I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.
I had lost a new pair of shoes on the shuttle bus omw to work. I was goin to use them for a special event the weekend of. I went back to the store but they were out. My sister told me about 6pm. I logged on and found them. I was excited. Then the carrier lost them. I called CS and Marge helped me out. She was wonderful. She got me the same pair overnight. I will definitely keep buying more from 6pm. Thanks Marge for saving the day.
I ordered a mint color slip on and a matching purse. On arrival it was a flat brown sandals and a small purse which I did not like. I took steps to return the items but had to pay for the return to be shipped back. I paid $70 for the purchase of the items but had to spend $31 to return them. It is important to always read return policies!

Have ordered from them for 9 years and always had a good experience. I had my sister purchase a pair of UGG Bayson boots for my son for his birthday. I could not believe my eyes when they came. They were completely used, like months and months and maybe a year used. Soles were completely dirty and worn down, scuffed really bad on top and somebody tried to put polish on them, which made a nubuck boot look shiny in areas. The inside lining was so matted down and had a green gum stain inside. I mean, is this Ebay or what? I could not even sell these on Ebay, no one would buy them. Kudos to them for good customer service of accepting a return from a customer who wore the heck out of these and had the nerve to return them (WHO DOES THAT?). But shocking to me is that 6pm re sold them. So shocked and appalled that I will never ever shop with them again!

Hey peeps, I actually made a positive feedback based on my very first purchase with this site. Boots were received as described ( brand new & authentic) so then I made another splurge and this time, on a pair of Timberland glancy boots. It was originally priced at $139.99 but I fortunately snatched it at 60% off. The pair arrived in a timely manner but I was devastated when I opened the box. There were scratches all around the my timb boots, mild creases were present and albeit the soles were spotless, this specific pair I received looked like it was worn for a few times and the previous owner just gave the soles a good scrub. The reason I still gave 2 stars is that it i still consider it reasonably priced in its condition. I was scrolling through poshmark for the same model and people were selling their used ones for a hundred bucks so...

I was also iffy about ordering off this site. I read good and bad reviews but I really needed some new Sorels. My order was exactly as pictured and to my surprise the shipping was really fast and I got free shipping to Alaska which doesn't happen often. I will def shop off there again.
Their site promises no defects or fakes but that was a lie when I opened my package today. I ordered a very expensive Valentino Bravia bag in python leather. A $1,400 purse on sale for $425. The purse I recieved didn't even match the picture. The shoulder strap was missing. The metal plate was cheap steal with water stains. The inside trash was cloth (it is supposed to be gold medal plating) was sewn in UPSIDEDOWN. There were no authenticity cards like there should be in the inside pocket. The sewing quality was horrible. 6pm had offered me a new Bravia bag but with no python print. I'm actually nervous to order anything else at this point. And when you call customer service you will be speaking to someone from India or the Philippines. If this is really Zappos, you have lost a customer. Discount or not, no one likes to be cheated.
I ordered a couple of times and it seems like every time my order is missing. I contacted the customer service to get my order or my money back and they said "please look if the order is with your neighbors" i looked and nothing. And the only orders that has ever gone missing was from their company, so no way I'm buying that. Anyways, i contacted them again and they said they're starting an investigation, after a weeeek, i recontacted to find them still saying same stuff. I asked for my money and i'll need that account locked. I only need my money back and i'm never ever buying from them again!

Bought 2 pairs of size 7m shoes. Neither the sling back or pump fit both 1 size too small! I only own size 7 shoes some are narrow. It looked better in the picture. They are cheap Chinese knock-offs and the worst thing is not exchanges and YOU pay shipping. Ipaid $13.38 to return by ground mail to Shepherdsville KY from California. I wasted my money! CS sent me the email right away - something tells me they are VERY use to people returning. I could have bought these shoes for regular price at Payless for $20-something dollars not $35 - $40 supposedly a sale price. I would never buy anything from this on-line site. I work too hard for my money.

A few years ago i stumble upon this little gem 6pm.com Oh how I love this website and the prices and sales. Lawd Jesus but hold on my money because I be on the website everyday. Lol i think this website is way better than Marshall and Tj Max. The product move very quick so you have to be on the money if you like an item. I have been saving my money for the holidays just make sure I get the good stuff early. Thank for the good products keep it up! I am a customer for Life!

I ordered a pair of Calvin Klein Skyla boots for 140$ (After 30% discount) before even scrolling through all the existing negative reviews this site has. Since it wasn't like I could do anything, I just hoped for the best. Fortunately, it arrived on time and in brand new condition. Tbh, the boots looked even better in person. I'm pretty confident they're authentic too since I scrutinised all the stitching and whatnot. Will personally keep shopping at 6pm

I love shoes. My friend told be about this website... Great brands, good prices... I even ordered my wedding shoes in rhinestones from them., I got them for 40$ when in wedding stores the same brand was close to 400$... They were the same shoes, original box as well as fabric bag for this specific brand., I was so impressed with fast delivery, free shipping as well prices. When you love shopping, you have to find the best deal for every pair.
I purchased Josef Seibel boots in a size 42 (11 in US) and received a 37 (about a 6-7 in US). When I called they said that they were out of stock... I called them off saying that they never planned on sending the right size because they never had it in the first place and wanted to charge me the $82 and then I would have to wait the 2 weeks for my money to be returned. The customer service rep ADMITTED that they never had the size 11 that I purchased! Be very careful with 6pm.com. Imagine if they do this to 10% of their clients -- they are making a fortune off of our money! Without paying finance charges for working with our hard earned dollars!
I am sooo disappointed by the way customer service have treated my case. I have bought Euro 80 worth of products (boots and wallet) and never received them. Customer Service never told me the info I asked for. So disappointed. Not to be trusted.

Awful, awful, awful! I am so disappointed! I'm size 8 (regular) and I ordered pair of boots size 8; the boots happened to be really small so I ordered size 9... Guess what - small again! And the boots were discribed as "regular size" -?!?!?!?! So now because of your incompetence I have two pairs of boots that I can't wear! And how come you don't offer exchange or in order to return the boots I have to pay shipping fees of about $10 or more per pair? Every other store pays for the shipping in case of returned items! I'm not buying from you never again!
I ordered a few items, within the next few days I canceled so I never received the items... the order came up to $400 so a significant chunk of change. Waited 2 weeks, didn't get the money back. Called customer care they said I needed to wait a while month, so I did. Called customer care they said they didn't charge me, I told them repeatedly that I didn't receive the money and they treated me like I was lying and of course they were in the Philippines so there was also a communication issue, language barriers. They referred me to my bank, luckily I have a great credit union, they disputed it with the company spreading them that I did not get my money back. Huge pain. I've spent thousands with 6pm over the past 15 years and it's sad that they've turned into such a shady company that lost its local customer care team. They used to be awesome! We'll never shop there again!

I ordered a pair of sketchers boots. I always wear a size 8 ( I own several pairs of sketchers) Well this particular pair was to small. I ended up returning them and had to pay $ 19 out of pocket for shipping.
I ordered a pair of boots in size 5 ½ and 6pm shipped the incorrect size "5 times"! Each time I received the incorrect size (including 7 ½, 8 ½, 9 ½, 7 ½ again, and another 7 ½ the 5th time), I called customer service, they apologized, and reordered the correct size to be shipped to me. Eventually, a customer service supervisor refused to replace the shoes with the correct size, since they had no way of guaranteeing I would receive the correct size. No discount or alternative was offered for a different pair of shoes. To add insult to injury, my refund will take 10 business days – it has been a month since my original order.
The worst online shopping experience ever!
Un4tunately I read the 6pm reviews AFTER I bought from the liars. As warnings stated the boots arrived badly scoffed & poorly constructed. If I had wanted USED I would have bought@ thrift store! In addition to reviews 6pm def. Needs to be reported once & for all!
The Frye short boots I purchased here were on sale at the site (price went up almost immediately after I ordered), so the price was terrific for these usually $300+ boots. But when they arrived, they were not exactly a pair in color. I'm suspecting at least one of the shoes was a second because of the crooked stamp on the sole and some color blotches. The shipping was fast and the boots are near enough in color that I might keep them, just to avoid the high charge of sending them back! I'm on the fence about this place, as it was my first order and I leaped before I read the reviews. But saving a lot on decent-quality Fryes that will last a long time might make me keep them. I'd return them to Nordstrom or Zappos in a heartbeat and get another pair better matched. It's a hard call, and seeing how many other reviewers got skunked at this website, I'd say CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Reading these reviews and looking at my experience, it just seems like 6pm is a very uneven reseller. I ordered some nice Bacco Bucci dress shoes from them and had been very happy with them. They arrived promptly; they were exactly what I asked for; the price was good. I wore them maybe 50-60 times, and the heels on both of the shoes fell off. And I wore them sitting at a desk, so I'm not even on my feet much. I asked 6pm if there was any type of warranty on their shoes, and their reply was: "I'm glad you got them in very good deals."
I don't know if this is indicative of poor quality issues at 6pm or if mine was a special case. Maybe Bacco Bucci is a poor manufacturer (I'd never heard of them before) and 6pm shouldn't carry them. I haven't decided if I'm going to give 6pm another chance or not.
Good experience with them, I did recently have a purchase that was shipped and never received. The biggest problem with it was the time-frame on the refund and the fact that I couldn't order the same thing again cause it was out of stock.
I saw an add that seemed amazing while searching for sunglasses. I clicked the link, added them to my cart, and shopped on. I found more huge deals. I couldn't pass on them.
As I added to my cart, the prices changed. Then, on those that didn't, the availability changed. I called and was told they do 24 hour sales! I explained I saw that link, my items weren't on it. They offered some discount, but not the original price.
I decided to wait and watch. As the prices went up on the items they were out of... The availability changed as well.
Bottom line, it's a bait and switch scam.
I've checked twice this week. Sale items they claim to be out of are available for full price on their sister site's. I am disappointed. Though Zappos.com has always been a bit shady.
I recently ordered a pair of short, black Frye boots that appeared to be a shiny, clean black leather in the photo on 6pm's website. I was so dissapointed when I opened the box to see a pair of dull black boots with what appeared to be mud-like markings all over the toe and throughout the boot. They appear very dirty and look more like a rain boot. I also couldn't even get them on my foot. Returning them immediately.
