Good shipping time. Ordered size large which ran a little big. But, overall I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, even though I like the men's clothes that's carried I won't be ordering anything else from them. Temu carries nice clothing also, but they always have free shipping. This company does not
I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.
I've ordered from 6pm.com four or five times now and have had no problems in the least.
The only real complaint is if you call in, it sounds like you're talking to someone at home with their kids. That could have just been younger sounding people giggling in the background, but I don't know for sure.
The sizing at the site uses the manufacturers sizing guides which aren't always true to size so you have to check that.
The down side to this site is the prices change constantly. If something is purchased, that causes that same item to go up in price slightly because it's considered IN DEMAND. So if you bookmark it or put it in your cart at one price and come back the next day, it might be more expensive.
It's a crap shoot.
Overall, I'd use them again.
3 strikes -they're out! For the third time, orders I've received from this site came in waaay too small, despite my having ordered either the correct size or one up. How can this be a coincidence? Todays shirts were Robert Graham-in size XXL, which my husband wears because he likes them loose. He tried them on and they are skin tight! Now I have to ship them back at my expense. Not worth the "savings". I'll stick to Neiman's from now on. Lesson learned.
Just checked out the sale on shoes that 6pm has going on. Fabulous sale, righteous prices and many styles to choose from. Site is easy to maneuver. Shipping costs are low, BUT over 50.00 is free shipping. Clothing sale also going on, along with shoes. All name brand. Unfortunately promo codes are all invalid. Tried them myself. Gave it 4 stars for this reason. I only shop with promos. Possibly next month their codes will be active.

I usually order from Zappos but decided to try 6pm... It may have been the style, but the shoes (sandals) I ordered were small and tight. I usually take a 6.5 in a sandal but this 6.5 fit more like a 6 and was very narrow. I also was disappointed that I had to pay to ship them back. And they don't provide shipping labels. It's just a big hassle for me... so it's back to Zappos for me.
Welcome to the world of China's cheap $#*!ty clothes! Looks great online; when you finally get it, (I've been waiting almost 1 month), it's been hammered down to a thumbsize to fit in one small bag with the other 6 things you ordered. It probably isn't even what you ordered anyhow or they send partial shipments and expect you to keep track of all of them. There is an 80% chance that it's too small, cheap fabric and poorly made. Linen? Yeah, sure. They just change the name but keep the same inventory of cheap crappy clothes sold under another name. When the reviews get to be too many and everyone wants their money back, then they change the name of the store and continue to sell this crap. There should be a law. Or a fine imposed for selling something they don't even have.
Placed order 3/26/2017 and today is 4/26/2017. Still nothing. Tracking says order is delayed. No follow up. Has not responded to my original email to customer service 2 weeks ago. Sent another one today. This is my first experience and it is not a good one. I will not be shopping here again. Communication and follow up are part of the process.

Company does not have the ability to cancel an order even when an issue with the website is identified and information reported within an hour of the error. I was told that I did not contact the company fast enough (within 2 hours) for them to be able to cancel the order since it was already at the warehouse and the order was fulfilled. Kind of funny that it was fulfilled at after 8:00 PM in the evening and on a National Holiday (1/1/15). All at the same time I'm still waiting for an order I placed last week to be shipped. Service Reps seem to have scripted responses instead of having the capability to research issues. Only way that I know of how to get this company to change is to stop ordering from them.

I've been working overseas for years. This 6PM.com has been an all-out life saver and a blessing. I order their incredibly discounted shoes, and they ship them via USPS to Afghanistan -- FREE! I'm able to order shoes & stuff for my family back home in Texas, too. The best thing yet -- these people have replaced items that inadvertantly got shipped to Afghanistan when they were actually needed in Texas. Yes -- 6PM.com replaced & re-shipped these items for FREE! They have great customer service agents, great prices, great selection, you name it. You simply can't find a better place to shop online.
Unbelievable, in 2016 having to return ship is ridiculous. I didn't even check. I shop online for everything and with all of the competition for customer approval having to go and ship your own return seems impossible. The prices were not any lower than others, I can't believe I fell for this.
I'll tell you right now, I am a prime member on amazon and I just assumed any other merchandiser associated with them would be professional.
I'll also be righting to Amazon. I noticed 6PM at the bottom of their site. I would never have shopped there if I knew they were that antiquated.

I got the shoes within a week of placing my order online. It took 3 days to process and 2 days to ship. Shipping was fast and accurate.
The shoes that I got were exactly as pictured and are BEAUTIFUL! I am very happy with them except the width was said to be "medium" although it is a bit narrow for my feet (I don't have really wide feet, pretty average). I still love them though. My only other complaint is that the zipper doesn't run smoothly, but the shoes are still what I wanted and I'm still pretty happy about them.
After accidentally shredding the invoice from shoes ordered from 6pm.com, I determined that the shoes werent a good fit. What a breath of fresh air to talk with someone who truly listened to my problem. Within moments an email was on the way to me with a printable return address label and instructions for the return. Also, they refunded not only for the item, but shipping fees. Both ways! In addition, they gave me a $15 credit on future purchases. I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me, because he was very professional and helpful.
No i was not paid for this review. I have ordered more than 10 items from this site in the last 6 month for my business, because they have such amazing discount, for example: i got a levis jeans 501 retailing price 68$ for 15$+free shipping, and the item arrived quickly and was 100% genuine with no defect. I have returned many items too because i didint really need them, and the refund was quick easy with no trouble every time. 6pm is so far my online oasis when it comes to online shopping.
This site is probably fine for people who don't know what the quality of "real" Frye's are, 6PM, is part of Zappos, which is part of amazon... Amazon has been known to sell fake fryes from some of its sources. There's no quality control at all, the boots i received were like a mismatched reject par or complete fakes. Be weary of a discount on Frye's. Its usually too good to be true. But from Frye website directly! I did complain to 6pm customer service and they did provide a return label (which they don't usually do). They claim they only sell authentic but these are not authentic Frye quality. Know your stuff or accept cheap reject or fake product before shopping here.
When it comes to buying new clothes I always can't determine which store to choose in order to find good clothes. Indubitably, nowadays people are tend to apply to online stoores because of pandemic, however sometimes I attend offline stores when I need something exclusive and I have no time to wait for the delivery. Recently, I decided to visit 6pm online store as I wanted brand-new clothes. I ordered here couple of shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and one pair of jeans. These things were delivered quite fast and I didn't wait for a very long time. It took at least couple of days.
Deceitful and Horrible
I purchased ECCO Henley Tie Oxford shoes by $175 (along with four other items, sport shoes, and a chukka...) for an office occasion, waited for more than two weeks, and kept tracking it... It was marked delivered, but I never received anything.
I called them, they had me wait for two more days, I did that, then I asked for Refund,...
Then I got something from a store that is not my favorite. Plus

I bought a pair of Gypsy Soule flip flops for 207. These are very expensive, and I have bought other pairs without a problem. I checked them over carefully, since they seemed slightly smaller than the size 9 I ordered. I started looking at the gems on the see ide, and one popped off. Then I noticed that the other crystals were set in a prong and firmly attached. Three of the crystals were barely hanging on. I glued them back on. The only thing I can ican assume is that they ended up on this site was was due to a manufacturing defect. I will definitely think twice before orderdering again.
I ordered two pairs of shoes on their site for my girlfriend on a Saturday night, and four days after(wed), they were delivered to my house. They shoes looked exactly like what I ordered online, eventhough i thought the finishing on one of them could have been much better but hey for that discounted price, no qualms, i was satisfied. I'll do business again with them in the nearest future.
Let me first off say that I have been buying products from 6pm for the last 4 years up until recently of course. After telling a friend about 6pm and showing them my purchases they quickly noticed how the name brands that I was buying were fakes. I even took one Puma shirt to a Puma store and they indeed told me it was a fake. After looking closely at the products and really studying them I realized everything that I have been buying were knock offs. They claim that it is not true but do your research on the products you buy down to the tag on the inside of the product. I can't believe I have been tricked this whole time. I don't understand how they have not been shut down yet.

This is horrible business practice, the luxury of ordering online is when you get something and it don't fit you should be able to exchange it for the correct size. NOPE not with 6pm, how bout you pay for the Return label yourself on top of what you already paid for the product. LOST my business for sure and everyone i know. I've ordered several items from 6pm (including several men's Ecco shoes). Each order has arrived promptly. The delivered shoe is exactly the same as I had ordered. The prices of the Ecco shoes are, with the exception of one time, always lower than any other site. On occasion, I've received my order in three business days following the placement of the order (mind you, we live in Oregon). This site is my go to shop for shopping Ecco shoes and The North Face, Patagonia and Marmot clothing, though I fully understand that 6pm offers limited items in each brand. Knowing that, I'm never disappointed.
Perhaps one of the biggest and useful sites with all things that you need. I found there trainers for me and a sports suit at a really convenient price. I must admit that it is a great place for shopping.
I received a wrong item but decided keep it since I have to pay return shipping cost even they messed up my order. (The item I ordered was dirt cheap but still.) I loved 6pm but won't shop there again.
This site has a lot of good deals. It is great for buying items at a discounted price. I bought a couple of dresses and some shoes. I ended up returning one of the dresses, because it didn't fit right. It is never fun returning an item, but after the hassle of mailing it out, I received my money back without a problem.
Okay, I'm going to get in on this shoe debate. There are 5 places that I get my shoes from in this order: Zappos, Nordstrom, Endless, DSW, 6pm.
I put 6 pm last not because it's awful but because their shoes are the least trendy (I mean, it's a discount warehouse). My sister doesn't care so much about trends since she loves the same patterns of shoes, but I do. 6pm is best for flats (not many trends happen around those) and once I buy a pair, I don't look back to check the prices because I know, if I had waited a day or two, I would have gotten them for cheaper since their prices change by a lot daily.
This is the worst site I have ever ordered from. Though they do have good prices, they don't send you the correct items. I ordered a pair of Frye boots, and when I opened the box I immediately saw that they were the wrong boots. Not even Frye boots, not genuine leather. They feel very cheap and look terrible. I called customer service and explained how disappointed I was, and their response was, "I am very sorry. We get many calls like this." If you get many calls with the same issue, don't you think you should try to fix your issues? Seriously, I am beyond disappointed. Also, he stated that it will take nearly a month to get my money refunded to me. THIS SITE IS A JOKE! BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from them again.
