(This will be long but definitely read) So, my fiance proposed with a custom ring he made on 8/30/20. A month after I had noticed on of the diamond's on the band has fallen out, a little disappointed but we didn't send it back just yet. About 3 months after I had more than 10 diamonds that had fallen out. We shipped it out. They did fix it and return it back to us.
But what really sucks we have to send it out 5 to 6 times now to get fixed because the diamonds just keep falling out.
We get ahold of customer service through email. Which is super easy! They respond the very next day and just ask for pictures then tell us how to send it back (we always have to pay for shipping to them which is no big deal)
This last time we sent them pictures of where the diamonds well out AND where the part the connects the band to the diamond had broken. We sent it out, got the ring back and it arrived with a missing diamond and the part still broke! We were very upset and disappointed. They had no issues of us sending it back and providing the label.
The customer service is fantastic. We have only had the one issue of the ring not being fixed when we got it back, but the quality of the ring just doesn't seem good since diamonds keep falling out. The fact that in 2 years we have had to send it back 5 to 6 times now is just heartbreaking.

I got the cross ring with emeralds and diamonds. It's a very nice piece, perfect fit, and it was delivered quickly considering it wasn't made until I ordered it.
I like the layaway option. When I received my necklace it was VERY small. I paid a similar amount for a much bigger star and chain. The pictures are quite misleading but the necklace is cute.
Title captures it. She loves the ring only problem was the inscription interface on the webpage is not reliable and my desired inscription did not come through.
I wouldn't have ordered from Allurez if I knew then what I know now. I purchased a beautiful bracelet, in July-20, as a present to my daughter for her graduation. The order did arrive in time for the celebration, but it was broken. Since I was not at the celebration or in the same state I had the bracelet shipped to me where I had it inspected by my local jeweler. They said that it broke because they used an inferior gold that is not as reliable. However I had no choice, I sent it back to Allurez, but they would not reimburse me for the shipping to my home from the celebration, insurance was over $100.00.
After, 6 weeks the bracelet shipped, but they shipped it to the wrong shipping address, they shipped it to the original address not mine which I confirmed they would ship it to. When the package was opened, the bracelet was missing a diamond, shipped it back to Allurez.
After another + month Allurez shipped the bracelet again, this time to my street address, but in the wrong city. I finally got the bracelet 6 months after I originally ordered it. I no longer wanted the bracelet, but per Allurez I only had 30 days from the original purchase delivery date to return the bracelet. I have not had this bracelet for a total of 30 days in the last 6 months, but that did not matter to Allurez.
While I think the bracelet looks beautiful, my daughter is afraid to wear it for fear that it will break. So if you like to just look at your jewelry and not wear it, by all means purchase from Allurez. However if you ever would like to wear for jewelry, buy if from someone else.

After writing this review, the manager who was "too busy" to speak with me called to address the appraisal. I know that the only reason he even made the call is because he was made aware of the bad review. Allurez would not offer me a refund per their terms and conditions. When I asked for said terms and conditions, I was told they would be emailed to me. Never received it. They told me they would send me the appraisal next day air and offer me a 50 dollar coupon. They then proceeded to ask me to take down the negative review. I told them I would consider it. After little thought I decided that I would not take down the review. Today they called me to confirm if I received my appraisal. I did. They essentially were trying to guilt me into removing the review. Essentially they never cared about me as a customer, all they cared about was the review. If they really cared they would have responded with updates a long time ago. The ring needs resized and I will pay out of my own pocket before I would ever ship something back to this company. I fear it would be a nightmare to get the ring back. Next time take care of your customers and don't try to harass them into taking down a review.
This company is absolute garbage. Ordered an appraisal with my ring, and it never showed up. Called their customer support regarding it and they didn't even realize it was on the order. After two months of calling and getting inconsistent stories I still do not have the appraisal. I asked for a refund but I was denied, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told "they are too busy at the moment" This ring will now be an advertisement for one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A shame because the ring is very nice. Now if anyone asks my wife about the ring they get to hear how terrible this company is. I will be posting this same review on multiple sites. I hope not giving me a refund was worth it.
The ring is beautiful and is fantastic the only thing that wasn't exactly as expected was the side gems didn't have a lot of color. Still beautiful and I love it
