I enjoy this shopping experience but the past few weeks seems less items available. No steaks that were advertised in your flyer. Was told by staff they never came in, ditto on the advertised asparagus. Second week at still no Amazon brand Italian sausage. The coupons are helpful, especially with the inflation, but can't be used at other locations which might have the missing items. I ordered a pizza but when I went to pick it up, I was told they dropped it and had to throw it out. I realize this location is relatively new so I hope my comments can be of use in improving things. The staff is very courteous.
Amazon fresh started off great in my area, and has seriously deteriorated over the last year. I won't be using them again. 3 of my last 5 orders went from delayed to cancelled with no explanation, and even though they charge your card immediately upon placing the order, they don't refund for 3-5 business days even after they fail to deliver! When they do deliver, bread is either: squashed beyond use, about to expire or sprouts mold within a day or 2. Absolutely atrocious. They were convenient during the pandemic, but I'll be taking my business back to the stores.
So the customer service was helpful and refunded some of my money. All produce were missing. Everything lost! And that was not a 2-hour delivery, I waited for 24 hours for this delivery and half of my order was missing. Not sure I will use Amazon fresh again and I'm seriously reconsidering the membership.
Todays issues included Moldy tomatoes that leaked moldy goo all over the other vegetables in the bag and a giant oven cooked pizza when I order microwavable single serving size. At least the bread was not squished today as it normally is.
I was so mad last night. I expected delivery between 8 to 10 pm. I have to be at work early in the morning and I was expecting to have my breakfast and lunch from that order. It was past 10:20 pm when I called to ask when was the delivery coming. The operator said they can't find a driver. I asked if could they deliver it in the morning before I left for work and the operator said I would have to go back in and restart the order. Really?! As a part of customer service, she couldn't make that happen. She acted nonchalantly and acted as if she could care less. So disappointed. What happened to good customer service? Plus the prices have gone up tremendously for such a poor selection.
This is a pretty good service. They are a bit pricey compared to the cheaper alternatives but they deliver to you once you pay online and the cost of delivery is free is you reach a specific amount. Heard recently on youtube channel sxephil they are expanding across multiple cities. Amazon overall just does it right.
I saw a light on at the check out today (2/2/22) at the La Habra Amazon Fresh. Stood there for about 30 seconds when I was told by a manager that the lane was closed but she will wait on me anyway (like she was doing me a favor). Did not ask me if I wanted to pay for a bag and started filling bags with my groceries without asking me. The store aisles are half filled. Employees who are doing fullfillment blow past you like you are in the way. Cherry pick what you buy because you can get lots of things cheaper at walmart or kroger.
Twice now we have waited for a 8-10 PM delivery window from Amazon Fresh with no one ever showing up, and no contact with us to let us know what's happening.
I might as well just go to the nearby Safeway of QFC and get what I need, with out waiting around and ending up with nothing.
What could be a nice service, sucks.

Beautiful building, but very sparse cars in the parking lot. At the door, they had a sign saying they supported black people. Who doesn't? We are all one race and skin color does not matter. It is what is inside that counts - like MLK said - it is not the color of one's skin but the content of one's character. Guess they don't believe in his message. Must be a Kindergarten Krew - supposed to be a food store, not a Woke place. First time at Amazon Fresh - was looking for a specific cat food - did not have it and a stunningly scant selection. The first thing that grabs you in the store is the narrow aisles with very tall cases - intimidating and unpleasant. Saw some ideas 5¢ lower than Acme but no plans to return. Did not buy anything. Told an employee who came to me and asked if I found what I needed. I did not. Seems like an expensive bust.
I was pretty happy with fresh the first year. Then, the missing items became systematic. Now, I didn't receive my order at all, my webpage wasn't showing any information about the order, etc. Never again. Will be shopping at the grocery self.
Update: they moved from free shipping to the charged shipping unless you buy for $100+ However, they started packing much better and the delivery has improved.
I just wanted to order the above from Amazon. The item is 95c but because it's ONLY sold In "Amazon FRESH" (mustard?), I have to pay $10 for delivery. I don't need it immediately so I searched to get it sent at a later date to reduce or omit the fee (Im a prime member), but there's not avoiding the shipping charge bc it's Amazon Fresh. Ridiculous. I had ordered 6 other items from regular Amazon so it could have easily been added to my other items but that wasn't an option. Even baby wipes and hydrogen peroxide is Amazon Fresh now, so the $1.57 peroxide will cost a total of $11.57 with the mandatory shipping fee! Unscrupulous!
I decided to order from Amazon fresh due a relative recommending it purchased around 40 bucks to complete a Christmas dinner at home. Well, just so happens I go out and buy celery and all my other ingredients, order is packed and ready via the app... So I am waiting... And waiting... What should have been a 5pm delivery turned into NO Delivery. Talked to Amazon they offered a refund or replacement order. And said the driver ran into an unforseen Incident on the road so they would displace another driver mind you it is now 8pm. Never again beware y'all don't do it.
I had been ordering groceries from Amazon Fresh for about 2 years. I am aware of the tip box and how it can be modified.
I modify my tip according to service, and the amount of groceries. I never thought about double checking the tip amount I was charged to verify it wasn't changed with out me knowing.
Well, I actually checked my past 5 orders and all of the tips I put in where CHANGED to give a larger tip.
Not only is this horrible business practices but horrible wrong to steal from customers.
When I called Customer service (which was difficult to get the #) I spoke with 3 people and none of them helped. Even when I asked to escalate my call Carlos said he is the highest I could get in the Customer Service department. He then hung up on me when I said we both know there is someone above him.
Don't use Amazon Fresh and at the least make sure you are not having the company steal money from you!
DO NOT USE AmazonFresh! They are the worst most unreliable grocery service. 3 of our last 4 orders were cancelled with no explanation or notice! Each time the order is "packed and ready" and then never shows up and is "delayed" and then cancelled. What's more frustrating is the service provided by Amazon is just terrible - no one can help you/do anything/all pass the buck. They do not help with the issue one bit, and on top of it it's obvious they don't care/we're just a number. If you do try to re-schedule/re-order many items are then not available, only adding to the frustration. Changing to Safeway.com from now on - NEVER AGAIN will we use AmazonFresh. Save yourself the time and frustration and DO NOT USE AmazonFresh - you'll regret it!
Never use this. I have been up an extra hour and a half on a Sunday night waiting for my groceries only to have the order cancelled. Oh and by the way they won't deliver it for another two days if I want to keep the order. Oh and by the way if you get a refund, it takes 3-5 business days. Give it up Amazon. You suck in this arena.

Long time Amz shoppers and WF since 1994. Needless to say it's been an adjustment to Amz owning it. Now with delivery I'm just about done. The app is clumped together with regular Amz making it hard to navigate. I have the hardest time finding my shoppers completed list. They never communicate replacements or ignore requests. I get notified of items out when the person is already checked out. For the entire summer of 100+ heat they did not notify me of delivery completed so perishable groceries say in get for 1.5 hrs one time and 2 hrs another. Not a text, knock or doorbell. I hate shopping WF now. I make a point to not shop here except for very specific items that are just here. It's just too stressful and headache inducing otherwise. Hate it just hate it. They ruined a great company.
I had to order a few things in advance of a storm. Fresh, though often unreliable, had delivery times available so I made sure not to order anything that required refrigeration. When he arrived, I was outside to let the driver in. He yelled at me immediately and asked if there was an elevator, when I said no, he refused to deliver or even drop my food. My condo was, "too far from the parking lot"... all 100 feet. He said he doesn't do stairs. I offered to carry the groceries as well. He walked away and said he was rejecting my delivery. Customer service was no help. I could rebook for the middle of a snow/ice storm in two days or cancel.
No way would I have someone try to deliver during a dangerous storm. Fresh didn't care. Not about me or the person they'd be sending out in terrible weather.

I am disabled. I ordered groceries from Amazon Fresh 4 different times, and they were never delivered. They have the worst Delivery Drivers, who don't follow instructions, because I left my apartment intercom number and my phone number in the driver instructions section.
I called Amazon Fresh to make a complaint the first time, and tried to trust them to deliver properly after that, to no avail. Same thing has happened 3 more times. Amazon Fresh Delivery service is NOT RELIABLE. Period.
Amazon Fresh has forces me to shop at Walmart, because they take EBT too now, so Amazon Fresh is not the only food delivery service that accepts EBT.
I am telling everyone I know who shops with Amazon Fresh, to switch to Walmart, because it appears Amazon has so many customers, that customer service isn't really important. That sucks. Amazon's clearly illiterate or non- caring drivers suck. Amazon Fresh sucks.

Don't order from Amazon Fresh. Their drivers don't care about ensuring you get your groceries. They are content to just drop them at any door or building, then lie in the application, saying they delivered your food to you. Even when you leave your phone number so they can contact you. Either the drivers don't care, or they are illiterate, and can't read. Period.

I routinely order from Amazon Fresh – the majority of the deliveries have been perfectly acceptable – tonight's missed delivery is the last straw: this is the second time the delivery went to the wrong address!
The driver takes a photo of the bags by the front door – BOTH times, the photo is of the same… and different apartment. [see the photo attached – NOT my apartment!] The labels on the bags have my name and address – someone in that apartment knows they've received the wrong delivery and has been enjoying my food! WTAF.
Dudes, GPS! – How hard can it be to hit the correct address?!
Amazon Customer Service has reordered the same order to be delivered tomorrow. [I can only hope it fking arrives]

The name sells you. In store, it looks great but, it's so not. The fruit was absolutely awful wet/soggy and extremely overpriced as well as the veggies. Everything in the store is extremely overpriced. The customer service was terrible as myself and the gentleman behind me. Both felt overlooked at the checkout counter waiting for over 7 minutes and was not acknowledged. The only great experience was the cashier he was the sweetest and apologized for the obvious delay and made sure the checkout was complete accurately. Thanked me and apologized again.

Fresh used to be careful packing fresh and frozen foods, but that's not the case anymore. Frozen foods on my two last Fresh orders were half frozen and other items were room temperature- NOT SAFE. Complained twice and not sure if this will be solved any time soon. I won't order fresh chicken and meats because of this problem. Disturbing and disappointing for Amazon to do this to customers. DANGEROUS
They delivered wrong item and didn't let me put a request for refund or return. I received wrong item twice and when I tried to put a request for return they said to write a note and image of wrong item for refund. Been 2 days and there is no response.
I requested contactless, where they leave the groceries outside the door. The person who arrived called my cellphone from another cellphone, instead of using the intercom. He YELLED at me over and over when I requested he use the intercom, so I could buzz him in. It was crazy. I finally had to go down the elevator to open the front door, so he could carry all the bags up- both of us, together in the elevator. Unbelievable. Such a huge crazy scene, over something which should have only taken a few moments. 9I live on the second floor)

Either they deselect my chosen timeslot without my knowledge, or delivery guy fails to deliver merchandise, or products are damaged and no proper customer care response. Pathetic. Stick to other grocery delivery services any day.

The Amazon fresh delivery service is becoming so unreliable. 5/15/2022, I was scheduled for a delivery between the hours of 8:00pm-10:00pm. My groceries never showed up and the app showed that the driver posted that he delivered the packages at 10:11 pm and left no picture for delivered groceries either. Customer service wasn't convinced that I hadn't gotten them and that pissed me off. I was able to secure a delivery this morning 5/16/2022, but the way my groceries were packaged seemed as though someone was upset. It might be hard, but I will try not to order any groceries from Amazon anymore. I spend lots of money with Amazon, too much money to be treated like a thief.
Not reliable, not on time and refund is complicated. I ordered items that were in stock; of the dozen items I ordered only five arrived and late at that. They charged me for the items that were not delivered. Why? Then I have to get a refund and it was confusing to say the least. The people I spoke with were helpful and kind and promised to deliver some of the items the next day. Some of the items they did not have. Amazing that they keep limited stock of the items ordered.

I had a incident i think it was wednesday morning 10 30 am the worker called me a punk $#*! and i told there manager the next day and i called cooperate to tell them so im waiting to see what happens he needs to be fired because thats unacceptable i didnt say one word to the guy not one word and every time i go in there its a bunch of kids working who suppose to be adults not doing nothing but walking around looking like they in high school laughing and giggling and playing they look and act like they dont want the job or they not appreciative of the opportunity they talk to each other like they out on the corner on the street im in lorton virginia and the amazon is just built and most of the time i go to the amazon in alexandria virginia because the one around my way which is 3 min from my house i refuse to go there because of the staff the workers they awful
