Good shipping time. Ordered size large which ran a little big. But, overall I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, even though I like the men's clothes that's carried I won't be ordering anything else from them. Temu carries nice clothing also, but they always have free shipping. This company does not
I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.
I love this website. I can find pretty good deals on my favorite brands like Roxy, Rip Curl, Billabong, Nike, Body Glove, Fox, Volcom, RVCA, and O'Neill. Yes it's legit, the WOW! Prices are real, the only thing is is that sizing and quantities are limited which is why I haven't bought the entire website yet. I've been ordering from here for a few months and it's great. :)

Look up the item on other websites to see reviews since this website does not have user reviews. Also, don't expect to see everything in your size.
I ordered a Mara Hoffman bikini bottom and a rash guard from 6pm.com and the wrong item was sent. Instead I got the bikini top and rash guard with no bottoms. I called customer service and they let me keep the bikini top for free and overnighted the matching bottoms I originally ordered. Talk about great customer service! I've never had such a great experience.
I just purchased a pair of Nike Tanjun all white sneakers from 6 p.m.com. The price was 20 dollars less than I usually pay for these sneakers. I have these in several different colors including all white (the ones I purchased). They arrived to me fast and when I opened the box i found the correct nike box with the correct description on the side. Inside, I found fake nikes that fell off a truck somewhere. I already have these shoes so I am aware of the correct fabric and coloring of the logo and stuff. Along with being total fakes, they were also dirty. I called and the customer service rep was very nice and sent me a return label for refund. The moral of this story is, if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is.
I can't tell you how many times I've ordered from 6pm.com. And honestly, had it not been for their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would've given them 5 stars.
Their selection is okay (some classics are never in stock and that's irritating)
Their delivery time is great (sometimes earlier than expected)
Customer Service- simply put- SUCKS. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and 2 were childrens. Long story short- a sole was hanging off and they wouldn't refund or give credit. The shoes were brand new- that made no sense to me.
Also- I had a coupon that when I applied it to my order- prior to checking out- it worked perfectly fine. I submitted my order within the specified time frame for this coupon but once I hit the confirmation button- the coupon nolonger worked. This too was addressed but customer services wouldn't listen or do anything about it.
Tip for consumers:
If you need to interact with "support" for whatever reason, don't waste your time.
I just paid $65 to return several pairs of shoes that ended up not fitting well. When there are SO MANY OTHER places to buy shoes from that offer free returns, it just isn't worth the risk of buying shoes from 6pm.com. I will NEVER make that mistake again.

I ordered Calvin Klein taupe boots on Saturday, 12-10-16 approximately 11:00ish am and received them Tuesday, 12-13-16, afternoon. Appearance of boots was more than what I expected and I was at awe and extremely impressed receiving the boots in a few days.

For quick and easy full returns and good customer service. I got some shoes with a defective zipper, was issued a return mailer, and given a refund quickly. They made amistake with the refund and didnt refund the original shipping, but when I called they immediately fixed the problem.
I Was going to sign up, but after reviewing their site, but just look at THESE REVIEWS! SO UNFORTUNATE! I could Never pass this along to any of My Customers, they'd be frustrated with Me, and I would loose business. Bad Business ethics, is Bad Business, period. "Get yourselves together, 6pm.com! This company Customer Service has much to be desired. They posted an Item on sale for one very good price. When I went to purchase this item. The price tripled. I sent an email calling them on this posting and was told "we don't price match" it was their own link! Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY no help. I asked to be provided with a Corporate Phone Number and was told "We are not allowed to give out that information" So people be aware that this American Based Company WILL NOT negotiate in good faith with it's customers or potential customers.
I have had such a negative experience lately regarding quality and style - all is so cheap quality that I NEVER would buy at the store having an opportunity to touch the item or very bulky style I wouldn't buy either. I don't know where they get their products from, all seem like fake replicas. Had to return so many times at MY OWN expense.

The case is being investigated by US postal service at the moment. It is a fraud when merchandise is advertised for sale but different item was sent to customer. It has been money, time and effort from me trying to get my refund. It has been more than 2 months since and the case has not been concluded yet. In my opinion 6PM is not a reliable vendor and I will not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. I have not been scammed in my entire life until now! I find it hard to believe that they made such a careless mistake by sending the cheap bag to me instead of the designer bag that I have ordered which costs USD1,349.99.
Just received a pair of shoes that were clearly used and had dog hair all over inside! I've also had issues with this company in the past due to false advertising with pricing. I won't be back.

Ordered some Osiris skate shoes, they fit great, got the shoes in time for Christmas. I love their return policy too, but didn't need it, im a happy shopper.
Orderd 2 pairs of UGGS for mom for a Christmas gift on 12/9.12/10, received shipping comfirmation email. Tracking info on my 6pm.com account a few days later states items are in transit.
12/17, receive automated email stating my return was received and refund was processing.
Never received the shoes, so obviously, I never returned them.
Called 6pm on 12/19 to inquire about my order. The rep was very pleasant but major language barrier. Every time I tried to ask "what happened?" he wouldn't/couldn't answer my question. Was not offered the opportunuty to get a suitable replacement sent, nor a re-order.
Disappointed and frustrated as it is now probably impossible to track down these specific shoes in time for Christmas. I would have liked to know what happened - were they never shipped? Why did it take a week to be contacted by automated email?
Either way, I can't trust making a purchase with 6pm again and will avoid 6pm and their sister site Zappos.

At first, before buying at 6pm.com I read reviews about it; made me a bit sceptical but I took a chance anyway. Most of all my clothing were bought online and before I had never had any problem buying on other websites. My first purchase at 6m.com was exactly as I ordered so I purchased futhermore. Since then I have bought more then 10 times on their website whether it was for shoes, shirts, accessories or even suits and I have NEVER been dissapointed regarding any of my purchases. They were all in very good condition and brand new. In my opinion I think that 6pm.com is the best and I will continue buying from them in the futur.
I order clothes from this store. Guess is my favorite. I like the returning policy. When something doesn't fir, I can return it very fast and get money back.
I would never order again from this company. Customer has to pay for returns. It's just not worth it given there are so many other websites to buy from

After at least a half dozen purchasing experiences, I have found 6pm to have good products, as described, very fair pricing and accurate / timely shipping. A definite recommend!

I'm cursed with size 5-5.5 feet, actually I'd say 5.25. That means, 5 is too small and 5.5 is too big. I've found 5, with stretching accommodates and 5.5 with ankle straps and whatnot helps.
It's a complete nightmare trying to buy shoes at department stores or any store that's within my budget (and in my vicinity). The two styles in size 5 are either tacky or uncomfortable or depending on the season, just not my thing. So I've learned to buy shoes online... which is great for UPS, hit and miss for me.
I've eyed 6pm for a long time, being the sale outlet of Zappos and having great deals on decent shoes. After reading some very divided reviews, I decided to order from them once and try anyway seeing as they had a Mother's day free 2-day shipping deal. I'm happy to say, I received my items a day early and all of them looked new. One had very minor white paint marks on the soles but no one is going to be looking at that while you're walking.
The odd thing is, a shipping confirmation email was sent a day after they were shipped. 6pm does not offer free shipping, as of now, it's $6.95 per order to and out of pocket back. However they do have free shipping deals for holidays, so it's worth it to take advantage of that. Another thing that I did notice is that the prices do change, I'm guessing based on a free flowing supply and demand system which adjusts their prices automatically. In their case, I think it's up to the discretion of the buyer to fully realize that they do not offer price matching, that the shipping is not free and that the period to return is 30 days.
