Good shipping time. Ordered size large which ran a little big. But, overall I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, even though I like the men's clothes that's carried I won't be ordering anything else from them. Temu carries nice clothing also, but they always have free shipping. This company does not
I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.

God, I wish I have found out about the return policy before I ordered. I ordered a pair of Ukala boots which were 78 $. According to the size chart on the website ( universal) the size should of fit me, but it was way too big almost two size difference. I hurried to return the pair of boots and since their return policy suck, I had to pay 43 dollars to have them returned. What the heck?!, it's not even an international order! Not to mention I then placed another order for a smaller number because of the issue, I hope these ones at least fit me, other wise these are going to be some way over priced pair of boots. I wish they had a better return policy as they are a fairly popular site along with Zappos. At least for national return, would be only fair for the customers.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure you know exactly the sizes you need so you don't have to return and item and wait forever for a refund, also pay a ton on shipping it back!
Ordered a pair of boots that came within 2 days of placing the order, unfortunately the zipper had a defect so I had to return them. Called costumer service Monday, very nice lady, and the sent me a free shipping label. However I wouldn't had been able to track it so paid $12 for shipping just to have peace of mind. Boots were mailed back Tuesday, by Thursday I got a confirmation they had been returned and by Friday the refund showed up on my bank statement. I was concerned about the returning process based on reading other reviews and got positively surprised about how smooth they handled it. I would order from them again and return if I had to.
The prices can't be beat, however today is day 2 and it still shows "processing." I called and spoke to a woman in the Phillipines (oh how I wish we kept jobs in the US)... she tried to tell me that tomorrow was the 2nd business day - when she realized I was no dummy, she said it "should" be delivered tomorrow. I paid for 2 day shipping because I have an formal dinner to go to tomorrow night... after pleading my case and telling her I should get a refund on my shipping charges - she reluctantly agreed. So - will the shoes arrive tomorrow?! Customer service gets an F!

I did not receive a packing slip with my shoe order which I thought was odd. It was my first order with the company so I dismissed as an oversight. The strap on the shoe broke with my first few steps. I actually have the outdoor shoe in a different color. It was not the same shoe - is thecsite selling knock offs? When I contacted customer service with my order number they said they needed the email address - I provided that and they could not find my order. The email responses were cookie cutter with very poor English - I guess more customer service outsourcing. When I called, same thing - I was out on hold for over fifteen minutes after asking if they were located in the US. Yes a great price in the shoes but not worth it if the quality is low and lack of customer service. Are all companies outsourcing customer service to other countries? I will not purchase from this site again.
Don't bother shopping here if you are not in the USA. I'm in Australia and I had bought from them several years ago without a problem, but this time my wife and I both had our orders rejected due to their "Fraud Checking" system which apparently marks all international cards as possible fraud.

The good thing about the site is the pricing on all the items - they are way cheaper than in most stores. The quality is good and the representatives are always communicative and ready to help. I`m thankful for many goods I received from here and planning to get even more!
They are worst when it comes to size accuracy. Their item description is not reliable. I also found out that they deliberately overwrite the actual size with the wrong size probably so you would keep on ordering to get your fit since they dont offer exchanges and returns are not free. This is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes from them but to my dismay it doesnt fit. The return shipping is almost the same price as the item so there is no way Im gonna return them risking long delays and excuses from them. And to my surprise, when I double check the size tag, they just put a size 9 tag over the actual size 10 tag. I have a picture of it.
I love 6pm, but do you know they are owned by Amazon. The 6pm site is great for browsing and does not contain all of the trash products that the amazon site does, but once you have found something, you can get cheaper shipping (if you have Amazon prime) and 5% cheaper prices if your have their credit card. Anyways - love the site and love shopping there.
I was unable to cancel an order 50 minutes after I placed it! The reason I wanted to cancel was because I found the item $14 cheaper on sports authority.com. I was told the company did not open until 9 o'clock and the order was placed at 8:10 a.m. in the morning. At exactly 9 o'clock I called when supposedly the company was opening and the product was already processing for delivery and I could not cancel. Either that is unbelievable customer service that they could receive and process an order in the first two minutes of opening for the day or it is a complete scam to keep my order processing.
Like any girl, i love shoes! 6pm is a zappos' discount shoe repository so it's the perfect place to go when i want shoes but i don't have the dough to shell out for it. The one thing you have to watch out for is that prices change by the night but you kind of have to deal with it for the discounts.
I had ordered two items two weeks ago. One item showed up in the box when it was delivered. Clearly, someone had forgotten to put the second item in the box and shipped it. I contacted customer service who advised me they would process a return and told me they would cover one day shipping. I called customer service who completed the return for me and told me one day shipping would really be one week shipping. I called on a Thursday and they told me my package would arrive until the next Thursday. Why tell me in an email that you'll do one day shipping but it'll take a week to get to me. I called last Thursday and here it is Saturday and my order still shows "processing." Terrible customer service.

I have found Frye boots at 70% off retail and other items at 50% off or more. Sometimes though they have items at straight retail prices. The site works well and transactions are fair and are shipped totally as expected.
I have called customer service 3 times of which the person on the telephone could not understand my e mail address. They kept saying I no understand. I repeated it 5 times. I wanted to return a pair of shoes and needed a return label. I still do not have label to return shoes. Probably will not order anything again.

I purchased a pair of shoes from 6pm shoes and will never purchase another pair from them. The shoes are irregular and can not be worn. Literally, I can not get my foot into the shoes it is not because the shoes are too small. 6pm shoes suck!

Love this site! I love dc shoes our whole family wears them but looking for a good deal on them, saw this site n they have a good selection for a good price. Got them super fast and love the fact they don't charge shipping. The shoes where exactly what I wanted very pleased. So then when fathers day rolled around around I thought about this site bought a wallet and a dc belt. My husband loves them and the leather on both items is a very good quality. I ordered 2 extra small North Face women jackets for my daughters. One was brand new with all the original tags. And the other one I recived had no tags, lint all over it was clearly used. I am shocked and very upset. I will never shop with them again.
I ordered a swimsuit and it was exactly as described- I love it. It came in 5 days. However it was too big so I ordered the smaller size and will return one. I received great customer service and am very happy with my purchase and with the service.

I ordered 3pairs of shoes on June 25th that I was expecting in 3-5 business days as their website says(and I bought them for a trip I had to Africa on july 12th. So I never received my shoes until now, I've been sending emails but never got a reply, they just keep on sending me emails of deals, but never respond to my emails! Now I don't know what to do! I purchased a pair of dansko shoes, size 39. I have two pairs of dansko shoes and just love them, both are size 39. So when I saw this gorgeous style of dansko on 6 pm at a reasonable price, I ordered a size 39. They arrived within 5 days and turned out to be way too big. I had to pay $15 in shipping fees to return them and was hesitant to order a size down in case they didn't fit either.
I like this shop because on its site I can find the best sales proposition and choose what I like. I think that the best place for shopping and you can find many different types of products. That's so comfortable.
It's sad that the ratings for this were so low. I read all of them and I was pretty hesitant to order my boots from 6pm.
