Sent a ring back for evaluation after a blemish appeared on the band. First, they sent out a label to the wrong address. Then stated they would correct the address and resend. I had to keep contacting until they finally emailed the label to me. By the way the shipping label never arrived. I mailed the ring out, and never received confirmation it was successfully delivered. After confirming with the shipping company they showed delivery I again contacted customer service and they told me it was being checked and I would receive an update. No update or explanation was given. Suddenly, I received a shipping notification. When I checked I realized they were shipping my ring to the same WRONG address. After contacting them staff admitted that they saw the address was changed. They then put me on hold to stop the package with UPS before it was delivered. Thankfully, UPS was extremely helpful and even personally called and the ring was successfully delivered to my house. I still have no update or information on what was done to my ring. It almost looks like part of the blemish is still there. I am considering taking it to a local jeweler to verify the metal as I do not want to have to go through shipping it back again.

Details says it weights Approximate Metal Weight 28 grams, but my scale reads 22 grams, I was expecting to pay about 100 a gram. Overall my wife loves it.

I purchased a ring from Applurez on November 30th as a replacement ring for my current wedding ring - I wanted to switch from yellow gold to white gold. I order the ring without a center stone, as I planned to have my existing 1.18 ct solitaire set into the new ring.
I received the ring and took it to my jeweler, who confirmed the prongs were the correct size for the stone and set the stone into the ring. That occurred in mid-December.
This past weekend, I realized that the diamond was missing... not just that it had fallen out of the prongs, which would have been the jeweler's fault, but that the entire head had separated from the ring (no prongs left at all). I have been trying to contact Allurez to get a refund for the ring (as my jeweler won't approve the ring to be used as part of my insurance claim due to the poor quality of the ring). I'm not trying to get them to cover the lost of the diamond, which is several thousand dollars... I just want to return the ring and get my money back, so that I can get a replacement that is approved by my insurance.
After waiting for days for a response, I received one today that is putting the blame on my jeweler and not taking responsibility for the fact that the company is the one that built the ring and attached the head/prongs. They are refusing any refund at all.
Well where to start? I ordered a sideways cross necklace for a Christmas present for my wife. I was assured that this item would arrive to me in time for Christmas. Today is January 14 I still have not received this item. I tried to find out where my item was before Christmas with no response. Then I tried on January 2 with a response saying that my item would be shipping out tomorrow pending quality control. So I went on to explain to them that I was in sure that I would receive this before Christmas and I did not receive it and that it was a gift and now I had Gift for my wife so they offered me $50 refund. A couple days go by I still have not received my item I reach out to them again they tell me that it will be going out once it clears quality control. Now this brings us to January 13 I reached out again with my concern why I still have not reached my package they said that if it pass quality control it would be shipped out today meaning the 13th. As of today January 14 I still do not have the package so I can't really rate the product but if the product is as bad as their service you have better luck getting it From a gumball machine!
