Best online company. Great Company with really nice items. Very pleased with the ease and availability of your products. Found it easy to order and aquire my order and to pay for order. Very good communication through email of when order placed and when will be delivered. Can't fault service, or goods received. Happy customer. I had a perfect service. I am so impressed and I will probably order one more. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this company and have added it to my favorites list.

The clothes I ordered were too loose so I asked for a refund. And it turns out they don't do refunds. Only returns for store credit. So I emailed customer service and they said I would have to pay for a shipping label myself. I asked them why they don't do refunds and they kept dodging my question and basically repeating the fact that they don't do refunds. They didn't offer any form of reimbursement whatsoever. As someone who works in customer care/ office clerk/ data entry this isnt how you should run a business.

I have mainly been ordering cute swimwear from them. So far I have been very happy with the product they delivered and the quality there of. Have yet to have a suit malfunction at the beach or in the ocean in general.

Everything I ordered arrived - no it did not arrive like Amazon fast but I knew that when I ordered. I still received my order inside of about 14 days so it's not that bad.

I did get one suit that didnt fit quite right but that was my fault for the cut just didnt fit my body type. However it was not a loss for my friends daughter liked the suit and it fit her perfectly.

All in all Id give them 4.5 out of 5

(purchased 5 bikinis so far and will purchase more)

I have ordered in the past and did not have any problems, but after this last order I am DONE. They charged me regular price of $34.99 on a dress that was on sale for $7.99 and when I received my order one item was missing. I have sent four (4) emails with no response. So not only was I overcharged I also paid for something I did not receive.

I simply wanted the adjustment and my missing item! I guess I was asking for too much. Never again!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and I received them pretty quickly and the look and quality of my shoes were all very good. The packaging was professional as well.The only issue I had was 1 of the pairs said 10 which is my size but they only fits someone who wears a 8.5. That pissed me off because I really like the shoes I ordered and now I can't get rid of them.

I purchased from this company. Several items to be exact. The items are not true to size. I wear a size 2 and could not get in a SMALL. They would not allow exchange for a larger size, even when I offered to handle shipping, etc. which is no loss to them; however, they did lose a customer!

WORST company I have ever dealt with. They dont answer their phone, dont answer emails and charge you for items you never receive. It is beyond me how they are still in business. I guess from idiots like me. STAY AWAY!

This website is terrible! They forgot my whole outfit and I had 2 only got one. There is no real person on the customer service side! And I really don't think this is a real website! Don't get scammed! Get your Halloween outfit from somewhere else! Don't waste your money or time or you will be forced to change your whole outfit idea last minute! Forget this place!

I liked 2 out of 3 of my shoes! My Oxfords seem to be defective on the right shoe. Also I never knew what my shipping expectation was I thought after I ordered I would be told how many days to expect my package.
My package was delivered on my doorstep and I was told by your company that someone signed for it, but after speaking with UPS they said nobody signed anything, it was just dropped on the porch. Makes me kinda on the fence about reordering. I actually liked a lot of things on the website. So we shall see.

I wish I had checked the reviews. I recently ordered something and the quality was poor and did not fit as stated. I received and RMA # as instructed and return the order and it has been delivered for more than their allotted 10-15 days and no one will now respond to any emails that I send. They will not answer the phone. You stay on hold for over 30 minutes then a recording comes on and say due to high call volume you will be disconnected! Sucks! Will never order again if I get the store credit they promised since they do no do refunds!

They will not refund you after receiving 2 horrible outfits. The material was that of a cheap cloth napkin and was so short that it would probably fit a little girl. I am so upset. Their customer service was awful. The company does not care how you feel about the products. I lost $60 on total GARBAGE! NEVER SHOP THERE they are a scam!

Placed an online order and received an on-screen notificstion that the item was out of stock and that my order was not processed. I ordered a similar product thinking my order had not been processed. 24 hours later I received two confirmation emails, so I ended up with two of the exact same bathing suit (although they were promoted a different products) and was charged for both.

In an attempt to cancel one of the orders, I was met with ruse, terrible customer service resulting in them telling me, too bad, and it was my fault. No return or cancellation was accepted. The quality of the products were not great and didn't even fit well.

I wil never recommend AMI to anyone.

I made order on October 31.2014 today is 12.08.2014 I still don't have my package, called them many times no one ever answer, email them no one answer me, i'm so mad at my self if i only read reviews before i spend my money there...

I bought a white dress for my college graduation. When I received it, the material was see through and the proportions of the fabric pieces were off. So I had to pay my own shipping to return it. Received store credit. Used that credit to buy a different dress. This dress was in no way worth $20. I could have made this piece of crap for less than $5. It wasn't even fully assembled. I called to try and get my money back. No luck. If I were you, I would take your hard earned money else where.

Nowadays, there's no other way to save more money but to adjust for the amount of money that we spend and allocate for our clothes. During this time of the year, when our economy is not that stable yet, it is really best that we spend our money wisely and we should know how to set our priorities. Personally, I always love to go shopping especially if there are bargains on the malls. I don't really like spending too much only for clothes.

Do not order if you are depending on an outfit to wear soon. Make sure you order a couple months before any event because your clothes might fit or they might send you something broke. They will not respond to you in any sense of urgency.

I have ordered from amiclubwear.com twice now. My first purchasing experience was easy and the staff was helpful. I received my product quickly. Absolutely the best price and came way quicker than expected. The customer service staff was commondating. Got the job done fast and answered all questions with out putting me on hold to find an answer. I received my order in 6 days from start to finish. Very pleased. Quick and easy! I thought it was one of those random Chinese companies that advertised nice merchandise to capture your attention to purchase but after you buy, you get a lot of junk. I must say that
