I love the variety of shoes on this website, but I was very disappointed on how different the sizes were when my shoes arrived. I wear a size 8 shoe, & when I ordered 5 different size 8 shoes, only one of them actually fit a true size eight. One of them I couldn't even fit my foot in, & another was too big to almost a size 9. There should be a way to say on a certain shoe whether or not it runs small or big before anyone buys it.

I placed an order and received the wrong items, email right away... no responds. I called and called... can't get in touch with customer service. I email again and called over and over again... finally get in touch with someone and get an RMA# for returning the wrong merchandise. I return everything and now am 1.5 month further with no way of getting in touch with them and no order received! I am SO SO mad! There should be something we can do against this!

Absolutely horrible.

I ordered a dress and heels for my bachelorette party.
The dress was cheap, but very cheaply made.
The shoes I ordered... NEVER CAME.
I've sent emails and they responded once saying they
Weren't in stock, but expected some soon.

I've been married for 2 months now and they scammed me.

Shoes don't run true to size. I purchase a half size up and I still had problems with the fit. I wanted to return shoes they only allow for store credit. If I were you I would seek another company to purchase shoes from they also didn't offer a return you have to pay to send them back for store credit. I rate the shoes at a 1 out of 5 stars only cause I couldn't rate it at a 0

Most times I can find some good buys on shoes, and then I don't. I have a few pair of shoes that I purchased from this site that came apart after ine or two wears. I was working (I work in bank), walking across the lobby and one pair snapped in half, then one time the entire bottom sole came off. Very embarrassing. No I didn't call or complaint, but I was very dissatisfied. I still order from y'all because of the great prices. I normally order ar least 8-10 pair per order. Tge last time I had to ship shoes back it was a hassle. I recommended this site to all my associates, I even advertise for y'all like I work there or received a pay check lol. A free pair of shoes of my choice would be nice. I love shoes. I think I got a couple hundred in my closet that I no longer have room for, their in my hall closet, under the bed, top n bottom of my closet, in baskets too. I am a shoeaholic. Amiclubwear? Yes I am.

I ordered from Amiclubwear recently. However, since the shoes were on clearance, I was not able to return to them, I needed to go up a size and I couldn't even exchange because the sales are final. I will be unsubscribing from them and continue to order from places such as Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle, even though I get there shoes for cheap and on sale, I can always return for a refund or an exchange. Amiclubwear doesn't have to ever worry about me again.

"the worst customer service ever. Purchased 2 sweater dresses, on the picture it looked like short dresses, when it arrived it looked more like a regular short sweater, i returned it over a month ago for a store credit, I still dont have that credit, i email customer support, call the sales, nothing, I get nothing back. The site specifically states that I wil get my credit in 10 business days, it has been well over a month and still nothing. I recently received an email from sales stating that I have my credit, well I log into my account and its $0, so I reply back to the email and the email came back to me saying that the message cannot be sent back to that address. Worst customer service ever, I swear, this is so irritating. Totally worthless place. I dont even want a store credit, I just want my money back because I will not be ordering from this rediculous place ever again."

Love the clothes, worst costumer service ever, you can never get ahold of anyone through the costumer service # dont pay extra for fast shipping if you order *special items* you wont get any your items till that *special order* is filled.

This company is ridiculous! Every time I order something it is not correct! I'm done! I've tried calling and calling but no one EVER answers. I've been calling for two weeks I'm sooo distraught! I'm still waiting for someone to answer so I can return the item that was delivered to me. WRONG SIZE AGAIN! I will NEVER Do business with Amiclubwear again

STAY AWAY. Horrible/Fraudulent place to do business with. Item I received was a size larger and had a stain and tear on it, gave me no refund after repeated attempts.
Models on the site make anything look good, of course because they're all fake. Let's get this site out of business and bankrupt by not throwing money away on something you will be DISAPPOINTED IN or Never get. I regret not having looked at complaints here before I bought.

I've order shoes from AMICLUBWEAR for some years now. I had only one problem with some Booties I order months ago and they were very diligent ensuring that I get the Booties replace as well as compensation. I must say that if you had any bad experience then you must try to reach out to them and I can assure you that it will get resolve. My problem was handle and fixed within a week. I ordered three dresses, one pair of shoes and one corset. Two of the dresses fit fine and were an accurate representation of the pictures on the website. The other dress that was pleather was far too small. I couldn't get it over my shoulders! All three dresses were a size small. The shoes were a perfect fit and accurately represented. If you want to buy a corset, however, buy one or two sizes larger. I am petite but busty (32 F) and usually a medium corset fits. I ordered a medium from Ami clubwear and it was too small. Also, I had to pay another $14.65 COD when my package arrived. This was AFTER I was charged shipping and handling to Canada. For $6 dresses and $15 corsets it's not worth my while to return them. For the reviewers that say their purchases don't look anything like the picture or are cheaply made, remember you get what you pay for. I didn't expect couture and I didn't get it!

All in all it was an easy ordering. This was the first piece of jewellery i bought online but it will not be the last. I got excellent quality at a far better price then i would at my local shop.The ring I ordered turned out to be beautiful at a very sharp price. I had a nice exeperience with amiclubwear.The ring was delievered on time and the quallity was as mentioned on the website. They kept me updated with every step of the process.Top quality product at great price and the staff quickly responds to every question.The customer service is superb. Fast, friendly and professional. I am very happy. Thumbs up.

So i ordered this really cute Cris-cross red bikini. I got it on time which was awesome but as soon as i put the suit on, the strings that were making the cute cris-cross design would pull the front of the panty line so close together that it wouldnt look right on me. Same for the bra part. There was no way i could just wear it without having my nipples revealed. So i had to cut everything and redesign it but i loved it after that. Im pretty sure they customed the suit for the model.

I ordered from this company before with no problems, however, this go round was not so great. I ordered an item and immediately after placing the order I called them and asked if I could modify my order. She said no problem! I needed to change the shoe size and she claimed she did. At no point did she ever say that because the order was being processed that it would have to be approved for the size change... WTF! So imagine my surprise when I get my item that I paid well over $60 for and it's the wrong f'ing size. Of course I called them and she said that because my order was being processed when I called (immediately after placing the order) it would have to be approved for the change. Had the idiot told me that when I first called, I would've canceled the order altogether and went with another company. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority for them! I'll take my business to the other companies!

I ordered 3 bikinis all in size large as I recently had plastic surgery and need tops to fit the new size. I am 5'2" and 120lbs so by no means a big girl but I do have wide hips which makes bottoms tricky. Sine my chest is larger (34DD) i thought a large would suffice... BOY WAS I WRONG! The bikinis i received were very poor quality and in no way a size large! Both tops and bottoms were way to small to be used!

I reached out to customer service and originally was told they were final sale but was later contacted and informed they would allow me to return them since i felt they were advertised incorrectly. Customer service from beginning to end was great! I will shop with them again due 100% to the great customer service! Hopefully i get better luck with the dresses I plan to order with my in store credit!

This is the worst place to order! I bought a dress was asking for a return they denied this. I will never order from this place again! There return policy is a joke... Make it visible where consumers know they can not return a dress! I made sure when I did purchase dress it did not say FINAL SALE! So they came up with and said you got a doorbuster item. Well then let the customer know that you can not return a item like this back. MAKE IT VISIBLE! Like other dresses where it says "FINAL Sale." Amiclubwear failed to do so! Go to other reliable websites for shopping where you dont have to run into issues like this. Poor customer service! If I could rate this a ZERO I would!

I abolutely hate this website and everything in it. A few years ago a ordered two pairs of shoes and when it was delivered to me It was only one pair. I called the company to let them know. I was told that in their record it showed that both pairs were sent and blah blah blah... Sice they don't do refunds I had to make another purchase, cal the company after to let them know s they could credit the money I paid for the other shoes. Too much $#*! I had t go through for cheap, $#*!ty $#*! products.

I placed my order on October 8 for a Halloween costume that I will be needing for an upcoming event I have received no update for my order besides in staying in processing status! I contacted customer service via email phone and Instagram which they post daily on and still have not received any type of response. This is my first time ordering and I will never buy from here again! Order number ******* NEED UPDATE

Totally disgusted with the quality of denim thigh high boots I purchased! Also purchased several pairs of size 9 high heels all of which are more like size seven and eights! Each pair of shoes are from different manufacturers! All very cheap quality! Not bothering to exchange any imagine the shipping costs trying to guess the correct sizes! Oh and by the way *free shipping specials DO NOT INCLUDE SHOES! OR OUTERWEAR! If you search long enough you'll come across the small print! SHOES DO NOT SHIP FREE! My entire purchase is going in in the trash! I won't donate it to goodwill it's that crappy! I make a lot of online purchases and have never saw such cheap crap! I ordered back in 2007, never got my stuff.
Tried to contact them every day for a week, no luck!
Never got a refund.
Now, 4 years later, they have ads in Seventeen magazine and i thought wow! Maybe they changed!
WRONG. I ordered this year and STILL NEVER got my stuff, not even a confirmation email. WORST PLACE EVER!
