The driver could not get the system to pick up my ride do I had to change and refo it again in order to get going I need you to refund my first ride and charge the second do not put two charges on my card

Unfortunately, I had to take the ambulance to a local hospiral Emergency Room. After I was treated I called Uber and 6ya arrived on time, his vehicle was clean and comfortable and he was professional.
Still hasn't been resolved. Outcome still pending since my card has been canceled before I received my refund.
But very satisfied with the determination to help resolve this matter.
