I understand that "workout" wear is going to fit more snug. But I ordered the largest size I could and it fits a little tighter than I would like it to. I also didn't realize the tops straps crossed in the back. I was also expecting the top to have more of a cotton feel than a spandex/swimsuit texture. I keeping it only because I don't like the hassle of doing returns.
Decent quality, if you buy on a two for one sale (which they have often.) I find that sizing (for my body at least) is not consistent across different style. But over all I would recommend the site for any plus size person looking for lingerie.
I don't wear lingerie & I hate ordering clothes online. Especially after having my baby, my body is all over the place. I'm 190 lbs, 5'2. I wear my weight mostly in my belly.
I ordered lingerie after a few glasses of wine. I was dreading its arrival but tried to remain hopeful it may actually look good. & IT DID! The fabric is great, the size fit me perfectly. I loved it & my husband definitely enjoyed it. I'm so happy with my experience & can't wait to order again.

If I can give them a 0 I would! I placed an order on 2/4 and their website guaranteed delivery by 2/14. Today i received the 3rd email from them "apologizing"that the order hasn't even been processed yet let alone shipped, however, they definitely charged my account! I will never ever buy from them again.
I was so surprised by the quality of the products. Also the measurements were great, everywhere I've ordered from everything runs smaller and I don't feel comfortable or confident in them but these sizes are spot on!
I was excited to find matching bras and underwear sets. Every bra, the top rolled like it was too small or was washed. I ordered my same size bra that I am in every other brand. Even remeasured according to my sizing just to be safe. I would have just returned everything but I read reviews about returns being difficult so unfortunately all these sets I ordered just got pushed to the back of the drawer. Live and learn. If it sounds too good to be true for the price, it probably is.
Even waiting till after the holidays to order shipping took a very long time and it was before it got to the post office. I'll be curious if this is a common occurrence. It was my first purchase and I would have tried the next size up.

Loved the baby doll one... the strappy black one should have come with instructions written by a certified engineer... still working on untangling it and getting my bearings on the logistics of putting it on... defeated for now, most definitely...
The products so far have been good quality but the sizes haven't been the same and fit the same or even close each time. I have had to reach out to customer service multiple times about issues with receiving my boxes and also some other issues.
It was great. The only issue i ran into is that there wasnt a shipping label anywhere on the box. I tried contacting customer service but never received a reply that is until i tried with the same problem again. Having it finally taken care, made it a awesome experience otherwise.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
