I contacted Peacock about upgrade to my service. They sent me to 6ya. I couldn't figure out how to upgrade & was becoming upset. The 6ya agent explained step by step how to do the upgrade & it worked!
The tech I had was very nice informative and professional he helped me find a serious problem with one of my accounts and why I couldn't get back in and helped undergo the process of getting it back and I would recommend this service

One of the possible causes Dr. Adams talked to me about, was actually confirmed with x-rays that were taken at the emergency pet hospital. Dr Adams called and texted me a few hours later wanting to know how Brandi was doing.

Randy seem to be helpful. I was told that problem would be handle. Told I have to wait two hours than I can go online to pay my Target bill. I am unable to do this. I have received 2 emails from Target telling me my user name which they were correct. I go on line for Target put my user name, (the correct one Target indicated) SO go online to pay bill AND on top Target I am told user is INCORRECT!
When I connected to this service I did not understand that this was a "middle man for the # I wanted. Unfortunately I supplied a credit card for a service I did not want. Unfortunately I supplied a card for a service I did not want. Shame on me. I called back and was assured it would be deleted. Anxious to see the refund in my account. READ THE SMALL PRINT!
No one tells you cost! Then again I didn't ask! Never assumed it would be this pricey for 5 minutes work! Got the answer should have called the bank! Stupid!

I spoke to an expert, I was happy with him even though he did not solve my problem. Then I looked at my bank account and they charged me 50.00 for a 5 minute call. They don't tell how much it is.
