It's a scam! They first start with fast replies and keep reminding you your package is coming until they try to contact you just to tell you your package is lost and you never get a refund, only store credit. But every time I re-ordered, the package never came and is suddenly not allowed in my country, which is not true btw.
I've tried contacting them to make this right amd to get the order I paid for, but they just vanished and stopped replying and never bothered to help me about anything.

I placed an order on 23rd February 22, paid for goods, order accepted, 18th March advises order processed & 7-14 days til delivery. 22nd March order cancelled due to import problems. 24th March We emailed them and were advised a refund would be processed & they agreed & confirmed by email that this would take 5-30 working days. After over a dozen emails & phonecalls we realised we were never going to see our money again so mid June we contacted our bank who asked us to email again asking for a refund & when this didn't come through they reversed the original transaction so we got our money back thanks only to our bank. To top it off 1Outlets then emailed us the same day and claimed they had refunded us and wanted confirmation that we had received the refund. Don't purchase anything from 1Outlets - they are a scam.

The Operators have fast response and helpful in supporting for any trouble arise during The Online Shopping.

6 orders - all cancelled. Irrespective of the type of goods - electronics or bathroom equipment they cancel all under false pretext, only take your money

I have dealt with them for 10 months already and they have cancelled my orders 3 times and never delivered. I threaten them for a refund and even as they promised they never made the payment. Total scam and I don't understand how they can survive with this fraudulent business!

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I am very happy to report that my package finally arrived this morning and that all appears to be as expected. Thank you!

1Outlets are very definitely a scam!
The positive reviews they've received are self generated.
As with all legitimate customers, they took my money, told me a month later the product was not available then failed to provide a refund.
DO NOT DEAL WITH 1OUTLETS.

SCAM! They will just have you wait, and after 3 weeks make a "refund", where you get store credits... you buy again, and same things happen... you will never get your money back, just store credits.

I give it a zero. Total scam. Do Not order through is company. Never recieved my item and they are they canceled for some reason. Then they only give credit as a refund. Scam

Total scam! I ordered an item and after 2 months of waiting they said it could not be sent to NZ. They do not refund but give store credit. I ordered 5 other items (separately) and each time they led me along with months and finally said that the item would not be allowed in the country due to customs (totally incorrect btw). They do not give refunds. I have wasted my time and my money

This website is an illegal SCAM! Do not buy from them!

Why?

They list thousands of products on their website - all of which are not theirs. If you look closely, the product descriptions are incomplete and have been scraped in bulk from other websites. The website says all products are "In stock" - but this is a lie.

Once you place your order and pay, they will send you a note after 3-4 weeks that says: "I am Sorry. We have to cancel this order." HOWEVER, their fine print says they will only give you back store credit, not a refund (even though they call it a 'Refund').

I have now been through this 'order > credit > re-order' cycle 3 times. You place the order, and 3-4 weeks later you get the "I'm sorry" email.

After the 2nd incomplete order I complained and they asked me to email them before I placed the next order so they could double-check that they could actually fulfil the order. I did so and they immediately emailed back:
"We are very happy to inform you that the items you are looking for are available now. Thus, you can place an order right today and we can proceed with your order asap."

So after receiving their confirmation I placed my order, only to hear nearly 1 month on that they cannot deliver once again.

They also skim in the store credit they give you - so you might have paid $40, but they might give you credit of $38. The old 'Exchange rate' excuse - yeah right!

How NZ let's them operate a scam site on a NZ domain at 1outlets.nz is criminal.

In short - don't order from them - they are major scammers.

This site is a fraud people. Stop sending them money. My company has many complaints about not sending the items or refunding them. And because they keep changing their TRR account is hard for tracking them. Read the reviews about sites you order from, if you hear one negative review stop reading any further. All the positive ones are from the fraud company.

They told me that the goods cannot be sent to my country but never returned the money back. A wll organised international (Asian) gang of cheaters. Very dangerous! Beware those thieves
