I enjoy this shopping experience but the past few weeks seems less items available. No steaks that were advertised in your flyer. Was told by staff they never came in, ditto on the advertised asparagus. Second week at still no Amazon brand Italian sausage. The coupons are helpful, especially with the inflation, but can't be used at other locations which might have the missing items. I ordered a pizza but when I went to pick it up, I was told they dropped it and had to throw it out. I realize this location is relatively new so I hope my comments can be of use in improving things. The staff is very courteous.
Amazon fresh started off great in my area, and has seriously deteriorated over the last year. I won't be using them again. 3 of my last 5 orders went from delayed to cancelled with no explanation, and even though they charge your card immediately upon placing the order, they don't refund for 3-5 business days even after they fail to deliver! When they do deliver, bread is either: squashed beyond use, about to expire or sprouts mold within a day or 2. Absolutely atrocious. They were convenient during the pandemic, but I'll be taking my business back to the stores.

-No privacy considered. My son's incontinence pull-ups are delivered and exposed for anyone to see.
-delivery is horrible. They deliver where ever they want. On the wrong floor, at the gate, in the lobby, I have to go on the hunt down looking for my groceries.
They lost my business. I'm sure others are dropping Amazon Fresh more and more. The good reviews were before the changes. The person who made all these terrible changes should be fired.

Amazon list needed products / services that are in high demand as being available. Seeing the bait you click "add to cart" only to find out that there are no delivery windows available in my area for the next two months.
Don't buy from Amazon fresh. They don't deliver in closed boxes or packs and would be loosely delivered. And half of the time missing some items or another and you will definitely loose you peace of mind following up with the customer support. Things are not delivered by qualified persons, they don't know to read the address and would be delivered through Auto. Better ignore Amazon Fresh.
I received most of my items, but around 1-3 bags were missing and I received someone else's order instead. It was great some few months ago but I don't know what happened. I thought maybe because it came so early (5 AM) but today I ordered during the 7PM-9PM period and a handful of items were missing! I think it might because schools are opening and since it's he first day of school in this area they might have more errors. I hope everything is accurate next time. I thought and was hoping to have a great experience this time but it was ruined. Got a different order, things missing, and cracked eggs.

I just cancelled my amazon as hyun so. They don't have careful workers. I ordered vegan smoothie pouches by stonyfield in tropical and strawberry& banana and they sent one with milk ingredients and only strawberry for kids

I am disabled and am currently unable to get to the grocery. I decided to try delivery from Amazon Whole Foods since I am unable to drive across the street to my local grocery. I waited outside for the driver with my rolling walker and the food never came. I called the delivery driver and he hung up on me. When I looked at the picture of where the groceries we're delivered they were left at the office door of my apartment complex leasing office of the busiest street in town. The driver didn't even bother to look at my directions or drive into the community complex. That ain't nobody's apartment. I requested a refund because I am basically housebound. What was the point of me ordering groceries?
Ordered two heads of lettuce but what I got was grapes, bag of apples and a bag of oranges. Contacted their customer service Dept only to be told they had already credited my card and they had no authority to ship the lettuce and that I would have to go to their website and reorder the lettuce. I will pay off the card and end any future business with this superior mind company.
Don't order from Amazon fresh. You will never receive the majority of the order and most of the time isn't delivered within the "window." I have never gotten a complete order. I called tonight as my order is over an hour late and talked to 4 different people to be told there was nothing they could do. This is the worst grocery service I have ever experienced. I could live with the late delivery; it's the fact I never receive so much of what I order, it's like they never stock their stores everything is always out of stock. Really? You are constantly out of milk. Because that is such an odd grocery item. Totally disgusted.
Price gouging! The clementines oranges I would normally get from other stores for $4 they sold to me for $8! And there are many other products that they sell to you with the prices doubled. In the pictures I uploaded, the amount I paid were for bigger sizes. I feel insulted. Never again! The stuff I was sent for almost $200 did not add up. I'm so angry.

I have had one too many bad experiences with grocery delivery through Amazon Fresh. I am done!
The last three times I ordered through fresh, I picked my delivery time but never got my groceries. The first time, all I got was an email in the middle of the night saying my order was cancelled. I placed the order early in the morning with a delivery for the following day only to wake up to find out my groceries were not coming.
The second and third time I didn't receive notification about the cancelled delivery until AFTER the time I should have received it. At one point I had waited up until almost 12 am before calling Amazon only to find out no one was coming. Through all of this all they offered was a $10 dollar credit.

Picking a delivery time/window does not ensure that you will actually receive the order at that time or at all.

I have ordered several times and I find that there is a fair variety of choices in each "category" of food, and the deliveries have been very much on schedule. I consider this to be a hassle-free service that saves time from needing to shop when my schedule is tight.
Obviously Amazon's service here is limited by their partner, but really they are letting themselves down badly.
Lots of amazon items are only available on 'fresh' which requires a separate checkout which is not possible to complete because there is no delivery slot available - unlike the main amazon site which is still successfully delivering.
But because the Amazon Fresh products are listed alongside the main amazon products the result is confusion and waste of time.
Please do not order (daily products) through amazon fresh. It was a simple order and I was provided a delivery time between 13:00 pm and 15:00 pm. When the order did not arrive till 19:45 pm, I chatted with the customer care and the chat agent Vamsi Siva Prakash started asking vague questions like a) did you receive a call from the delivery agent yes or no. Then he went off and came back after sometime and stated that the order would be delivered tomorrow and the delay has been caused by some external factors.
As convenient as it is to shop from Amazon fresh, it's the absolute worst delivery service I've ever used! They canceled my delivery 1 hour after the scheduled delivery time. On top of that, they constantly run out of items I purchased and only to mention it on the day it's supposed to be delivered. No explanation! At they do is issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!
Amazon is not responsible for any delivery delay or any type of issues with Fresh order. I'm surprised to hear it from Amazon Customer service. Such an irresponsible way of business by Amazon. Customers should be careful with Amazon Fresh, better avoid it. Amazon fooling customers with these type of service
Using Amazon fresh is at the very least frustrating, due to the search definitely does not bring up correct items. The concept is great and convenient tho it takes waaay too much time to find specific items. Please Amazon!, improve the ability to search for an item and have it come up in the choices. This is a basic tool to save time. Also, please refrain from offering a 2 hour delivery when it really means 2 days from ordering.
My house was close to amazon fresh I always spent a lot of time to shop in Amazon fresh the product was crash that the reason I go there but cashier and customer service very mean nobody nice.
Why they don't train them to be apolite?
Almost every other time I order, there are items missing from my original order. I don't get charged for them, but how about telling me you don't have the item anymore when I'm expecting it to be in my order. I always have to go back and look at what I ordered. I screenshot my orders now, so I can easily see what they left out...AGAIN. You think you have all your ingredients ordered & when it shows up, it's not there. NOT COOL. Then you have to run to the grocery store anyway to get what they took off your order WITHOUT telling you they did!
I have ordered from Amazon Fresh 2 times. The first time they brought me items that were expired. This time I ordered at 10AM for a 5-7 delivery. At 7:20 they sent an email "Unable to Deliver". You can be sure I will not order from Fresh again. It's a rotten service.

I have been a loyal customer since Covid with Amazon Fresh. At the beginning, they had an issue with eggs being broken; however, they would refund the entire package. Many times the orders were complete and never missed an item. Today, out of 17 items, 7 were missing. I received a text message stating "all items are available". I have company and I was going to cook, There is no one to fix this problem. We can't contact, so that they can deliver the items in an hour or so. Ok. I got a refund, but I have to go to the grocery store. How convenient is that? And to get a message that all items were available? By the way, there was a bag of apples that I DID NOT order. Great. I gave a $7.00 tip, ordered over $100 to get free shipping, too. I do NOT recommend this anymore. WHEN THIS ORDER IS DELIVERED, the person delivering the items, should check them off at the drop off point. I will not re-order. There is no compensation for my frustration, time, and inconvenience. Giving a refund is easy for Amazon. Making tons of money. If you check my orders, Amazon Customer Service, you will see that I placed many, many, orders and I have not ever complained. Even if something was a substitute by mistake. I like the products, only if I could contact someone to fix the problem and to get my groceries. Did the delivery person leave in the car my mistake?
Delivery person literally threw 3 sacks on porch, dented metal cans. Missing 3 items. Customer service is a joke. 90 minutes on phone trying to resolve with a overseas person hardly functional in English, had to get transferred to US customer service. Would have been easier to go to the store myself. Shame on you Jeff Besos.
After placing the order, Amazon says that you can add to the existing order until we start packing. It also gives a button to add more items to the cart. But when you click on it, it says cannot add. Please create a new order. I called customer service who transferred me to fresh help support. They asked me to cancel the complete order and place it again. Result - I will not get the time slot I wanted as it's taken and I may not get all items already in the order. First excuse I got from customer service is that the payment method could be a problem. Second excuse is your order is in the system now. Looks like sorry team is unaware of how fresh works.
Used to be no problem, and they included dry ice and refrigerated envelope things w the food. Now, the ice cream arrives as liquid. The half and half? Opened it to see a *solid block of rotten curdled milk*! Everything is inedible that was in there that needs any refrigeration. Idk if it's safe to even eat anymore! Eggs and meat etc... If they can't afford to $#*!ing refrigerate food, then don't provide a grocery delivery service! It's not working! I'm disgusted. Congrats on reducing your plastics use and energy use or whatever, Amazon. I was so looking forward to these groceries and my plans for cooking, and now am in tears. They won't offer a refund bc my last delivery had the same problem and, woah, I asked for $40 of it refunded. Silly me! Never again!
I placed two orders yesterday and they both was canceled. Tried placing one at noon and the second one around 6 pm and I got the same result. They say it was address problem except I've been using Amazon Fresh for a year and I'm using the same address. It's hilarious to me that they say they have 2 hour delivery when it's becoming more like 3 days.
