Highly unprofessional, blatant lies and disregard for customer service. Flat out refusal to take further calls, return calls and emails, and empty promises of the non existent manager or owner that never called. As stated by another consumer, once an issue arises, customer service is abysmal. It's hard to believe since being married just under two years, my ring has spent more time in New York than on my finger in Texas. It has been sent in for repair for lost stones and defective prongs 4 times. The most recent time in December they were to replace the defective wedding band. After receiving what what was supposed to be a new wedding band to replace the clearly defective one, less than a week later, same issue. Another lost stone. And surprise surprise the wedding band was never replaced. Another lie. It was the same one. After the last time my husband and I just simply asked for money back. We were actually told that because this issue is past the 30 day mark that they refused to refund our money. When in fact quick, this issue has been going on less than a month of our wedding so in essence we were married and inside of the month my ring was already being serviced in New York. There's a paper trail a mile and a half long proving that there was an issue with this wedding band from day one and they refused to acknowledge that. This is simply bad business. Judging from the previous reviews, the way they handle things is not an isolated incident. You would think one would receive a little better quality and service after spending 5k-7k. It is unclear to me why this situation has been handled so poorly on their end. We have been extremely patient and nice. I am a BSN nursing student who is extremely busy. The last thing I wanted to do was to have to take time to write a negative review. However, I found that it was warranted. I found it unbelievable that they actually tried to blame me for the rings poor quality and defects. In fact, I would always take my bridal set off when washing dishes, bathing, etc. For clinicals, I wear a silicone band. I am now left with an engagement ring and a defective wedding band with a missing stone for the 5th time and defective prongs. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
This set isn't the one Im interested in. That set wasn't available for home try on. I'm checking ring sizing.
After payment was taken they contacted me to say the $2,000USD+ payment was not accepted and they would refund me. 1 weeks later I ask where my refund is and they say I need to provide a photo of my ID, my Card and filled out an authorization form allowing them to take payment. I provided a photo of my card and ID but refused to fill the auth form, because that would allow them to take another $2000+ at this point I also told them I need the purchase urgently by April 2nd or they I do not want the product.
They then wrote back and said they had passed my order on to their Jewlers. Well time goes by and I am not hearing from them and start to panic because my deadline date I have planned everything around is fast approaching. I contact them and ask what is happening, they respond with a tracking number and state if I want express delivery for the purchase to arrive on time I need to pay another $60.

You ruin a paying customs proposal plans because you do not know the first rules of customer service 101:
- Set realistic expectations
- Work to exceed them
- DON'T LIE to a customer. Especially telling them they were refunded when they were not.
This started off ok and then went bad really quick! This company has the WORST customer service for a company that is taking a considerable amount of money from you! Domino's which is at max a $100 dollars shows you where they are in the process! But for some reason their "crafters" and customer service reps don't communicate! I waited a month for the ring. I was told I could expect it to be shipped 12/19/19 - 12/23/19... So that was nice because I could give it to her on Christmas... nope no ring. So I called and was assured by *(csr) that I would have it for New Years. She even said she needed to check and called me back. On the 2nd of Jan 2020 (still no ring) I called and said I was going to have my CC company reverse the charges. Miraculously, the ring was ready and delivered the next day! But they had one last disappointment for me. The ring does not fit! It was sized WRONG! How embarrassing! These people don't care about customer service. They don't set reasonable expectations and lie when they don't live up to them. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Their reps are nice but they pitch "its hand crafted" wayyyyy to much! I could of had a new car "crafted" in the time it took them! It literally takes 6 weeks to order a car from factory. Why does a ring take 4-5 weeks? Crafters taking to long? To much business? HIRE more crafters! Fix this problem. Even though it's the wrong size. The ring is very pretty. This company needs a lot of work! I suggest you take to heart the bad reviews before you order. There is a high chance you will encounter one of the same problems!

I received a blue topaz and diamond wedding band as a gift. We took it to 2 local jewelers (as buying online you cannot always be sure what you are going to get) and they informed us that the diamonds were actually "white sapphires" and the blue topaz stones were "aquamarines." We had two different jewelers tell us the same thing. We contacted Allurez with this information and they stated "Well that is the other jewelers just trying to sell you something, we don't use fake diamonds." They basically told me it was my word against there's. What was I supposed to do with a ring with fake diamonds when I was promised real diamonds? They offered me an exchange, but why would I want to deal with them even more so I asked for an immediate refund and they said I couldn't get one because the ring was contoured and that is their policy. So then they offered to have the ring inspected if we sent it back and I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING (which we did not do because that is ridiculous to make me pay for shipping for them to just tell me "oh we don't use fake diamonds). So I posted multiple reviews on different sites and Allurez told me that they would refund my money ONLY if I took my reviews down and my complaint off BBB.org. Let me remind you that this is ILLEGAL to penalize someone for a bad review (aka not returning their money). Please ask me for proof and I will show you. So not only did they send me a ring with fake diamonds in it when we were promised real ones, they forced me to take down my reviews if I wanted a refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
From start to finish my experience with Allurez was anticipated to be a nightmare as soon as my fiancés engagement ring arrived … the diamond was not placed in its setting evenly, cracks in the 18k gold along with very poor craftsmanship led to, as you can see from the photo, a flawless 1.79kt diamond that fell out of its seat with no damage done to the ring whatsoever.
I was obliged to immediately send the ring back as my concerns for the rings future ultimately came to fruition… but coming out of the pandemic, and being rushed for time to get to my international wedding destination spot, we decided to bare with it and assumed we would fix it at a later time… the ring ultimately didn't last as predicted and fortunately when the stone popped out we were able to find it on the ground.
Moving on to the customer service side of things … once we were faced with this dilemma and my embarrassment in front of my family and wife were endured, I attempted, very calmly, to call Allurez to see what they could do to rectify the situation. They offered nothing other than to tell me I needed to ship the ring back to the East Coast and would assess the damage leaving no indication of how long we would be in limbo and had the audacity to remind me I would be paying for the shipping upon its repair.
My family and I discussed that option and decided all confidence in their business was lost at this point. This will be the last time I purchase a ring of such expense from any online jeweler. Lesson learned.
The ring was completely remade and I have now paid for 2 rings essentially… the quality of her ring now is further affirmation of the poorly crafted design that was sent to me from Allurez… it now appears exceptional / brilliant and seated as it should have been originally.
Thank you Allurez for nearly causing a major disruption in our wedding plans during the pandemic, the awful experience, along with the time lost with the ring on her finger (around 45 days), and my ultimate embarrassment in front of my in-laws…
