First time using 42nd street photo and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. It was easy to navigate the website and therefore made it easier for me to locate and compare different cameras. Their customer service was excellent as they were quick in responding while at the same time giving me valid information about my query. As a newcomer to one aspect of photography, I greatly valued the time 42nd Street Photo dedicated to explaining my options while advising on the most cost-effective solution. The service was efficient and I was made to feel nothing was too much trouble. The man who assisted me was courteous, most knowledgeable and certainly interested in guiding me.

I have to admit I was a little panicked with the reviews but the Canon 5D Mark IV is up to snuff. We purchased this camera body, went for the full pack with all the extra trimmings to top it all!

To top that, communication was excellent and delivery was quick and package included most of what I needed to get started. It arrived quickly, and was at a favorable price. I wasn't sure where to start when making this purchase, but the reviews looked good, so thought I'd give it a try. Bought a lumix s9 camera 20-60mm crimson red on Sunday night, and arrived 9 am Tuesday morning. Couldn't really fault them. Great price and far cheaper delivery than any other U.S. retailer. It was a bit nailbiting after I purchased and read some reviews, but honestly it was the best experience I've had with an online purchase.

I recently ordered a Fujifilm X100VI camera from 42nd street photo, Ordered on Saturday and got the package on Thursday. Once the package had been shipped it only took two days for the delivery. The camera and accessories were packaged nicely and it arrived sooner than expected! Everything was in good shape and worked just fine. I usually shop with amazon as they seemed to always be the cheapest, but I stumbled across these guys and managed to save myself over $100 on the purchase price! I ordered the telephoto lens on Friday and wasn't expecting a speedy service with free postage, but It arrived on Tuesday and I was kept updated all the way.
Definitely a 5 star service on price and customer service. I will definitely be using these guys again.

I decided I wanted the Canon EOS R5 camera in time to bring with me on vacation. 42 street photo was literally the only camera store that promised the two-day shipping I would need to get the camera on time. I placed my order on Monday night, had it shipped on Tuesday afternoon, and was in my hands on Friday afternoon. I have purchased a NIKKOR Z 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 VR S lens from 42nd Street Photo and recommend others to purchase from them. On this occasion I needed a Nikon z lens for wildlife photography, Jonathan was prompt with email replies and very helpful over the FTZ II adapter needed. The correct adapter arrived first-class post next day after the lens. Impressive customer service.
