I ordered an item for my girlfriend from binkbasis.com on September 1st. Amiclubwear.com charged my account on September 4th, IT is now September 15 and it still hasn't shipped. I will try contacting the company again on monday. They are subsidiary of amiclubwear.com

Awful website with terrible customer service., PLEASE READ the return policy before you order because they basically won't let you return anything if it doesn't fit. I will never order from there again.

I purchased a couple of items. The dress was true to size and the shipping was faster than expected. I really enjoyed the shopping experience. I absolutely love it. However it is well worth the price. They have the best customer service and I love their Modest items too. They really have unique clothing which I like its a great site. They are simply awesome. Beyond happy to have found amiclubwear. Excellent service, great quality, and well priced. Thank you for making it easy for us amiclubwear. Great company to deal with.

At first I was hesitant to order clothes and shoes over the AmiClubwear, but I loved how cute and affordable the clothes and shoes are. I finally ordered some dresses back in April. I'm very impressed with the quality of the clothes and shoes and i plan on making more purchases in the future. I adore AmiClubwear! I can have the style I want at an affordable price range without breaking my wallet. I have a bit of a heels addiction but financially it's ok because of their pricing.

My dress was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and didn't take six to eight weeks to arrive like other sites. My dress is beautiful and I am more than happy with the customer service and results. It was less expensive than other custom products sites and the quality of the dress is excellent. The dress is very soft just feels quality. They were cool with the purchase even though I was indecisive at first. The service from the company was excellent and the product arrived before promised date. The embroidery is absolutely beautiful. Very pleased with my purchase.

Overall this a great company to get many types of styles of many products and I would absolutely recommend amiclubwear would definitely order from here again.

Ive never experience such bad service from an online store! My initial thought was oh my gosh, what a steal! With all the inexpensive products. It took 3 weeks for my purchase to get to my house, and when i opened the box, i was missing my dress that i purchased specifically for my trip in December! Its almost impossible to reach them by phone and no one EVER responds via email even thought it specifically states someone will email back within 48 hours! Its been about a month and i still havent even GOTTEN MY DRESS YET! Would never waste my money on this website! Its JUNK!

I'm getting pretty worried about my order. It's been about a week and I have still not received shipping confirmation or tracking info. I ordered a costume for Halloween and I have a feeling it will not arrive on time. I've tried emailing and calling but no one will get back to me. The site says that it only takes 2 days for shipping confirmation but I still have nothing.

I purchased 5 swimsuits. The quality of these swimsuits is beyond cheap! The minute I tried one on, one of the straps popped and broke off. I'm 5'5" (115 lbs) and ordered a medium, so it wasn't like I was trying to squeeze into a suit way too small for me. They don't allow returns on anything (only store credit) and not even store credit on swimsuits. I can understand the rule for not allowing swimsuit returns if the customer changes their mind, but when the product rips the first time you put it on, it's FRAUD!

Shipping charges are close to $30. Ive never had to pay that much for shipping of a few pieces of clothing. The online store does offers free shipping for orders over $50, however, the buyer is unable to take advantage of any of the current sales simultaneously. Bad for business

I placed an order on December 2 for 4 swimsuits, and I just received notification that my product was shipped out on December 15. It is unacceptable for product to ship out almost 2 weeks after the order was placed. If that is the case, then you need to NOTIFY the consumer. Maybe someone in your shipping department messed up and simply forgot to ship my items out, but this is truly disappointing. I have been ordering from your site for over 2 years, and the delays in shipping are becoming more frequent. If there is an item that was purchased, but was not in stock, then you need to ship the rest of the items out to the consumer. I find it very hard to believe that all four bikinis that I ordered were out of stock.

I have been ordering from this site for over 8yrs and never had one issue with the items quality or fit. I never had any issues with returns either. Just like Any business there will some satisfied customers and some not so happy. That's just how it is.

Here's how it works... they show pics and clothing that get you to order. When you get it and realize it's crap, doesn't fit or look ANYTHING like it does on the website, and send it back, they give you an in store refund keeping 1/3 of what you paid them. Of course, once you see its junk and doesn't fit, you won't buy anything else from them rendering your in-store credit their money. So, you just sent them $100 for nothing! No money back, no clothes. SCAM in the highest since of the word!

Amiclubwear has turned into a title which i reckon trust and trustworthiness with. The primary causes of this are wonderful shopping experience and also the returns which i get as i shop here. Now I blindly trust this brand and will also be faithful to it always. I will always be satisfied after every shopping experience here and can keep shopping in future.

This site is obviously a scam. I purchased a few items from them over three weeks ago and received no emails, even when I asked a question. Finally I opened a paypal dispute and was emailed that my order had been placed on backorder. They gave me many shipping dates and NONE of them actually happened.

When I told them to cancel my order, they informed me I had to call to do so. THE NUMBER IS A FAKE. You can never get anything but an answering service which hangs up on you and so you can't cancel your order.

Do not do business with this company; the prices really are too good to be true. You will pay a cheap price for something you'll never get.

Products wrapped beautifully. Everything you would expect and more. No hassle on time delivery. Clothes are exactly as described. Customer support very helpful and quickly answered It's a very good shopping experience. Happy with my purchase. Would definatly use this company again.

The worst buying experience at this store, I had to pay to return the shoes to the store and exchange them for a size to more because the measure is not real and for having returned the store charged me almost 50% of the payment I made originally for shoes, although without any damage and returns only gave me store credit for payment will rest I did. I honestly do not spend time or money in this store, the prices are cheap but you end up paying more for returning the product is not worth it.

First off im sorry for everyone (which seems like almost everyone who was a customer) for their horrible experience with AMI but i thank you. Because of your review. I didnt finalize my order. When you read back to back frustrated ripped off mistreated customer reviews its very upsetting to say the least. But if you choose to purchase from Ami after reading those reviews you deserve whats coming. Dont purchase from them... shut em down. Dont support this treatment/behavoir. This company could make a lot of and have tons of customers. I guess they think they're doing us a favor. Dont waste your time. Complaints a plenty isn't normal. And they should change their name to "COMPLAINTS R US!" Again. Thank you!

I have ordered 'Black Ribbed Front Lace Up Tassel Detail Long Sleeve Casual Dress" from amiclubwear. Service that they provide is also top class. Fast shipping, best support team and of course trustworthly seller. Good prices, a lot of things, really fast dispatch. Products arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. I am so happy. Amiclubwearis my go to company for cloths and many other things. So glad I found them! The cloth is very nice, fits well, and I am quite satisfied. Great products and Great service, I'll be shopping from them again in the near future!

I placed an order with them on 11/13/18. I ordered something for a specific event. Each time I check the status of my order, it still says processing. I order online frequently & orders are typically ready to be shipped in a couple days. Tomorrow makes a whole week since I placed my order and I am not able to track the shipment. This is not good and this may be my first and last order with AMI Clubwear

I cannot get through to customer service, it took 3 weeks to get an email response which basically just told me I should've called. I called multiple times but it never goes through. Now I have a package I never received and money I'm not getting back.

Hello, I would like to cancel a purchase made Amiclubwear, Dese Enterprise, Inc. I'm from Brazil and I can not get in touch by phone. I was robbed and they stole my belongings and PayPal account was open on my cell phone. I did not make the purchase. I would like to cancel. I have already opened a dispute to cancel and receive my money through PayPal, we are awaiting response from the store. Paypal said that I did it, but they robbed my cell phone with Paypal account open, unfortunately, so much that the card here in Brazil is canceled because I have already presented evidence. I could not even afford this purchase. I'd like you to cancel, because it has not taken less than 48 hours. Please cancel the purchases, I will call you and as I do not understand English I can not cancel. Please. My card is already inactive.

I wouldn't given give this place 1 star. I ordered something on January 13,2022 and when I'm able to get through on the website, it says it's still processing. The website says it's only supposed to take up to 3 days to process. I've tried calling the customer service number only to hold for 15 minutes and then was instructed to leave a message. I've also sent multiple emails to support and nothing. Just an automated response that the wharehouse has moved and responses to emails have been delayed. This is unacceptable. They were quick to take the money out of my account though.

I am about to dispute the charge with my bank and contact the Better Business Bureau. I am so extremely disappointed. They need to do better. I'm begging to even wonder if this business is legit.
