Good shipping time. Ordered size large which ran a little big. But, overall I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, even though I like the men's clothes that's carried I won't be ordering anything else from them. Temu carries nice clothing also, but they always have free shipping. This company does not
I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.
I purchased running shoes from 6pm. Com. This was not my first time. The shoes are highly discounted, brand name running shoes. The shoes did not fit my feet and were uncomfortable. Instead of offering to replace the shoes at no cost for me to ship them back, thereby keeping a customer happy, they give vague instructions on returning the product and then I paid three times as much ($11) to ship a product back for a full refund of what I paid for them. Therefore, it is like walking into a shoe store, making a purchase and then deciding the shoes don't work for me and returning them and they charge me $11 to drive back to the store. What a grand rip off! Never again! They just lost me as a customer.
I ordered my boots on May 1st and received them on the 5th. They were in excellent condition, fit well, and were packaged with care! When I first ordered them I made a mistake and had to email customer service, and they were very polite and helpful. They were unable to change the order, but they did offer a free exchange if necessary! (I put the shoes back in the box to take the picture.)

I ordered the wrong width, but it still fit well; if you are ordering for wide feet, they may be a little narrower than expected! (the brand is LifeStride)

So, it's been 13 days now & I still haven't received my 39.90 from 6pm. You remember I told y'all they claimed they issued the refund on 12-29-16. I called my bank several times & they said, no credits have been added or pending from 6pm. So there is only one thing that it could be, somebody done pit in there pockets. Just because it states on my account that a refund was submitted, doesn't mean you did it. You put it there so your boss would this it was done but in reality, it was put in your pocket. No refund was issued to me they just took my money. Please don't order from this place because they will take your money. My son is wonder why I haven't got his shoes yet & I had to tell him that the shoes I sent back, they never refunded the money, so I can get the right size. This was a sad moment for my child & y'all néed to be ashamed of yourselves.

There are tons of discounts and it's far easier to me to enter the website and purchase something rather than attending official stores and overpay. If there is such an opportunity to buy quality stuff without any need to spend lots of money, then why visit offline stores then? I also don't understand.
I read that 6pm sells only authentic and non defective items, but after my last purchase, I have to ask myself "REALLY"? I own three pairs of Birkenstock sandals, one pair of Birkenstock clogs. Every pair is a size 38 and good fit. For reference, I am a US 7.5 So, when I saw a pair of Birkenstock boots on sale at 6pm, I jumped at it. I never would have ordered if I was unsure of the size because of their return policy that does NOT include free shipping. But after owning FOUR pairs I was very confident. It was even noted "true to size." WELL... either these Birks were tagged wrong, and or they are defective. This boot was ENORMOUS! I I estimate at LEAST two sizes larger than stated. I could have worn two pairs of thick socks and they still would have been BIG!
Needless to say, I returned them at a cost of nearly $18.00 out of pocket! Not Happy!

I was a loyal customer of 6pm for a few years, but after my last couple of purchases I will no longer use their services. On several of occasions they advertised a certain price for the shoe, but upon checkout/purchase (2-5 minutes later) the price was significantly higher. I had to call 6pm and they rectified the situation. It happened again, but this time my husband was making the purchase. It was not until the shoes arrived & I checked the invoice did I notice that upon checkout the shoes were higher a higher price. Of course when I tried contacting them, I never heard from them again. Ordered 3 pairs of Frye Boots, and one pair of Ariats. Love everything I've ordered. Boots were perfect, except one of the Frye's boots zipper was sticky. I emailed them immediately and they gave me credit for the boots and I didn't have to return them. I was impressed. I was only expecting a smaller store credit or something like that. If the zipper goes bad, I'll get it fixed :) Super fast shipping, too. Great deals. These are not 'knock offs' as some have insinuated. I'll keep shopping here.

I was very hesitant to order from this website after seeing all the bad reviews it'd gotten. The price was so good that I just couldn't pass it up (I got a pair of vibram five fingers for running.) I have been shopping at 6pm since 2008, and have had really positive experiences with them. I love their prices, and the variety of merch that they carry... Making a return is super easy as well. They will email the return shipping label, and I just print it. The customer service reps are very helpful as well, and I never have to sit on hold... I am really shocked at all the negative reviews. I must admit, it is a bit scarey... Have I just been lucky for the past 8 years? Lol
I bought a pair of New Balance W680v3 (size 7) for my girlfriend and a pair of Saucony Cohesion 10 (size 10.5) for me. This is the second time I've used this website and it is great! The shoes looked beautiful and they were so much cheaper than any other website I looked at. They fit us perfectly and feel amazing. Also the shipping was FAST! I ordered the shoes Memorial Day (5/29/17) and received them that Thursday (6/1). I will definitely be buying all my tennis shoes from this website!
This is the worst experience I ever have with an online purchase. I bought boots $140 and when I try them they didn't sit well.
So I decided to return them and find out that I have to pay my return fee which is $31!
This is ridiculous!

Just to be clear about legitimacy of the website: Zappos owns 6pm.com and they sell older models that they canbnot sell on Zappos due to their contracts with retailers. If you do not want to believe me, here is the proof. Do a Google search for "who is database" then once you get there, type in 6pm.com and click who is. You will see that the Zappos is the company who bought this website and operate. They own the name and all other registries related with 6pm. Happy shopping! They are legit!
I have shopped at 6pm.com several times. I did have to deal with customer service once for a pair of defective shoes. But they credited me and handled it like a good company should. They have a wide variety of shoes here - athletic, heels, casual.
If you have an issue and need to return an item, you'll pay to send it back to them, regardless of whether it's your fault. The item could be defective or the wrong thing. You'll pay. A lot.
Customer service is non-responsive.

Ordered some shoes and had to return one pair, I paid $25 for. The return process is long winded and complicated and you have to pay for shipping. I ended up not returning item because shipping would have cost $15 plus the time wasted to go to USPS or the UPS store. Cannot recommend 6pm.
I've been a customer since January 2010. I did not receive all of my items in my last purchase. I emailed the company and got a reply and resolution to my issue from a rep named Elmo within hours and well beyond my expectations. I will continue to shop here and refer friends and family.

I bought a pair of boots for $136. They were uncomfortable and I needed to return them. I've purchased in the past from 6 pm and I remembered return shipping was deducted from my refund and it was reasonable. Anyway, I printed the return shipping label and dropped it off at the post office only to discover I had to actually pay out if pocket for the return shipping. The cheapest option was $26. I'm angry and I'll never buy from 6 pm again because I'd rather pay more and have free returns which most companies now offer anyway. Buh bye, I hope you go out of business!

I have purchased many pairs of boots from 6pm.com and have always had a good experience. The prices can't be beat! Recently I had a problem with an order and the Customer Service representative sent me a prepaid return label via email and expedited shipment of a replacement! I love this site and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!
I bought a Patagonia lite vest in black and although the tag was still attached, the vest was dirty. There were dust that I petted off but there was a patch of stain on the back. Don't wish to go through the trouble of returning it so I'm now washing the vest to see if it will turn out ok. I'm not sure if it's a stain or mouldy but the vest has been in a warehouse a long time.

Bought a pair of jeans didn't fit me :/ so they made me pay to send it back!
