I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear

They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.

I ordered 7 items from them on the 13th of June and on the 17th the order still says processing and I have already made my payment. I sent them an email asking when my items are going to arrive and got no answer. I shopped on this website a lot in the past but the service has really gone down to 0. Won't be shopping with them again after I get my items or if I ever get my items.

I would give 0 star rating if there was an option. Anyway I bought items from amiclubwear, and I had store credit, the store credit did not apply when I tryed to buy my items and so instead they charged my paypal account for the whole total. I asked them to cancel my order and give me my credit, the person who was talking to me was ordering me to cancel my dispute from paypal and when i refused and asked him to cancel my order he told me he will suspend my account and keep my store credit. They are worst company ever and rude and unprofessional who abuse the buyers and greedy son of $#*!es.

They have suspended my account today and that is such a wonderful way of showing how much you care for your customers...

I ordered 2 bathing suits from this site for my upcoming vacation. Based on the shipping info listed I thought i had plenty of time to receive them before I left. Needless to say I had to stop at a local Wal-Mart in town to get a suit. Once I returned home from my trip they were in the mailbox. I ordered Medium and usually wear a small and they fit like a toddler suit. I couldn't even get them over my knees! I was so upset. Worst of all I couldn't get a refund cuz they are final sale n non refundable. I learned my lesson. I'm not shopping with them anymore.

My 2nd time ordering from Amiclubwear. (1st time was one pair of shoes about 5 yrs ago) any way. I placed my order on 10/31/17 used the 65% off coupon vs free shipping (i saved more) i ordered 5 dresses, 2 sun hats, 1 sweatshirt and 1 pair of heels. All size S. Received tracking ans shipping on 11/2/17 and received my order today 11/8/17 via UPS. 1 BOX and everything was individually wrapped in plastic bags with labels (just as the high end stores) EVERYTHING is of awesome quality. And perfect fit. Im 5"6 144lbs. I wear size 2/4. These dresses fit JUST LIKE their models. If not better. My shoes are great quality and true to size. My sunhats are fabulous. I will continue to order from Amiclubwear. Shipping may not be free. But was well worth the time and material. I read the other reviews while i waited for my order. And I had to make sure it was the same company! I am nothing short of impressed by THEIR brands. - all the way from Maryland..

I ordered a costume off the site about 2 weeks ago. They emailed me it was shipped but when I tracked it, it said it was going back to the sender. I emailed them asking why, no response. Then I got another email saying it was delivered to my home but instead it was delivered back to them. Sent another email if they were going to send it out again and still no response. I've been trying to contact customer service for the past week and no one answers the phone. I tried to reach out through Instagram and TikTok and no one answers. I just want my package.

I have ordered off this site many times and while some orders i was perfectly happy with, they came on time and fit perfectly. If you complain about the quality well you get what you pay for, they tell you what the materiel they used to make the item so yes some look cheap as hell and thats because they are. Every pair of shoes I ordered where perfect. I have had bad experiences though for instance i payed for a few idems and when i received the package one or two were missing then i read the order sheet only to realize they were blacklisted meaning they weren't in stock so obviously i was displeased with having to pay for an item that they knew was out of stock and when that happended they ignored me for a full 3 months but still no item nor refund. So i do love this site but it definitely has its flaws.

AMIClubwear has good things but their customer service is horrible! They are extremely unprofessional and lie to clients and they are NEVER willing to look out for the clients interest as most companies would. They need to work on their customer service skills or hire better employees.

My experience was lovely. I got exactly what I ordered. The service was quick and efficient. Have ordered two separate items of clothing from amiclubwear on two separate occasions both items delivered within couple of days, super-fast shipping service with consistency, securely packaged items with minimal packaging. They were professional, attentive, supportive and very customer focused.My experience with amiclubwear was great. I am very happy withe the service i recieved from Amiclubwear. Great experience shopping online with this company. Highly recommended online experience.

Placed an order for shoes and a dress for my birthday party...
I got the shoes but they sent the wrong color
Never recieve the dress
I tried phoning customer service no luck just a long wait and no answer.
Finally got throygh via emails just to be told i want b refunded my money but a store credit was granted for 17.99
I was charged 30 plus dollars for the dress
Since then i been emailing Jacqueline to resolve my issue and she has been ignoring my email.

When I was looking for awesome dress with in my own city, none of them could provide quality for a good price and a great timeline. But when I looked elsewhere, I found amiclubwear and I am so grateful. I ordered three dress and they arrived quicker than other things I also ordered. The quality is great and the price is so reasonable. I plan to buy more products in the future. The customer service is top notch and cannot be beat. Thank you so much. Simply the best and the quality is unmatched for the price.

The dress I received was amazing, great quality and fit. Highly recommend.

I ordered shoes from here twice a month in bulks. This last time I ordered 3 pair of shoes, 2 of which they sent the wrong size and items. I tried to rectify it with them but they did not respond after I sent proof of with the barcode and picture of the items they sent. I have been a customer for over two years and I cannot believe they handled me like this. When I checked the site to review my account of the item's I had ordered I noticed they no longer had my size. It seem to me they sent the wrong items on purpose and was not going to take any accountability for it. Please avoid. I am not sure if it is managed by someone else but it's definitely not the same customer service from the past.

This website is terrible! I recied 2 of 3 items incorrect! One was the wrong size the other was the wrong shoe. Everytime I tried to contact them I was put on hold for ever, emails were not helpful or informative. When they sent me my refund it was the incorrect amount. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Placed an order for Halloween costume paid $50 for 2 day express shipping and still waiting for my item. I contacted customer service to at least reimburse the shipping fee since it was taking them a week to send me the item they indicated they couldn't refund because processing time is 2-3 days for them to prepare your item. What is the point of offering and paying for express when it still takes a week! My estimated delivery date was suppose to be the 29th!

I have been a customer for AMI clubwear for over 15 years. But what I experienced last week was nothing like I have a experienced before with this company. I ordered four items and only received three. They telling me that I have all of my items. I have no reason to lie the item that is missing is a $10 dress why would I need to lie about a $10 dress. I've been emailing they telling me that they gonna get back to me I've been leaving voicemails no return. I'm just trying to get my money back on my dress. The quality and the clothes that AMI have now it's nothing like before they cheaply made they do a replica of outfits is that the authentic or original outfits which is a bother to me because before they had quality clothes. After I get the situation handled I will not purchase from this company again. I lovED AMI clubwear and used tell a lot of people about this company and I have spent a good amount of money in this company but after the situation I will not anymore

This was the first piece of jewellery i bought online but it will not be the last. I got excellent quality at a far better price then i would at my local shop.The ring I ordered turned out to be beautiful at a very sharp price. I had a nice exeperience with amiclubwear.The ring was delievered on time and the quallity was as mentioned on the website. They kept me updated with every step of the process.Top quality product at great price and the staff quickly responds to every question.The customer service is superb. Fast, friendly and professional. I am very happy. Thumbs up

I ordered two swimsuits, a dress, and a coverup from this company. Unfortunately, not one of the items fits properly.

The top part of one swimsuit is nothing more than a long piece of fabric. The top part of the other is way too small. Both bottoms are tiny. They are supposed to be a large, but I don't think any of them will fit my 9 year old sister.

The dress is okay if you were expecting swim suit fabric, and if you'd only like to cover your nipples.

The coverup is nothing more than a lace blouse. Doesn't even cover my entire butt. I would request a refund, but they only offer store credit, and I can't waste my time ordering from them again. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Oh and don't bother calling. You will be on hold for 30 min before your call gets disconnected.

I almost did not order due to reviews. I'm glad I went with my gut. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Immediately recieved an email confirmation. Two days later received shipping confirmation email. Recieved all 3 pairs of shoes exactly as shown on website, all the right size and all fit. I ordered the size I usually wear. No complaints at all. I will order again.

I am very very disappointed with the material/quality of the clothes. I just received my order today and no words can explain how disappointed and angry I was. The dress did not look anything like the pictures. I ordered the gorgeous black lace plunge slit front sexy mermaid maxi dress planning to wear it on my 21st birthday but there was a hole near the bottom of the dress, it was very disappointing not just that but the quality wasn't great either. I ordered 5 dress and 1 shoe and the only thing I was actually satisfied with was the shoe. I would not recommend amiclubwear to anyone at all! It doesn't compare to WETSEALs t-shirts. I wished I had done some reviews before ordering stuff from here.

Do not order from this site! I order a lace long sleeve dress from this site on August 11th. I revived the dress a week later and was cheap mad and very poor quality lace and fabric. I ordered a medium which is what I us all wear and the dress might would have fit a 10 year old girl. And I'm not that big of a girl. 24 years old 130 pounds and 5'7. I could not even get the sleeves to stretch around my arms. And all the tags and labels were all in Chinese symbols. So I sent the dress back same day I received it. Days went on and never heard anything tried to email several times no replies and tried calling and no answers. Finally i received my store credit of $14.99 when ipaid $22.99 for the dress. Freaking furious and ripped off..

I ordered 3 bikinis, all priced at $44.99. The shipment took 3 weeks to arrive, the bikinis were cheap, made in China, no elastic! One came in the wrong size and it took 5 emails and 2 phone calls for them to exchange it. They refused to accept any returns on the bikinis. DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS

I'm so happy to buy dress in AMICLUBWEAR.COM, This company with great customer service, always willing to go out of their way to help. It's always such a thrill looking for new brands (well, new to me) and feeling like I can dress more worldly than my usual, The company is still relatively young, so snap up the collection now! Those who love crazy prints and colors might not go crazy over her collections.

Per the website cancellations can only be done by contacting customer service via phone. I started calling at exactly 9am PST. (Hours of operation Monday - Friday 9am -3pm PST) So far I have called a total of 28 times, left several voice messages as well as emails. The hold times have been greater than 30 minutes yet I still waited only to receive a prompt to leave a voice message due to all representatives being busy. No one has called back and no reply to emails. Why mention that orders can be cancelled when no one ever answers the phone or emails? Because ignoring a customer that wants to cancel works in their favor financially. The method is to quickly ship item(s) out so that you have to go through their grueling return process. A process in which you can only receive store credit that can only be used on their website.

Amiclubwearhas great clothes, low prices, constant sales, and their customer service is excellent. They have the best customer service and they reply to your emails about questions faster than you would imagine. Thank you guys for your great service. Not only do yall provide very nice clothing choices at a very good deal. Very fast shipping with tracking and item described perfectly and is made of good quality products. Great quality for the price. Very nice feeling material on clothes very stylish. Keep up the good working and just keep on making that heat!

Placed an order with this company which was well over 500.00. Not only did they change my order, they jacked the prices up on sale items! Called them the 2nd day I realized they made changes to my order to cancel and they refused to cancel my order. The $#*!( I do mean $#*! items) I received was not what I ordered. They have lost me as a customer and I wish they go out of business!
