Uber is great. When you have a question you can actually speak with a human. Tried another ride service, I was having trouble with the software but could only text. After 4 hours I got so frustrated that I gave up. With Uber it took 10 minutes and I had everthing set up.
Wendy was the veterinarian with whom I spoke. She was truly compassionate in her questions and answers. I felt warm after having talked with her and knowing that she would pray for my Sadie. Unfortunately Wendy could not visually diagnose my girl due to my physical proximity.
Told Michael I had been contacted by a carrier that offered me 50 percent discount, when I mentioned scam to the guy he stared threatening me. They wanted me to pay in gift cards. Michael gave me the proper number to call and reassured me. Thank you!

I was overcharged by Uber for $20 I was in the uber app trying to figure out how to dispute it. This box pops up for 6ya I'm thinking it's still uber because I never left app next thing I know my account is debited another $50 So I immediately contact them to say I don't want this and need my money. Now they are saying I used the service so I'm out my money. Not trust worthy company

I received a broken mug in my delivery, and I wanted to have it replaced. The fellow who handled my problem was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient as I had no idea how to go through all the steps on a computer.

My WF-3540 was dormant for over a year and would not print. Within minutes, Joe A. Had patiently walked me through the process of cleaning my print heads, which I had to do four times before the ink finally appeared fully on the print pattern. But it is working again! Saved me a shopping trip and the expense of buying a new printer. Thanks, Joe.
Anthony was patient and kind but was unaware of the Find my Mobile app with a registered Samsung account which will allow you to unlock your phone from another device. It only resets pin number and biometrics. No factory reset required. Find my mobile is NOT the same as Find my device!

Turns out Hulu was having massive equipment problems. They had been down for at least 24 hours and maybe more

At first I had to talk to someone to tweak the sign in process. He was excellent. So pleasant to talk to. Then I spoke to someone else about a different but related subject. Again, this person was great in all respects. Several days later it was time to shop. So many wonderful choices. Frankly, I just had fun doing my shopping.
