Thought I had called UTUBE TV direct, loss my wallet and had to change cards for the monthly set up, Brian explained they were an independent tech provider and would delete all the info I gave. I thought that was the end of it but Brian stayed on the call, was very polite and walked me through the whole process. Screaming washer. Machi e started screaming in spin cycle. Talked with repair man and it is as I thought... transmission problem. A new transmission will cost about 500 to 600 so he suggested ditching machine. Also said to stay away from LG KENMORE AND SAMSUNG machines.

I had trouble with verification via Google due to the purchase of a new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem with T-Mobile and they finally referred me to Google and within five minutes the technician was able to solve the problem and in while doing so, he was able to educate me with how the process goes and above all of it, he was extremely patient with me. He turned what was aggravation into jubilation with his expertise and professionalism. Thank you again

I had a problem trying to work my Uber and your website offered help with it so I click on the link and the next thing I know you guys took money from me. Now at this time I didn't know how much was takin. So anyway a gentleman called me to help me and he had no clue what was wrong and couldn't help me I was only on the phone for 5 min with him and u charged me 50 for someone who couldn't help me and we were only on the phone for 5 min. I would love a refund because this website is a rip off so don't click on any link they will take your money without your permission
I had a problem with an Uber transaction that needed more technical finesse than my mid-century brain could muster. Uber directed me to 6YA and I was very quickly connected with Artis—oops! Do I get to identify him or is that a review faux pas… How would I know, I'm 68. So Artis, the momentary voice of 6YA walked me through what I needed to know to fix my problem. And all without making me feel like a fossil! Hope all of your reps are as good at their jobs as Artis or I'll have to suggest that you make him 6YA's Director of Training!
He called me back immediately and told me how to take care of my problem now I am waiting for a Afterpay Customer Service Rep to call me back I hope it doesn't take long. I need to get into my account to pay a bill because th card they have on file is not the right card. I had to get another card because I had fraud on the old card. And it won't let me get into my account because it won't accept my new card I have so I really need to talk on the phone with someone. Thank you
He did everything he could to help me but it turned out I have to wait until my service expires before I can change to the annual plan which is on the 16th but at least I figured that out. The computer screen didn't say that to me. Without him explaining that I would've sat there a lot longer trying to get it to work so I appreciate him explaining it to me for sure.
I found it very enlightening the way your system is set up. First y oh chat and state your prob my em, then you get a live agent. The waiting time was zero and for todays world, thst is great. The chat man was kind (name was Chris), but the msn I spoke with last night on zthyrsday, the 22nd of July at about 9:30 was super pleasant and helpful, I keep thinking his name was Charles, but I can be wrong, but whoever he was, keep him!
The expert I had today was A M A Z I N G! His name is Joel. He really helped me out with alot more the just the issue I was having booking an Uber. At first, it was mentioned that Paris would help me. Then when you asked for my review, you said how was Greg? That was confusing. She couldn't help me with Peacock because the problem is with my provider, Verizon, and my tablet.
It was terrible. Pecock went thru you for help and I didn't realize that you would take $50! Out of my account. I know it is not your fault but PEACOCK is crazy not to help people and send them to you.

About a month ago scammers got my information and into all of my accounts. I was told I needed to get my phone cleaned, I have called several places trying to get help and this was the last call, and I was given more information about getting my prob solved. Thank you 6ya.

It was the first time I used this type of service and I was pleasantly surprised. Quan was very patient and sympathetic about my problem and polite. He did everything he could to find a solution to my problem. He was very thorough in searching for information that could help me.
I inadvertently gave credit card info to you, thinking I was speaking to Prime Video. When I became aware that I subscribed to a 7 day trial for 6ya, I wanted to immediately cancel as I had no idea who or what 6ya was. After speaking with a 'Brandon,' I was contacted by a 'John' moments later. He told me that he canceled my subscription and then gave me Prime's Customer Service #, which was much appreciated. However, we got disconnected. Minutes later, I received another call from 6ya asking about my experience. Before I could confirm that my subscription was canceled, I was disconnected, yet again! I would greatly appreciate confirmation of cancellation.
