They really do care. I need my glasses the lens fell out and broke.
I couldn't access anything on my phone. The agent helped me with everything that I was needing. I thank you for having a very knowledgeable team. This Man really deserves a raise. I thought he was going to be like all the others agents that l have dealt with. ("You got to do this and that"!) But not him he did everything that I needed.

I had a problem ordering from stop and shop. I didn't know there was a difference about ordering from Stop and shop directly and Instacart. I just got a bundle of information about Instacart, which I knew very very little about if anything at all to be honest. This guy Andrew just made my day!

Due to having to cancel a credit card I had to call several accounts to give them a new card number. After several calls one experience involved two calls and an hour total. I had one more account to call that was Roku. This was the best experience I had I was connected with Andrew and he had my question answered and another problem resolved within minutes. Best experience I had in dealing with support providers. Great Job Andrew.
On July 13 I found my bill that was due July 14,2022! I panicked because my credit cards were at home while we were traveling except for one we carried with us! While out of town I called for help to pay my bill. No problem! We just charged it to my credit card - SUCCESSFUL!
My worries are over and we can enjoy our trip!

I was so excited to receive the purse. But when open the box and pull the purse out I was so disappointed. It had a funny smell plus the zipper was torn on one side. And that was to much money to spend and have to have it fix. That is not hoe I so it in the picture.

Thought I had called UTUBE TV direct, loss my wallet and had to change cards for the monthly set up, Brian explained they were an independent tech provider and would delete all the info I gave. I thought that was the end of it but Brian stayed on the call, was very polite and walked me through the whole process. He went above and beyond with his assistance in helping me, we started talking sports after that it was a very good call! Thanks Brian
Screaming washer. Machi e started screaming in spin cycle. Talked with repair man and it is as I thought... transmission problem. A new transmission will cost about 500 to 600 so he suggested ditching machine. Also said to stay away from LG KENMORE AND SAMSUNG machines.
