I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.
Okay, I just got an email from the company today (4-17-17) that they will credit my account an additional $10 to help defray shipping costs related to my inquiry as to why I have to pay shipping costs twice (in other words, they did not ship my entire order and did give me store credit for what was missing from my order - my point was that if I spent that store credit, I would then have to pay shipping on the replacement order, when I had already paid shipping on the product that never arrived). So, at the end of the (long) day, I would have to say that they did what they could to make things right. Mind you, it was about 10 days of back and forth emails, at at one point I did threaten to contact their CEO directly (which I have done in the past with other companies), but, in all fairness, I feel compelled to update my rating to reflect the effort that they put out to make things right. Of course, it really never should have escalated to this point. Life is too short for this. Hope this helps.

Do not shop at amiclubwear they have the worst customer service on the planet. I had purchased 2 swimwear garments and they arrived to small and did not fit the size guide as well as had defects which include one having a hole in it and the other having a latch broken. AMIClubwear.com refused to grant me a refund and had kept stating how they do not accept returns. When I had every right to a refund 1 due to federal law items did not meet their sales contract and 2 items were defective. This is the most horrible customer service I had ever recieved In my life and all they wanted to do was keep telling me that for sanitary purposes they could not except a return even though I had every right for a refund due to the conditions of the items. Please heed my warning and do not shop there. They do not care about customer satisfaction they didn't even want to come up with an alternative solution. I was going to use this company to sell select products online, but the company refuses to drop ship to the customer, I would have to order them to my business and THEN ship it to the customer which is completely ridiculous when all I'd have to do for drop shipping is call and give an address. As bad as their reviews are they could use the extra business from me selling their products - I guess they don't need the extra business bc they scam ppl on a daily basis according to these reviews! The CRAZIEST part about it is they are asked every single day according to the representative I spoke with, if I was getting daily requests at my business for something THIS SIMPLE I would obviously meet the customers request
On June 23rd I contacted amiclubwear about my order that they shipped without one of the items without telling me that the item was out of stock. Since then I have sent numerous times, left numerous messages ( because they NEVER call back or answer the phone you are placed on a forever hold) they have not refunded my money or responded to me or even sent the item! DO NOT just DONOT buy from them no matter how good the deals look they are scammers and the quality is bad and their customer service is non existent. I am not sure I will ever get my money back but I hope you don't lose any to those people.
The quality of shoes is not bad for price. However the last 2 times I ordered I was missing a pair of shoes that they say are on back order and I never received them..

It was perfect I got my boots just in time for thanksgiving I didn't think I would have them so soon not only that every thing was in perfectly new condition! Will deffinitly be back!
I had an awful experience with AMIclubwear. I ordered 2 costumes from their website, the items did have a 3 day processing time, but a week and a half later the order still had not shipped. I contacted the company and was assured it was being processed and I would receive an email shortly with tracking information. Days past and no email. After several unreturned emails and no call backs after leaving several messages I finally got a hold of someone 18 days after I initially placed my order. At this time I was informed my orders were not in stock and will not be shipped. Now I only have a week to scramble around and try to find other costumes paying extra to ship them to me on time because of this company's irresponsibility.
This company is unreliable and misleading. I cannot understand why I was not contacted earlier to tell me their page is inaccurate and things they state they have in stock they do not.
I had never had such a unpleasant experience with an online store.
I will not recommend this place if you care about receiving your items. They sure are quick about taking your money, but don't respond to your concerns.
I purchased an item, after purchase they tell me that the expected date is two weeks pass the time i needed the items. What a bunch of crap and of course i caught the discrepancy after purchase call them to try and expedite which is not allowed and stuck with the item coming. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I emailed the same evening I ordered the item that was over $100 based on the poor reviews I am now seeing and over the fear it won't arrive in time after having ZERO response back (2 emails to Support) or an update on when I can expect my item. Please note, if I don't receive an update in the next 24-48 hours from AMIClub or PinkBasis, I will be disputing the entire purchase with my bank. Thank you.
I ordered $254 worth of dresses on 9/30/19 ($30 was for express shipping). I received my packaged and there were several issues with my order:
1. I DID NOT received 2 of the dresses I ordered and PAID for.
2. One of the dresses I ordered was the incorrect size
3. Several of the dresses did not fit and I want to exchange (the company does not allow for returns, which I was aware of, but still want to exchange for something else/store credit)
I created a customer service ticket (per the instructions on the website) for the issues with my order, on 10/6/19. I did not hear from them until 10/11/19. They only addressed 1 of the three issues I had. They asked for a photo of the dress that was the incorrect size. I responded on 10/12/19 with their request (the photo of the item showing the incorrect size). I also asked about the two other issues (the missing dresses and how to exchange the items). I still have NOT heard back from them. It is 10/19/19. This is unbelievable that a company, who operates out of the USA, can exist like this. I should mentioned I have called twice, on 2 separate occasions, and was on hold for 15 minutes each time and no one ever answered. I left messages twice and still never heard back. It is sad and upsetting, that a company can get away with this. I work hard for my money and this was a lesson learned! I understand that mistakes happen, but just ignoring a customer and not even including two items that were paid for, is unacceptable. Stay away from this company.

They sent me an incorrect order and made me pay the shipping to send it back. Plus when I called there the customer service representative Dianet was the rudest person I ever spoke to in my life, she hung up on me rather than helping. The supervisor jennifer would not even listen to what I had to say, she kept interrupting me.

Have ordered from this site multiple times before and didn't have a problem until I really needed an order to be delivered to me quickly for an event. I paid $40 for two day air shipping and received it a week later. No refund offered because apparently they think sending it after two days of processing counts as two day shipping. Didn't get my order in time and then they refused to answer my four emails asking them about it. When I finally called and sat on hold for almost a half hour, only to be told they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I won't be ordering from this site again out of principle. The customer service was incredibly poor, they didn't care about my issue at all.
Edit, in response to AMI: Yeah, you can say that all you want, but most people read "2 day shipping" and think they will have their product in two days. I know I'm not alone here because other people complain of the same thing. Either way, your customer service sucks because you can't answer emails and unlike most companies that offer store credit to dissatisfied customers, your company doesn't give a crap if your customers are happy. Writing a disclaimer on your site that explains that expedited shipping only makes you work faster to "process" a single order of one item doesn't make that good service. You couldn't even send me a confirmation email with my order- your business is rated an F on the BBB and it's no wonder why!

This "company" is by far the biggest rip off online! I spent $345 for an upcoming vacation. My order arrived 17 days later, had two of the more expensive items missing even though the box insert said they were there, and I had ordered a sweater dress that arrived worn, shrunken to the size of a crop top and frayed at the ends! When I attempted to call customer service I couldn't get through. After a total of one hour waiting to get a representative they informed me the the four pairs of extremely ill fitting shoes could only be returned for credit. The answer from them for the missing items was: "oh, that's a third party shipping we can't do anything about that". What?!?!?!? They DO NOT stand by their product quality. It is obvious this is a money making scam. When I informed the rep. That I wanted my card refunded and a credit would do me no good as I wasn't going to order from them ever again; they pretty much said "sucks to be you". I asked to speak to someone higher up and she transferred me to "Tiffany" who dropped the call before I could talk to her. THIS IS A SCAM!
