I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.

I found this site and wasn't sure if quality was the same but I checked and found that is thru zapoos which I love that site. Do I ordered A couple of items to check the quality.
They have free shipping just like zappoos and returns which I have not used.
They have great brands like Hudson, 7 for all Mankind etc. The sizes are the same so I do not see any difference except sales are about half off. That's is a great savings for $200.00 plus jeans etc
I did get 1 pair of Hudson jeans with different color buttons. They areally black and my others just like them are not. Not sure but am looking at site to check.
I am happy with the site and recommend it.

I needed to return a dress because it did not fit. I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping. When I went to my local shipping store, I had the option of $16.50 with USPS, $17.80 with FedEx and $19.25 with UPS. The dress I was returning was only $32.00. I WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING ANYTHING from 6pm

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE FOLKS! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Wednesday and paid extra for 2 business day delivery. Tracking order and discovered delivery is set for Monday. What is a business day? Placed order at 12 PM on Wednesday... would 2 days be Friday? Trying to cancel and it's impossible. I won't be here for delivery as I am traveling all week... If this is a subsidiary of Zappos, I wouldn't waste my time with them but go directly to Zappos. Call center is in the Philippine's and truly unable to help.

Orderd from them 2 times. Got everything quick. Had no problem with returning things when I called there customer service. Got a free return label also. Love this sight and has grate prices!

If you ever have to contact customer service, be prepared for one pain in the a** phone call. No one actually listens to what you are saying and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over until you get so annoyed to want to hang up or scream at them. I had to call three times today and speak with two managers. When asking a question that should have a simple yes/no answer (ie- "can you please send me an email of the updated order so I have a copy of it and the changes) they give you this huge, longwinded, roundabout answer that usually has nothing to do with the question you asked. It's beyond frustrating. The prices are good, but that's also assuming you receive the correct item and it's in brand new condition. Too many times I've received the wrong items or they've arrived broken, missing pieces or even used. Defiantly shop around before you use this site, lot of the time you can find the same item at very comparable prices. As far as I'm concerned, paying an extra $10 is worth not having to deal with these people.

6pm proved to be just about as incompetent as any online retailer can be. After waiting weeks and never receiving an item that was guaranteed to be be shipped in 4-5 days, I finally called UPS expecting it to be an error on their part. They informed that that though 6pm had sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that UPS had received my item, that it was, in fact, still being stored at the 6pm warehouse. I called 6pm's customer care line on which I was greeted by a sheepish customer service rep who informed my that my items had been lost weeks ago and that they would need to process a refund.

My question is: if I had never called, would I have ever received a refund? My guess is: probably not.

I buy the majority of my shoes online and I have never had problems with other sites like DSW and private shoe brand sites. 6pm was unprofessional, and frankly, dishonest. This experience made it clear to me that buying from them is a mistake that I will never make again. I would encourage everyone else to heed that advice as well.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use it. Terrible.

I ordered some boots that were $180 in store. I paid $80 at 6pm.com
My item arrived a day early, in perfect condition, and was exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't buy from this site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My girlfriend ordered a pair of boots thru this disaster of a website. The sizing was off (way off) so she had to return them. Low and behold the buyer is responsible for return shipping. $54 later the boots are on their way back. $54 to try on a pair of boots.

She contacted a rep (a not so lovely and very unsympathetic woman named "Wendy") who was over condescending and seemingly trained to not give a crap about the consumer. She told my girlfriend verbatim "next time you should probably go with a full service company."

These people are the retail nightmares you hear about. In this day and age with so much online retail competition DO NOT SHOP HERE. With covid 19 the world is forced to shop online... don't make this one of your go to's. There are companies that actually care about their customers.

No more Zappos either. The two are sister sites, Zappos is guilty by association. Both Zappos and Amazon (parent company) will be getting an email not only about the transaction and sham of a return policy but also about our new friend Wendy.

And 6PM, don't bother with one of the arbitrary return comments on this review.

I cannot believe how hard it is to buy a shoe! 6pm which is part of your company is doing complete false advertising on a google Ad. To top it off all they do when you email is NOT respond? When you call all you get is apologies with no solution and lies? Apparently their system could not receive the *******@yahoo and@aol? What is this a joke? All I want is to buy a shoe as a birthday present. Wasted my time today for 40 minutes just to be told I would be called back in 72 hours?! I need to speak to SOMEONE WHO CARES NOW. The link is below clearly showing the price and the link takes me to the site and the prices changes. Is this bait and switch? Or false advertising? I spoke to Holly and Vin today who were no help at all. Why would you put someone on the phone that cannot make a solution in the first place. I would rather give my money to amazon which is a machine because quite frankly having a live rep doesn't help anyways. I need a call explaining this nonsense.

I bought three pairs of shoes from this company in May 2013. The shoes were all sent in the same shipping box and they did not fit. I paid to ship the shoes back in the same shipping box. 6pm.com sent me an email that they had received two of the shoes and confirmed that I would be refunded for the two pairs that had been received. However, when I contacted customer service to complain, I was told to provide a tracking number for the third pair of shoes. Why would I need a tracking number when two of the shoes in the package had been received by them? I could not find a tracking number for the shipment and 6pm.com have continued to cycle through various customer service names on their emails, claiming that I have already been assisted, meanwhile nothing has been done. Please stay away from this seller, they are crooks! They find ways to dupe you through their non-friendly shipping returns policy. Better to spend a few more bucks and purchase shoes from a more reputable and trust worthy company with free returns.

I've ordered several things from 6pm. There are lots of great deals on men's, women's, and children's clothes in lots of different brands. I am a cross-country runner, so I have bought some running clothes from 6pm. Since it is a discount site, there are many items that do not have many sizes available, but they have great deals to make up for that. Several months ago, I got a Nike swimsuit for $20 that is MSRP $60. I also ordered a Nike sports bra for $10 off MSRP and some UA running shorts for a good discounted price. Shipping is always free at 6pm, and every time I've ordered, it has only taken 2-3 days to get to my house after I ordered. I love 6pm, and I'll definitely shop there again. I usually buy something from 6pm about once a month on average. I highly recommend this site!

***UPDATE: Apparently, shipping on 6pm is no longer free, even though it has been as long as I've used it. I'm disappointed in that, but even so, I've found great deals and I'll still continue to shop there most likely.

SELLING PLASTIC SHOES AS LEATHER?!

The item I ordered was Steve Madden M-Mott, SKU: #*******, Color: Black, size: 11.5, width: D - Medium. Product information for this item is listed as Pebbled leather upper. The item just arrived. It's not leather, it's polyurethane! That is not leather, that's plastic.

I also ordered Steve Madden M-Ashby, SKU: #*******, Color: Black, size: 11.5, width: D – Medium. Product information for this item is listed as leather upper. The item just arrived. It's not leather, it's polyurethane! No leather, also plastic.

The items I purchased were leather, the items I received were plastic.

This company is selling PLASTIC as leather!

Boots were exactly what I ordered placed my order on Thursday and Boots were delivered on the following Monday. This is a great website and will definitely be using them again.

Excellent site. Great prices, cheap S&H. I have had no problems returning items. I return items mainly due to not fitting. I have never been disappointed with the quality of merchandise.

What website that sells shoe that does not offer free return and return label. Got to jump through hoops, do this do that before sending it back. Worse of all, you have to pay the return shipping.

I searched high and low for as many reviews as possible for this site, and there seemed to be quite a few customers who got items they did not order, or the shoes were used, or they had problems returning. I've been wanting to try Stuart Weitzman shoes for years and 6pm was the only site where they were affordable for me, with discounts of up to 85% off for some of the pairs I wanted. Now, in my past experience, such discounts, especially at sites like DSW, are too good to be true, and the reason luxury items are priced so low is because they are defective, have scratches, discoloration, or were floor models. But, I thew caution to the wind and ordered 2 pairs of Weitzman boots, which cost me almost 400 dollars. To my surprise, the shoes arrived brand new, no defects, perfect fit - the only defect I noticed, was that one of the shoe boxes was a little raggedy and had small pieces of tape on the side. I don't care about that as long as the shoes themselves were in pristine condition. I was so pleased, I ordered a 3rd pair that same night and it too arrived with no problem. So, whether a fluke or a chance of luck, I had a very good experience. Can't vouch for returns, however, and hopefully will never have to.

Amazing site I purchased some shorts from here and they were 25 dollars cheaper here than anywhere else! Shipping was free and they arrived promptly. I will go to 6pm.com again to shop.

I have purchased many items from this company. Their merchandise has always been excellent in quality and in pricing. Whenever I order something, it is shipped out within 5 business days! They provide excellent customer service if I need to return an item, such as a pair of shoes that did not fit. As soon as they receive the returned item, they check it to make sure it is in the same good condition (unworn and/or unused.) If it meets their standards, they credit back my credit card! I have bought products from designer fragrances, too name brand manufacturers such as Hurley, DC, North Face, Ralph Lauren, Sketchers, New Balance, and more, for my family and friends as gifts and for myself. There is NO shipping charge for anything no matter how small and lightweight it is or how large and heavy it is! So far, for the past several years, they have not charged any sales tax. This is my favorite online shipping site so far because of the above AND the variety and quality of their products. BTW, they have Detailed descriptions for most of their clothing and shoes with videos on shoes and boots! If a product is from past season and/or a discontinued style, they tell you right up front! You will not be disappointed shopping here. It is 100% better by far than Beyond The Rack and Gilt and Belk, to name a few

If you order large orders will find that nearly half the items will be defective! It is truly a hit or miss with this company. It sucks to get the last of an item and love the style and the fit but its covered in spots, scratches or it has a broken zipper! I found this site after realizing that all these items come from the Zappos web site. I used to shop at Zappos until my bank account was taking a hit by the high prices. I think that maybe the items that are offered at 6pm are the returns and rejects from Zappos. Some times you may get lucky and find a keeper but that is far is far and few between. Yes 6pm has lower prices than Zappos but they are still pricey. You must pay for you own returns too. They do not price match even if the item goes on sale within 24 hours. You will sit on hold for no less than 10 minutes until you get a live person and then you will be placed on hold for another 5-10minutes depending on the issue. When you send something back you need to pay special attention to your account to make sure that the original form of payment and price is refunded or they will try to give you a "store credit". You need to check your credit card statement as well! Just because it states it has been refunded on your account does not mean that it really was! They do not do exchanges. Make sure you get tracking confo for all items you return! BOTTOM LINE... Unless you like to gamble... steer clear. If you don't mind all of whats listed... then shop on!

I have never used this site until now. I order a pair of invo-8 fast-lifting PINK shoes. I feel in love with them online and still think they are amazing! I order them on Monday and they were at my doorstep by Friday, as promised. After I ordered them I started looking at the reviews about 6pm and felt I was about to be duped. I have been proven wrong! I even called on Monday and asked some questions about returns because I felt it was inevitable. These shoes are exactly what i ordered and i couldn't be happier with my new lifting shoes, i will also be hitting the gym on Saturday to try them out!
I also want to add that i purchased these shoes for 70 bucks out the door, when on amazon they are selling them for $200! NO THANK YOU AMAZON!
I have read that 6pm sells items less than perfect item, which is why they can sell them for a deep discount. I can see on my lifting shoes there is very minor imperfections but only if your close. This is not a deal breaker because i save $130!
I would take a chance on this site; the deals are unbeatable, as long as you can get your size, i know they only offer one size but thankfully it was my size.
People were also commenting about return and the steep price to mail them back, lets be real you don't have to return your item back in the same box. Cover it in a paper shopping bag and slap a label on it. USPS will ship it! (ive worked there).
