I googled a site that was known for gemstones to find a pendant necklace for my sweetheart. Allurez was a top choice. The site was easy to use to customize the pendant with my choice of stone within my budget. Looking forward to seeing it!

The packing, quality, finish of this watch was something exactly what I expected. The color of the dial looks great, and my sister loves it! The stainless steel used is certainly of superior grade that allows her to wear this piece for extended hours without any kind of uneasiness. My sister does not seem to look for any other watch, any time sooner. We both love this piece. We highly recommend this to everyone.

OMG is there anything else to say about this company. I LOVE THEM! I have never met such a professional and loving company. Their jewelry is phenomenal, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Purchased a gorgeous engagement ring from Allurez. They were running a great sale that allowed me to get a ring that was more beautiful than I could've hoped when I began my search. I used their layaway option and their guest service was amazing, always replying to my emails within a few hours. Would definitely buy again!

Shipment was returned to Allurez due to us leaving for vacation and being unaware of signature needed. This is where the nightmare with their "customer service" began. A month of trying to get our package that was paid for delivered has been unresolved to this day. I've yet to receive it. We have not the faintest idea where it is. We have been told it was shipped out again and we would get another email with tracking information. That was never received. We were told someone was on the case and we would get a call back. That never happened. Now every time I call I am disconnected."sorry we are not taking calls". This was for my husbands wedding band replacement for our 20th anniversary. They have completely ruined the surprise and I've basically had to tell my husband over and over again that it was on the way only to find it wasn't. I would never ever recommend this company.

I did have a little mishap so not 5 stars, they sent the wrong size and diamond but they fixed and returned it within a week, with no extra cost to me! I just ordered her wedding band and she's very happy they have a matching wedding band for it.
