Finally a company with customer service

Uber is great. When you have a question you can actually speak with a human. Tried another ride service, I was having trouble with the software but could only text. After 4 hours I got so frustrated that I gave up. With Uber it took 10 minutes and I had everthing set up.

My friend Sadie

Wendy was the veterinarian with whom I spoke. She was truly compassionate in her questions and answers. I felt warm after having talked with her and knowing that she would pray for my Sadie. Unfortunately Wendy could not visually diagnose my girl due to my physical proximity.

Gift card scam

Told Michael I had been contacted by a carrier that offered me 50 percent discount, when I mentioned scam to the guy he stared threatening me. They wanted me to pay in gift cards. Michael gave me the proper number to call and reassured me. Thank you!

Horrible rip off

I was just trying to contact seat geek about tickets but had to sign in with you to do so then found it cost me $50. Hopefully my refund comes in and I never have to deal with you people again. How do you sleep at night?

Scammed into membership

I was overcharged by Uber for $20 I was in the uber app trying to figure out how to dispute it. This box pops up for 6ya I'm thinking it's still uber because I never left app next thing I know my account is debited another $50 So I immediately contact them to say I don't want this and need my money. Now they are saying I used the service so I'm out my money. Not trust worthy company

Confused

I don't remember signing up! However if I have by some concatenation on my part, I need to unsubscribe! I have a particular form of Cancer and I need to hold onto what little money I have. You gave me a good service today but I can no longer afford it. Sorry but thanks for today.

Just the help that I needed

My WF-3540 was dormant for over a year and would not print. Within minutes, Joe A. Had patiently walked me through the process of cleaning my print heads, which I had to do four times before the ink finally appeared fully on the print pattern. But it is working again! Saved me a shopping trip and the expense of buying a new printer. Thanks, Joe.

Forgot unlock pin

Anthony was patient and kind but was unaware of the Find my Mobile app with a registered Samsung account which will allow you to unlock your phone from another device. It only resets pin number and biometrics. No factory reset required. Find my mobile is NOT the same as Find my device!

RON to the RESCUE

After racking my brain and patience for 3 hours on Saturday afternoon ( 7/15/22), about Hulu blocking my account, I called
6YA. I was sent to Ron. He quickly responded and we tried everything he could think of with no success.
Then he remembered a site that tells you what going on with a particular APP.
Turns out Hulu was having massive equipment problems. They had been down for at least 24 hours and maybe more
Thanks to Ron I didn't have a huge meltdown. 5 STARS to you on everything.

Greg was very polite and easy to understand. English was not his second language. He was very patient with me because I'm old and not overly computer savvy. He answered any questions I had. If I didn't get it he would break things down until I did get it. A very enjoyable experience. Thanks Greg.

At first I had to talk to someone to tweak the sign in process. He was excellent. So pleasant to talk to. Then I spoke to someone else about a different but related subject. Again, this person was great in all respects. Several days later it was time to shop. So many wonderful choices. Frankly, I just had fun doing my shopping. It all arrived yesterday and it looked great, and it is. Love this place. So glad to have discovered it.

Credit for annual fee

My credit card had been charged for an annual Audible subscription but my wife passed away last year so it was no longer needed. A credit was issued to my card once I explained the situation. I was thankful for the excellent help I received in getting the problem solved.

Good help

I have an apartment and my TV is connected to Direct TV. I wanted to install Roku and needed lots of help. I connected with this company. They helped me for about an hour and a half. I thought things were working and so went to have dinner. When I came back, I could not get any Roku to work.

I see that 49.00 and plus 1.00 was taken out of my account.he didnt say nothing about the money or cost for just asking him about peacock surpream. Suppose to get it free for 12 months if you are a spectrum customer. I don't give him no 5 I give him 1. Please put money back in or further action will be taken. Brenda
