I enjoy this shopping experience but the past few weeks seems less items available. No steaks that were advertised in your flyer. Was told by staff they never came in, ditto on the advertised asparagus. Second week at still no Amazon brand Italian sausage. The coupons are helpful, especially with the inflation, but can't be used at other locations which might have the missing items. I ordered a pizza but when I went to pick it up, I was told they dropped it and had to throw it out. I realize this location is relatively new so I hope my comments can be of use in improving things. The staff is very courteous.
Amazon fresh started off great in my area, and has seriously deteriorated over the last year. I won't be using them again. 3 of my last 5 orders went from delayed to cancelled with no explanation, and even though they charge your card immediately upon placing the order, they don't refund for 3-5 business days even after they fail to deliver! When they do deliver, bread is either: squashed beyond use, about to expire or sprouts mold within a day or 2. Absolutely atrocious. They were convenient during the pandemic, but I'll be taking my business back to the stores.
Every time something was missing, minimum 2 items. The last delivery was a joke. The ice cream was packed just in the paper bag and travelled to me 2 hours (my address was the last in the delivery route). Never again. Will sacrifice my time and go to the grocery. It will be cheaper and healthier to my nerves.
I have shopped here a few times in the store and the employees filling online grocery orders are constantly in the way grabbing up all the products so there's nothing left for walk in shoppers. Also I picked up a loaf of bread it was molded/expired. I bought a slice of pepperoni pizza it was nasty and greasy. I think I'll continue to shop where I was shopping before. Not a positive experience at all.
I am beyond livid. I have delivery instructions for Amazon Fresh (groceries.) (Please call when you arrive and I will meet you outside). Driver did NOT call and left groceries on the WRONG side of the building. I am 75, carrying overpacked bags without handles and cussing all the way to my door.

Amazon fresh has gotten messed up recently. It's been a week I can it get food deliver. Also they had been short of food such as water, orange juices, corn cob, ect soon I'm going check out is either for 3 days later when it's say 2 hour delivery or no time avaible. I also think they discriminating food stamps there certain thing I not able to get. I do spend monthly cash for essentials that they good and ready for.
Theyer bananas are almost rotten. Last month I got hot ice cream. Ugly looking mangos and avocados. Are they sure they Amazon?

Used this service for the first time today because I'm home sick and needed supplies to feed my family including my 70lb crazy puppy. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Supposed to be delivered between 1-3pm. At 2pm my entire order was cancelled with no explanation. When I called, they said to try and place it again but that their system was having problems and a lot of people's orders are being cancelled. Well, doesn't seem like a good answer to the problem nor a reliable answer to delivery. I mean wtf? If I can't rely on you when I need you, why would I ever opt to use you again? Ridiculous. Bad on me. I should have read reviews first. Thanks Amazon.

Drivers are a crap shoot and if they don't drop your delivery off then instead of reassigning new driver so you get your order same day you have to start the entire process over and just hope the next driver you get the next day makes it.

I recieved a couple orders from ahwatukee. The orders were perfect! Then i had my service sent to 48th street warehouse. The drivers and packers are useless. Thank god frys food just started up. Frys has better variety! Bye amazon not fresh!
I tried this service FIVE times. The first two times were good -- they packaged all the frozen/refrigerated items in silver insulated bags. Then their packaging changed! They only used doubled paper bags for frozen/refrigerated items. For the next three times, I had to throw away all the frozen/refrigerated items. I have called AmazonFresh each time to complain, but nothing is changing! I give up! I do NOT recommend this service.
I was just at the Amazon fresh store on 6245 Topanga in woodland hills *******. The cashier put all the soft items on the bottom then stuffed the heavy items on top. When I tried to repack he put my change on other items and started to check out the next customer. This was unprofessional.
I ordered a few items on Amazon Fresh for delivery the next day. The time window was between 4 and 5 PM. At 8 PM the items did not arrive so I called and Amazon casually told me the order was canceled. I can't believe that Amazon would allow Whole Foods to operate this way with no regard for the customer.

I have tried twice- the first time the delivery came nearly 4hours late and all frozen items had completely melted and had to be discarded. The second time, my items were again scheduled to come very late in the night. I cancelled the order and decided to just shop in store.

My wife needed some puff pastry dough for a recipe. She found it on Amazon fresh and she placed an order which included some other items.
When the delivery came there was a bag with two ice packs to keep the puff pastry dough cold, but no puff pastry, just the ice packs.
She contacted Amazon and after some back and forth they said they would deliver the puff pastry dough the next day at a scheduled time.
We received the delivery on time but it wasn't puff pastry, it was a box of Welches fruit snacks!

My wife and I have been using Amazon Fresh because there's a large Covid-19 outbreak in our area. We have been ordering several times a week in the past month or so. Wearing a mask is mandatory in our city. When we order we asked for no contact. On several occasions we have been given orders by people that are not wearing masks to protect us. We have complained about this, and we have continued to recieve orders from their employees who are not wearing masks. We are going to find other alternatives to recieve our online orders. I would not order from Amazon fresh if you are trying to avoid Covid-19. They do not enforce their employees to protect others from covid-19.
I ordered some groceries and a couple of items were missing and some of them were leaked. Excess packaging was found. I had to wait for about an hour to raise a complaint and then they asked me to wait for 3 days so they can carry out their so-called investigation. After that, I had to get back to them to get the update. Again a couple of their attendees skipped the chat and didn't leave any response about the so-called investigation. At last, after waiting for another hour, I get to know that they are ready to refund the amount. I mean, if someone has to go through so much to get their money back for the missing item is too much and many people wouldn't even wait for so long. That's some easy money for Amazon. I feel this is a scam for sure. Idk if People working at the head department of Amazon are aware of it or not, I believe that this is happening. This is what I felt about my Amazon Fresh order.
I am trying to place groceries order since last 3 days starting from 05th Nov till date and paying the bill amount through Amazon pay. But every time they are cancelling the order without any reason. While calling to customer service and writing mail to grievance cell they are only having one answer that we don't knw the reason and sorry for inconvenience. Such a harrasment from Amazon pay and Amazon fresh they both are doing fraud by stucking money in Amazon pay app neither u can use the money nor u can transfer the fund… big big fraudsters

Be aware that when ordering from amazon fresh, the delivery drivers do not follow instructions or can not read. I'm disabled and have complained many times to Amazon fresh that delivery drivers are not following delivery instructions. I have a trach that is a hole in my throat with tubbing that allows me to breath. When I bend down to pick up delivery items off floor I can not breath because my trach is closed off. I have put in instructions to put deliveries in 1 of 3 places on my porch: grey cart, black table or chair. After making numerous complaints to Amazon, I designed a big sign and had it printed to put beside my door. And still the driver today placed delivery on the floor right in front of the sign and blocking my door where I can not get my wheelchair out for doctor appointment in the morning. It took me 3hrs to clear and I felt like I was going to pass out and end up in hospital again.

I placed an order or 9 items before noon using the 5pm-7pm scheduled timeframe. At 7:30pm I received a notification that the order was delayed but still coming. A little before 8:30pm I checked and couldn't "find" my order! Really? Veggies and beer? Yeah okay. The courier contracted to deliver was Rabbit, whoever they are. I got my refund but I am totally disappointed and will never use Amazon Fresh regardless of the weather. This is my first and only impression. I personally wouldn't recommend using Amazon Fresh. Off to Ralph's I go… but seriously if you can avoid AF then you're probably going to save yourself some unnecessary disappointment.

I'm not a complainer. I let everything go but this I couldn't shake. 1st they gave me expired chicken broth didn't complain it's an accident. Meat was dripping blood into other packages of meat. I just threw it out. Second time they gave me moldy strawberries and I am highly allergic to mold. Still didn't complain. Same order My ice cream was melted and dripping. I couldn't complain about that because it hard to tell who's fault it was even though I met my driver down stairs to help them bring up the bags. 3rd times a charm though, my black berries were gooey and coming out of the carton didn't mind that much until I realized my cherries were all brown and damaged as if I was getting old food, to top it all off my meat was put in a bag with my fresh fruit and they were all touching not even individually wrapped all the way. They replaced my order for the next day from 10pm -11pm so I guess that helps…. I'm just over their poor service. Wish I had photos of everything.

I've been using Amazon Fresh for well over a year now. In the beginning it was rare that anything would be missing or substituted. In the case of missing items the typical response after calling them was to send them out immediately I would usually receive them the next day if not the same day. Now it's very common for my items to be missing that I've been charged for. And when I call customer service now they're standard responses to issue a refund which takes 5 to 7 business days. They have gotten my order wrong now five times in a row. Which has been corrected through refunds while I reorder the groceries that I'm missing after hanging up. Often times items out of that order goes missing. I no longer recommend Amazon Fresh you will regret using them because you're going to end up having to go out and get your missing items or place another order which may end up missing as well. I tip very well it's not required but I usually triple or quadruple the suggested tip. This is not what I expect for paying a premium price.

Multiple items across multiple orders. This time I was missing paper towels a large jar of honey and Pop-Tarts. The total amount coming to slightly less than $16. I won't get that money back for 5 to 7 Days in the meantime I had to reorder the items.
This is probably the 3rd time ordering Amazon Fresh groceries. The first order went perfectly fine. Packaged well, neatly at the foot of my door. The 2nd order, an issue where my 2 loaves of bread were beneath a bunch of bananas so you can imagine the physical state of the bread. Received a refund for the no-return bread so not too bad. Would've rather had the unharmed bread. I would not attribute this to Amazon Fresh directly, but the staff/individual packaging the items whose tip, I did not penalize. On my 3rd order, placed more than 24 hours ahead, at that point the earliest option for delivery was between 10pm and 12am the following day, weird, but no big deal... I stayed up, and waited, and waited. The order went from "delayed" right after messaging customer service at 11:50 pm, to cancelled at 2am. Of course, I was already asleep by then. Fine, cancel my order, but at least present an option for a credit instead of 5 days waiting for a refund.

Twice I waited hours for a food delivery that never came
You schedule a specific time and a specific day but there is obviously no guarantee they will come

I ordered food and spirits from Amazon on may 14th and was told they issued me a refund because no one was home and with spirits you need to be there. I was told I would have a refund in 5 to 7 business days. Then the 28th of May I still had not received my refund to my debt card or my ebt card. So I called again and was transferred back and forth just to be told they had to start and ticket and get over to someone else to look at. Here it is June 8th I called again still no refund and nothing has been done. I was told they see my ticket but nothing was done so they will make another ticket. I can't believe this is how Amazon handles customers and their money. When I paid for my products the money came off right away there is no way or reason I should not have my refund back by now. I'm disappointed and feel like I have been robbed.
