This was my first time experience using 6ya. I got a fast response and the representative Brittany was super helpful and had a lot of patience in helping me with my problem. She was very professional and courteous.
My first time experience was great and I am very satisfied.
I couldn't be more pleased with the help I got in setting up my Uber account. Often times I get a technician that has very little patience in helping me. Imagine my pleasure when the technician showed such patience in helping me. I went online to what I thought was Uber and have no idea about 6ya.
The driver arrived at the hotel on time and got out of his car and went to the trunk area of his car. He said he needed to get his things out of the trunk and put them in the front, a huge duffle bag and several small bags. After putting his things in the front seat of his car he returned to the trunk area of the car where we were waiting and said, "ladies you can put your things in the trunk." We said aren't you going to help us he replied, "no I have a bad back." Within seconds he said, "just call yourself another Uber" shut his trunk got in the driver's seat and drove off.
When I first spoke with Michael, he put me at ease and made me feel confident that my issue would be solved, and Michael used his skills so effectively that within a half hour, I was liged into where I needed to be and the problem no longer existed. Thank so much, Michael!
I had items delivered to me from a nearby Walmart. One item was missing... it was listed on the order and I was charged for the item. In an effort to request a refund for that item I telephonically spoke with Kevin. He was very personable and professional. He understood what I sought and took the steps necessary to facilitate a credit. Kevin was patient and listened well, It was a pleasure to deal with him. Kevin is a credit to Walmart!
Cleveland was very patience and helpful with a non-technical computer user. Walked me thru the steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Once we followed the steps to reinstall he helped with the sign-up steps. It was hard to get signed up but was finally completed. Hopefully the problem of returning to home many times during viewing will not be repeated. Thanks for the help.
Went into the IRS, maybe 3 screens, clicked on a name to chat with & got 6YA screen to secure a cc from me. I thought the IRS was charging for chats, filled it out, & Brandon called. He was very thoughtful & helpful!
In the process of trying to get through to a representative from Macy's instead a person from 6ya came on the line. I did not contact this service, I did not authorize this service, I do not want this service. I feel this is a scam setup and I am making a report to the Attorney General's Office. It was in the end of the conversation was I told I was being billed $49.95 for 6ya. I never authorized this charge and I am disputing it.
6ya's customer service was an excellent service they were very helpful. The person who called me name is Richard he explained everything in detail to me and why I might behaving the problem with my DoorDash account. He gave me the correct phone number to contact DoorDash customer service. I thought on my computer 9 was contacting. DoorDash but I ended up getting 6ya. Richard was a pleaasure to talk to about my problem with my DoorDash account. I defiantly would and will recommend them for customer Service

Kadin was so patient and walked me through everything as many times as I needed. When I would get frustrated with myself she was alway so kind and calmed me right down. She is excellent and deserves 10 stars in my opinion
I tried to place an order on line with JC Penny and had a lot of trouble checking out. I tried to get customer service to no avail but 6Ya connected me to the right person and I was able to place my order.
Cathy, was great. She was so patient & helpful. I was freaking out & worried, but she calmed me & asked all the right questions & she recommended me the things to do for my 4yr old Lab. She gave me relief along with the health information & guidance I needed. She didn't rush me and I will definitely continue to use 6ya. Thank you so much!

It was not a program I was interested in loading. It was somehow connected to another program I was Using. The program was Roku.com. I called and spoke to 6ya about it. There was no pushback refunding my money. The were courteous and sensitive to my needs. Good People. For that reason I would recommend them. It's the people you deal with that matters. This was a nice surprise in todays economy. Well done!
Talked to Dean, who was supportive of my problem. I list my husband last year, and have to watch my expenses. I have a large bee nest on my deck, and was trying to contact a bee keeper. Somehow I charged $29.99 on Agni's list, and no one eve4 called me. So I would like the charge removed, please. Dean said he would help me.
It was so easy to get help and support without spending lots of money and the good news is that it's not a 1 time call with people that ultimately don't help you! My wife and I spent 6 hours on the phone last night and I spent another 3 hrs. On line this morning trying to get. Rid of this 'life-lock applocatio. In the process we were told to down load 'anydesk' application. We were told that their salesman has made a mistake and refunded $647.00 instead of the $47 we were supposed to get and would we please go to Walmart and send them transfer of $600 to an address they would give us when we got there! There was a lot of drama about people losing there jobs. Their English was very garbled and it was a stressful process! Eventually they hijacked our computer and sent themselves $6000. Our bank didn't honor the requeqst (because of the website) thank you Jesus! We still couldn't get rid of the application. Tried on line with apple help but because of the delays in our conversations I finally gave up!
I was getting billed for Paramount Plus but couldn't get it on my TV. I called the number on my credit card bill and told Hari I was getting billed but didn't have it. Found out I had it on my computer but not on my TV. Hari have me step by step instructions how to get it on both. Then sent me an email telling me how to add closed captioning. He was very patient and very knowledgeable.
I have an issue with the billing and I have talked with an representative from the company and also my bank. I ordered the F1 keto and on my bill was an additional charge of $59.99 for detox. Maybe you received my email and removed the charge because I have not received any other products from you, but I'm rechecking my bank account.
