Shipping is satisfactory would appreciate a cheaper form of shipping method rather only the two options offered which the two day shipping method is very expensive. Maybe have standard, 5days, 3days and what I have currently but cheaper prices

This place took my money and never sent my order. The sent me an email saying my order was not in stock and that they would credit my account. They never gave me the credit and they closed my account! Huge Scammers!

Very cheap quality, bad service! They sent me poor quality, they are not answering my emails. All their sales are fake, do not believe it!
I am very upset with my purchase.
They are cheating! All chinese made shose and they say like the original price was 70$!

Basically a scam... I ordered from there twice. First time they sent me only 3/6 of the things I ordered and said they were "out of stock" of the other ones, even though the site said they weren't. One of the items they sent was also the WRONG ITEM. I asked for a refund for the items they didn't send and received that after a lot of pointless emails and a TWO MONTH wait.

Sadly I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them a second time. Instead of the 5 dresses I ordered I received 4 pairs of ugly, cheap shoes. I complained and they ignored me. I complained some more, messaged them on facebook, emailed them, and finally after over two months received my refund.

Don't even bother trying to call... the hold time is 30 mins to 2 hours and the cs reps say things and don't follow through. Worst experience of my life.

I ordered a dress based on the size chart. I got it and it was extremely to big. I returned my items 2 weeks ago and never got a store credit or anything. The only time the would ever respond to me was when I tagged them on facebook with my concerns. They would then say they would get back with me and never have. I haven't even recieved the item back either. I spent $95 just for one item. I loved this store before this experience and I often shop here. You would think they valued the customers.

I was charged twice for items, i wasn't refunded, im not even sure that my shipping was ever refunded, the clothes and shoes are Very hit and miss, i have gotten a few decent items, but many that were awful.

I have now been waiting for 5 months for the goods I paid for twice to be delivered. The excuses continues from their customer service department with no action or concern for me as the customer. They keep on telling me that they are also losing money in this deal but yet they keep the money that I paid them.

Totally utterly unacceptable service. I will never make use of them again. I will continue to hound them to repay my money.

I hate this website. We went to the islands for our honeymoon. So I wanted some dinner dresses to wear on the island. Well I thought this was a good deal. However, it was horrible. I ordered 3 dresses, they said they were in stock but they didnt send so when i called they said they werent and only refunded me half the price. Then the one dress they did send was some ugly dress with a flower the size of a dinner plate on it. And I had to pay for it to be sent back plus they only gave me 5 bucks back. Girls don't waste your time with this site. Either way you will be paying twice as much as you see with nothing to show for it, Try 3 wishes.com or something.

I always have a hard time finding shoes as I have a small size (5) sometimes a (5.5) I wear stilettos so always wanted to wear fashionable heels- Amiclub has never failed me. Everyone loves my shoes and because no one else has them I am unique within my circles!

I oder a dress they send wrong colour but I cant bother to go thru the struggles to return so I just have to keep it. First time that ever happen. And I also oder a jumpsuit tha cannot fit how do I return it back and reoder something else.

I have not received my order yet but I would like to mention that the site is great, the bathing suites are beautiful lookin(donno about them in real life yet) but the cost of shipping really surprised me.

Pathetic! Ordered a Halloween costume which states same day delivery. It is a day before Halloween and still not delivered. Paid $50 for same day delivery and nothing. Originally purchased on October 24th. Cannot even get a hold of anyone over the phone. This is ridiculous. Spent over $200! Horrible horrible horrible.

I couldn't resist to buy more but for then, I had to.
The order came just in 3-4 days, Great packaging and loved the dresses more than i saw them online.
Material was fine made, comfortable, easy to wash and wear and perfect for summers.

Placed an order on October 7th for Halloween. It said that it would come in time, and that it would only take 2 days to process. At this time, the order is still "processing" and has not been shipped out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you do not want to receive the items you ordered. I have called and emailed numerous times to figure this out and have not gotten a response. (Order #*******). Keep in mind, I have spent over $130 and expected to get my items in time.

I will soon be filing a claim with my bank in order to get my money back. This place is a complete scam.

On 03/25 I ordered 2 swimsuits for a trip I have coming up and they shipped my order with FedEx and they claim to have delivered it on 04/05! I have 2 cameras in my windows and there's no footage of a FedEx driver at all! I contacted FedEx and they can care less about the issue and I also contacted amiclubwear and they can care less too! I left a review on their INSTAGRAM account and they deleted both comments and decided to message me then blocked me! All this could have been resolved by sending my items or giving me my money back! This was my first time ordering from them and will definitely be my last!

This review was based off of my first purchase from Cousins Brand, and I will surely be shopping with them again. I had ordered a Peach Hoodie in size Large, which was I received within the week. However, the size Large did not fit properly, so I contacted David of the brand who said he would send me a replacement in a smaller size along with a package to return my current hoodie. Upon arrival of the second correctly sized hoodie, I noticed some defects in the item and asked David if he could make it right. Needles to say, I was treated with the best customer service I had ever received; even better thanosteoporosis large scale companies would offer. David made everything right and I will surely be shopping with the company again.

Ami clubwear is my go to when I need someone cheap but high quality. Whenever I wear things from here I get so many compliments and people asking me where I get my clothes from. If I see something expensive in stores or online I always check to see if ami clubwear has the same thing cus it's always a way better price!

I hate this site. I waised 50 bucks on cheap $#*! bikinis! It was final sale and I read the size chart to pick out my exact sized and it stil didnt fit! Scam artists that just want your money dont go here!

Items descibed as cotton was actually polyester on 2 seperate occations. So cheap and see thru. Horrible material. Belt was missing when its listed as included on site. Stitching was uneven and weird. Shiping expensive. Sizing is off. You pick up the tab both ways! Plus restock fees.

The company sucksI bought a pair of brown boots they were damaged I sent them back cost me $38 postage one in the boots for work and then I miss Gonzalez Office me $13.49 store credit instead of sending me another pair I will never do business with this company ever again if youre smart you wont either
