I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.

At this point, I think this company is really playing some sick mind games with me. They keep sending me the incorrect product and every time I call them, they say they will send me the correct item. Guess what? It's the wrong product every time. I ordered ivory boots, I now have 2 pairs of black boots instead. For the love of God, please do not order from this company. They will send you the wrong products every single time and when you contact them, they will be nice and give you a discount and say the correct item is being shipped, but those are lies. They will continuously send you the wrong product to be spiteful. They have enough money to play around with you by wasting money for the shipping fees just so they can mess with you.
I assumed since they were affiliated with Zappos that the return policy would be the same- nope! Very disappointing Christmas present to my daughter. Boots were very small! Scared to order new ones because you have to pay to return. Added another $15 to the transaction.
I would read every review in sight before I made a purchase, but this place is legit. NO SCAM. I ordered a pair of puma suedes at a discounted price they came on time in good condition and I was so happy. I've recently had a bad experience with a purchase from Journeys online and I'd refer someone to this sight before Journeys.
Ordered two pair of mens shoes at highly discounted prices. Both had serious problems. One pair actually had colors of the shoes, that were markedly different. I don't know how this company can stay in business, because once you buy from them, you won't be back for more. Their prices seem to be too good to be true, trust me the are to good to be true!
I have ordered from 6pm several times and have always been satisfied with their products and services. However, I recently had the benefit of working with them on a particularly disastrous case and they came through with flying colors.
I was attempting to return several pairs of shoes, which FedEx was supposed to pick up from my doorstep. They wouldn't tell me when they were coming, so I just had to leave the box on the stoop in the middle of the city.
Unfortunately, the box was stolen before FedEx ever came. 6pm managed to refund me the entire value of all the stolen shoes with no questions asked. FedEx was not nearly as helpful, even though it was more their fault than anyone else.
I bought a small pair of sandals which they shipped floating around with a square of tissue paper in a humongous oversized "recycled" box big enough to fit 3 cats in. (Approx. 10"x12"x15".) No shoe box, no envelope, no plastic bag, just the naked shoes themselves and a 6" square of tissue paper in the massive box.
The shoes did not fit at all and since they demand that you return items in the "original packaging", I ended up having to pay $15 to ship them back via FedEx Ground which also required a special trip to a FedEx office, since the daily Fedex pickup at my workplace does not include any Fedex Ground shipping. An hour of my life and $15 wasted. I'll never order from them again because of that.

Upon return, they take 10% for the return fee. They also keep shipping cost of 30 dollars and you have to order all over again to get a dress. I went to Amazon and got a better dress cheaper and faster with the same if not better quality.

Beware. Scammers. Horrible customer service. I ordered a jacket and they sent me the wrong size. When I called them up, the guy I spoke with said that all he could do was a refund. He would not swap it out for the correct size since they had no more! When I asked for maybe a different color, he said he was not authorised to sell items, and when I asked him to connect me to somebody who could, he hung up on me!
When I buy online, I pretty much plan on not returning it. If I want the option to return shoes, I'll buy from DSW.
So I can't speak on the customer service end of 6pm, but I do know that I've always gotten great quality items for awesome prices.

I have ordered several pairs of shoes and sandals from 6pm. They have all arrived quickly. Most of them are comfortable. I have ordered some that are not but they were so reasonable I gave them to someone who loves. They were cute. I really love how fast they arrive. I have gotten several compliments on my shoes. I was at a wedding and wearing a pair of shoes that were so comfortable while everyone else was complaining about sore feet.
They cancelled my order without notifying me. I called to check the status because my order was not delivered. Turns out my order was cancelled. Why? They said we do not know the reason. The account will take 72 hours for you to place next order. Why couldnt they tell me the reason? This was the most frustrating part. We try to save money but the customer service is just pathetic
Purchased jacket via paypal, was charged more than stated on my confirmation page which was admittedly for tax, but this wasn't indicated prior to hitting purchase button. Couldn't stop the order from shipping, and then had to pay for return shipment despite numerous calls and emails. Will never use again.
Their site could not process my $30 order
Called their support line. The over seas staff had a radio blasting in back ground. I asked her to turn it off but she ignored my request
She switched me to pay by phone that did not work as well. I have bought 150 items from AMZ this year using the same cards and address. With no issues.
I canceled the order and will never waste my time again.

I love the selection and I have had no issues shopping with the item or the site. Customer service is great, but they should be as 6pm is run by zappos which is fantastic. However, I don't understand the "why" of 6pm. At first it appeared 6pm was selling older zappos items for less then it appeared that it was identical items selling simultaneously. I always check zappos first and 6pm last as zappos is my favorite and I do not like something (can't put my finger on it) about 6pm. 6pm has great items just like no exactly like my love zappos, I just don't know why!

I recently placed and order for mountain khakis and instead received a pair marmot pants instead. I called customer service to try and correct the issue and was told they dont do exchanging. I could return and would have to re-order. How is it an exchange when I did not receive the product I ordered? I understand mistakes happen but a better job should have been done to correct the issue.

While the amount of time allowed for a return is fine, the cost of shipping the returns, especially shoes can be very high. I boxed up my returns (2 pairs of jeans and two pairs of shoes) and my husband mailed them from the post office. 6 pm does not offer a return shipping option you can purchase from them. The cost to ship my returns was close to $60. I never imagined it would cost that much or would have tried to find a better deal. If you know you will keep your purchases then buying from 6 pm is fine, or if you are savvier than I am at finding cheaper return options, you'd probably be fine, but be aware it can be insanely expensive to return items especially shoes.

The website is quite disappointing. The products sold on there are way higher than the market price. The false advertising on there requires serious investigation. I am quite content knowing that I did not fall victim to this site.
Got shoes within three days of ordering.
I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size and the refund process was flawless.
I don't usually take time to write reviews. I will definitely try them again in the future.
I ordered a beautiful dress from this website, it was simple quick and easy. Shipping was fast. I was lucky enough to get free 3-day shipping that day so that was a plus. The dress was exactly as described and true to size. Overall I had a nice shopping experience and would shop there again.
God, I wish I have found out about the return policy before I ordered. I ordered a pair of Ukala boots which were 78 $. According to the size chart on the website ( universal) the size should of fit me, but it was way too big almost two size difference. I hurried to return the pair of boots and since their return policy suck, I had to pay 43 dollars to have them returned. What the heck?!, it's not even an international order! Not to mention I then placed another order for a smaller number because of the issue, I hope these ones at least fit me, other wise these are going to be some way over priced pair of boots. I wish they had a better return policy as they are a fairly popular site along with Zappos. At least for national return, would be only fair for the customers.
