was on sale 10 days later. When I contacted customer service through the chat, the representative was very unprofessional. I tried calling, but their phone support seems to be handled by someone who does not see the difference between connecting the call and rejecting it.

I don't know what happened but their customer service is HORRIBLE NOW. They are very rude, unprofessional, and start arguing with you. I had a horrible experience with a woman on the phone who would shout at me, hung up on me, and insisted that I was being the rude one. All I was asking for was simple information regarding which cartridges I would need for my new printer. I really hope they keep records of their calls because this was unacceptable and I am never going back again. If you have to call, try not to speak to Miranda (or Melissa, a variation of that name). Their emails are answered only weeks later and their chat system has so many glitches it's like they refuse to fix it. This is not a professional company that cares about their customers, once they have your money, you're on your own.

I ordered two cartridges for my two brother printers. On their website, it says "compatible". However after I got the cartridges, both of them are not compatible with my printers. It took me such a long time to communicate with them. I called their customer service as well. Still I did not get the refund. I don't know what else I could show them that the cartridges are not compatible at all! Plus their customer service is the worst ever! The lady who took my phone call could not speak decent English. She did not want me to explain the situation. In one word, I don't trust the company at all. I will never buy anything from this company. Worst ever!

The first 2 times everything was great. My last order was neglected. Ordered 2 cartridges for my canon. The black only shows less then 1/2 full and the color is empty. Upon further investigation the color cartridge was used in a sealed package. Contacting them and they promised to send out a replacement ended up with nothing. No open ticket on the web form and no login info anymore. They seem to ignore the problems.

All phone number they provided are not in service. I tried all numbers on their websites. Only one number is working, and waited two hours then discontinued. Call again same thing. I emailed three days no reply. I never had this experience before. I rather purchase on ebay from China for less, at least i have paypal protection.

Terrible customer service. Their toner cartridge leaked all over my machine and infected the rest of my machine. They would only refund the leaked cartridge and not the other 3 i bought from them that were damaged by the toner leak. After much complaining, they finally said they would accept all 4. I have yet to receive the package they said they would send me, so that i could return all 4 toners. Product is terrible and their customer service even more terrible!

I ordered a set of HP cartridges (Moustache brand) in March and today tried to install them. (Order number *******)
There was no yellow seal on the new cartridges despite instructions to peel the yellow seal off. The printer will not accept the cartridges. Attempts to call the 1-866 customer service number fail as I languish on hold listening to staticky music. I am out $96 and highly unhappy. Will try to send an email to their support line but have low hopes for a positive outcome...

I have an HP Officejet 8600 and ordered cartridges from them... thinking they were OEM (they do sell them). I was sent refills... anyways... after 2 black replacements and all the colours going wrong... they refunded me.
The problem is... my print head is now destroyed. I will have to replace that myself as they don't care... it will be a fix worth over $100... just to save... a few dollars...

I have dealt with 123 Ink Cartridges in the past, and was always very pleased with service and products.
Unfortunately my recent experience forces me to rate this company below 1 Star.
Placed an order, received a confirmation and that was it, no further response, I have tried to call them several times, waited on the line of 20 to minutes at a time, I have sent e-mails after e-mails, no reponse.
I think it is time for 123 ink cartridge to retire from this business, as you are no longer capable of handling it.
Very, Very unsatisfied customer, now I have to contact PayPal and advise them of the crappy service this company is now offering and to please refund me the amount paid.

Good prices on toner, easy to use site with lots of other office supplies. However, they seem to price items so that your order total is juuuuust below their shipping threshold. I had to order another small item in order to get my total above the threshold. Then they didn't even send me the right item. Depending on how this toner lasts, I will probably order from them again. Just be aware that you might end up throwing in a $1 item to get to your shipping threshold

A cartridge from an order placed about 6 month ago was empty. A replacement cartridge plus additional ones ordered were also empty! I returned the defective items. I was then told that the items were out of stock, to be available in eleven days. I still have not received new ones!

I had 9 years of loyal buying with this organization. My last order I had the wrong printer cartridge. It had been opened which I had informed them of that right away. They asked for pictures, which I sent, then they inform me AFTER I had sent it back, that I will not receive a refund! I could have easily sold that cartridge on line but now I am out a printer cartridge and the money! Total lack of transparency and I will now look for a new company to do loyal business with!. Never buy from these people! Im out over 60.00 for an order that was close to 300! (Ive spent tones of money with these people. NO more.!

I bought 3 black inks for a Brother Printer LC 103.The first one worked great, I needed to install the second one today and printer wouldn't accept it. Then tried the third one and it took it fine. So 2 out of three. I didn't really save money when one is wasted. Will not likely to buy from again

I purchased an ink cartridge refill kit (which appears fine). Unfortunately, instead of sending it by Canada Post, which can deliver everywhere, the company sent it by UPS, whose driver was not able to find my place: the number is a bit hard to see from the street (hidden by a tree), but my neighbours' numbers (left and right) are easily seen. He/she wasn't able to figure out I was between these two. As a result, the package was sent back to the distribution centre. At least, it was found back the next day, and delivered to the UPS store (where I should have had it sent in the first place: lesson learned). The package was in good condition, though. I wish the Web site had indicated the possibility of requesting Canada Post as delivery agent.

I ordered ink cartridges for my Canon MG 7720 printer. They arrived in decent time. I installed the cartridges and printed a test page, had white lines horizontally through the printed page, 5 of the lines appeared on the page. I ran the printer through a light cleaning process and tried again, same lines appeared. Did some more cleaning as recommended by Canon, still could not get rid of the lines. I removed them all out of the printer and installed Canon cartridges, did a test page and had excellent results. I was quite disappointed with the cartridges, tried saving some money and now I have 5 nearly full cartridges from 123Ink.ca and had to spend more to replace the inferior ones with Canon cartridges
