Couldn't find these {15lt a minute cannula & humidifier}in Australia, so found online at this US company at a reasonable price, postage wasn't cheap, but paid an extra few dollars for the express/priority service and arrived within 4 days {USA - RURAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA} can't even get local mail that fast. So I recommend the company, the products and the postage service {take the priority for a few dollars more} and hopefully {health permiting} will be back, thanks

The V-Com device solved the harsh and sudden surge of air pressure that my Resmed machine was doing. It's a simple baffle but it remedies something that local technicians couldn't quite understand.

Veronica gave me the tracking # and it is being shipped to my address.
I asked about disposal of my out of warranty broken AirSense 10 but she was not aware of
Disposal service through Apria. I will inquire when I speak to the Respiratory Therapist.
Told her I have a SoClean machine and wondered if it's compatible with the AirSense 11,she
Was not sure, said that I can just use soap and water to clean the items.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
