On accident, I ordered the same order two times in a row. My computer was doing some weird things that. The two orders I made were supposed to be canceled but wasn't and the money was taken out of my account. If they would have at least given me a credit to use later, I would have been happy with that. Instead I have nothing and no merchandise was even sent to me so in essence they kept my money. This order was done on 4/5/16 and here it is 5/17/16. I have sent several emails and called and they never answer. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

AMI has the best styles in bathing suits! I absolutely love the way they fit around my curves. Makes me feel super cute and sexy! The shoes are nice aswell.

I ordered here the beginning of June 2020 and they had sent an automated email saying I should receive a tracking link WITHIN 48 hours it's been 2 weeks NO RESPONSE all they send is automated emails and no one calls no one answers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE MAKE SURE TO DISPUTE YOUR CHARGE! I order some bathing suits and order them on a small size since I'm a small petite which I weight 106 and I'm 5'2. I just receive them and there extra small does not fit me can't even pull them up dice I got them in a one piece I don't understand why they made too small only and 12 year can fit them I very disappointed and mad because they are final sale and they did not mention that they were gonna be extra small for a girl that weight at least 90 pounds or less can wear them

I Ordered two pairs of shoes Nov 22,2015. Received one pair but wasn't notified until I opened the box that the second pair of shoes were backordered. They enclosed a slip stating the second shoes would ship within thirty days. They charged Me for both pairs. I haven't received a refund or the shoes and it's January 15,2016!
I left one detailed phone message requesting a refund to My card and a call back request and it went unanswered. I emailed them just now with little faith I will hear anything from them. I wish I found this review site before placing an order. Backorder to this company means they take your money and never send your items and avoid you and everyone else they've scammed! Do not let them scam you as they did Me and everyone else on here!

Since my last review (below) I have ordered from AmiClubWear 5 other times. Ami has become my "go-to" store for beach wear. I usually use a discount coupon, which gives me swim wear between $17 to $22. I still wish they would ship to the V. I. (this is why I am not giving a full 5 stars), but my experience is still good - No Problems...

I have only ordered from AmiClubWear once, because they do not ship to the V. I. where I reside. I was happy with my purchase and the time it took to be processed and delivered. I bought from the "Door Buster" deals section, which I think is great. I also love that they often have huge discount promos on the entire site, like 45% or 50% off. However, I find that the shipping rate is a bit high, compared to some of the other stores I shop at.

This company is out of this world. I was first hesitant to order something custom for Christmas so close to Christmas because I was afraid I wouldn't recieve it in time but I did! And was Super happy with the quality and make of the dress. It was exactly what I expected. The quality of the product is very well made and their attention to detail is prestine. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Shipping was fast, customer service is excellent and the quality of the dress is awesome. All product dispatch tracking, among other qualities. Congratulations to the amiclubwear team. Love buy on Amiclubwear. Awesome after sale support, reasonable delivery time and good prices.

I ordered three dresses on Nov 7th. I received only 2 dresses Nov 30th. Today is Dec 8th i still haven't received the 3rd dress. I've called them multiple times no one has ever answered the phone. They're not replying to my emails either. This is my first and last time ordering from these thieves.

One of the best if not the best experiences I have had shopping on line. I have been looking for the style and color combination of this dress for over a year. Then I find it at amiclubwear on line, the order process, communication and quickness of delivery and the ability to track the order delivery have impressed me. I was a little worried when I found out it was being made in another country. But I have to say the quality and craftsmanship of the dress are top quality, I couldn't find a better made dress if I tried.

I can't articulate how much I appreciate a company that provides what they promise and take the time to keep you in the loop as the order progresses. This company has it dialed in and I recommend them to all that are looking for such products, you wont go wrong and you will be happy with the product.

First time trying this site out and I order a lot online and never had this happen but I ordered on November 5 2018 and still today it's in "processing" order #******* is nowhere to be found meanwhile they took the money off my card and no cancel order button is even on the page to get refund. Then I even called during open hours and they said they were closed and to callback during regular business hours they never picked up I had to dispute with my bank to get my money!

I WAS A CUSTOMER to Ami Clubwear and the company kept Making mistakes! Sending me wrong items or cheap material. I purchased Items and had to go out of my way drive to they're warehouse to get the correct items and pay for there mistakes. The last and final incident I made a large purchase for the holidays and the company decided they would keep my merchandise and my money! That was the last draw! I kept calling for my items and or my money back and they disputed it! They said my items were shipped and delivered, yet no one was home. I never till this day Recieved anything! Not even a refund! This company is Quick to take your money and send you cheap items or make mistakes and make you pay for them! I will NEVER shop here again!

I should have learned better to read reviews about the store when buying online. First time I shopped at this company and was so excited to see all the cute items. Ordered my item on December 15th, and today January 9th still no update. Stated "Your order: ******* still processing". E-mailed customer service on January 2nd, still no reply even after a week. Called customer service today during working hours - was put on hold for the longest time and still i couldn't speak to anyone. First and last time I am ever dealing with this company.

I bought two pair of boots on the on 10/6 I received the tracking number on 10/10 it said that I'm supposed to get them tomorrow, I order two pair of boots of 19.99 and 17.99 shipping was 14 but I had a coupon code of 35% so the total was 38. Well imma see if I get them tomorrow ill let yall know.

I order 4 bathing suits all of them worth more than $100. When the package arrive es only one bathing suit came and it was the wrong size. I called them up and it was very difficult to get thru them. When I finally got in touch with them I spoke to Ashley and she said and kept on repeating that my order was shipped with the correct weight. Can someone explain me how a bathing suit can weight more than 2 pounds an that was all the kept on saying.
Carmen the supervisor called and once again she kept on saying that the inverntory was right and that the weight was right and that they can't do nothing about it.

This website is a ripoff they will rip you off, they will mail you the wrong item, or they only mail you one and weight it for 4 items and say that your order was shipped.

I just received my dress nothing like the picture other item isnt even here and I needed it for a wedding it took them over a week to ship customer service will have you on hold than drop your call worst experience ever I know they website looks nice but its not worth your money and they dont ship out right away I place this order on October 6 still waiting on the other item to be delivered waste of time and money so upset right now

I ordered something on 2/9. It says it was "Shipped" 2/12 but in reality a packing label was simply created. UPS has NOT received anything. I have called & called, sent emails, and left voicemails. NO RESPONSE. I will reporting them to my bank as fraud and stop payment. Cannot believe these people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

For an item that is $75.00 and States COSTUME on the ad and shows a full costume in the picture on the right, should be the whole costume.

Not the $5.00 tube top I received in the second picture. (that even said it cost $5.00 on the packaging I received it in)

Either I want the rest of my Chestshire Tube Top COSTUME like the ad States (hoodie, tutu, legs and tail) or a refund. My boyfriend didn't pay $75.00 for a tube top.

When inquiring on the phone I was very sternly shut down. Numerious times.

Despite updating my address twice on the website, my order was still sent to my old address. After receiving the confirmation email, I tried to intervene. However, UPS said amiclub wear needed to authorize the address change. I spoke to some young sounding representative of amiclub wear. She claimed she couldn't change the address with UPS. Now what the "bleep bleep" is a customer suppose to do!? Guess I get to argue with their useless customer service that has limited service hours!

This was my first time ever ordering from them. I always shop at forever21 or Justfab. I was waiting for my order for two weeks and i opened the box and it was mostly cheap items i did not order. The item i was most excited about did not come. I'm soooo upset because these were christmas gifts. I want my money back! I can't stop crying I'm sooo upset.

I placed an order on April 15th. They asked to send copies of ids and credit card which was sent on the same day. Then they requested further proofs and again provided the same day. The agent stated my order was ready to ship upon receipt of my id (I had requested to cancel at this point since it was hard to speak with them I became suspicious) I called their customer service and first agent hung up on me. Second agent wouldn't let me speak and had her pre quoted answers ready and was just speaking over me with her ready answers already pre formulated. Ami hasn't answered emails nor calls since April 19th when I last spoke to them. My order hasn't shipped. No cancellation nor refund as well as no contact from them. Is this normal?

This company is so trash! I ordered 3 pairs of heels for different events I was attending OUT OF STATE! Went to my event, stepped out of my Uber AND MY HEEL BROKE! Yes that's right, BROKE COMPLETELY! I emailed them and of course they emailed back two weeks later saying "your heel is not that broken, so no refund will be processed, sorry this happened " Like seriously! WORST COMPANY EVER!
