I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear

They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.

Do not order from this company unless you like to gamble and are willing to take a loss for items never received. This company steals money from their customers and from UPS. I've been ordering from amiclubwear.com for a couple of years now and they've slowly gotten worse and worse. Their items are so cheap, that it's not even worth the 30 - 45 minutes sitting on hold to do a return, place a claim, etc. I've tried a few times, sat on hold forever, then got a quick 2 min conversation where I was told they would file a claim with UPS, then refund my money after the claim. WTF! UPS didn't lose the package, package had not been tampered or opened! Their warehouse never put the items in the box, but said they did on the packing slip. If this is their business practice, then they are robbing customers and UPS should cancel their account because they are being robbed too! Aside from not receiving at least 1 item per order; I've ordered size 9 shoes and received size 6, ordered Large shirts that wouldn't fit toddler, ordered a purse that came with a broken strap, If you don't receive an item and the slip actually happens to say it was not in the package you still will not get a refund unless you call them, oh and cheap means price and quality. I consider their clothes/shoes to be disposable items because they don't last long.

I would strongly suggest not to use this site, I ordered a LG swimsuit and got a small, the straps were defective, I mailed it back to exchange it, they refused and asked me to pay 9 more dollars to mail it back to me, well it's been weeks, I never got the swimsuit back and they stole $40 from me. This place is a rip off, customer service is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I can not give amiclubwear.com a great enough review. Words cannot describe how much I love their shoes. And, the prices. Gorgeous shoes! Fast shipping and great customer service.

Their fabrics are extremely cheap even for Photoshoot. And size is off. Small size looks like kid size. I am very petite but I cant fit into any of the outfits I bought!

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 pair of shoes on the 2nd of February and I have not received the items yet I tried to call customer service but no luck. I left a message for a return call and no one has called back yet and that was last week. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I wish I would've read the reviews on them before I ordered from them.

I am extremely displeased with this site i placed an order on 12/2/2014 during their cyber sale allowing for the expanded assortment boots i wanted to be 55% off what a deal right no wrong after almost 3 weeks of waiting for my order i contacted them several times and was finally told that the boots i paid for were out of stock (although even now they are on the website in my size) so i agreed to exchanging them for another pair of expanded assortment boots so that i could still take advantage of the cyber sale discount on these type of shoes which are normally never included on any type of coupon or sale well after another 4-5 days i finally receive my order and my replacement boots wear not only damaged and obviously used they had this terrible mildew type odor to them. Trying to return them i asked if i could just exchange them for my original order because i noticed they are still available on the website and i was told no exchanges and that i could return them for store credit which does me no good because i cant just purchase the boots i wanted due to them no longer being on sale and that im to pay a 15% restocking fee on these piece of crap used stinky damaged shoes i didnt order in the first place. The fact that they can send shoes out in this condition is an outrage and there is not anywhere on the website that states they are selling used shoe needless to say they have lost my biz

Cheap material!

I ordered two swim suits and they look nothing like the photos. They look extremely cheap and I can't for one of them and they do not accept return and or exchanges which is a total scam.

Heel broke off and would not allow return, exchange, or refund for shoe! I wore them for 30 mins and said it's not a manufacturing defect. So I got a 30 mins wear out of $40 shoes.

This site is BOGUS. I ordered from them almost a month ago. I still haven't received my order. I spoke with a representative, and they stated that my items weren't shipped because they are on back order. She stated that my order would be flagged and that it would be shipped tonight. Well, after checking the status, it is still processing. I have now been on hold for the past 25 minutes. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Please stay away from this company. If I don't receive my order by next week, I WILL BE CONTACTING EVERY NEWS STATION AND ATTORNEY that I know. COMPLETE FRAUD!

I purchased a swimsuit from here in a size small. They sent me the top in a size small and the bottom in a size LARGE. When I contacted customer support they basically said that swim suits are final sale and won't do anything about it. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I've had an account with AMI for YEARS. My mom was the one who introduced me to the site. In all the years I've been shopping with them, I noticed they ALWAYS have a 50-52% off sale. I had a really bad experience with them almost 2 years ago (which is the order number I associated with this post), so today was my first time trying to give them another chance. I only considered this b/c I had requested to get an email when this pair of boots that I wanted was in stock. I got the email a few days ago.

So I ended up adding the boots to my cart and started shopping for other things. Let me explain why this is such a ripoff;

They allow you to either use the 50% off coupon, or, free shipping over $50, but you can't have both. The "50%" off leads you to think you are saving money, but in reality, that's the retail price in the first place. So in other words, you use a worthless coupon, and disqualify yourself for free shipping.

Anyway, I tried to use the free shipping code, and guess what? I can't do so because some of the items are clearance. So I used the 50% off code (which means all shoes are "50% off," but you'll be charged shipping for EACH item in your cart (calculated by weight). Why on earth did my order come out to $120, while shipping (for 3 dresses, 1 top, and 4 shoes) is $100?! Smh. My days of shopping on this website are over. I cleared my cart and will be requesting they close my account. I am so over AMI!

The customer service is the WORST. I placed a order a month ago and never received it. It took me a week to reach someone by phone to find out my package was sent to a old address they had on file which I had changed and made multiple orders since snd never had a problem receiving them. They made a claims report and had to check with a carrier to verify delivery. 9 days later I had to call them again to find out my claim wAs rejected because someone signed for my package. Obviously this person wasn't me! They told me they will resubmit the carrier claim which will take another 14 days! All I want are my bikinis, I'm not even asking for a refund. I'm afraid to reorder now and lose my 100 bucks I already spent. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told well the manager is just going to tell you the same thing. I waited on hold to then was told she was busy and will call me back. What a joke cause 4 days later I still haven't heard from them. Not only do they have bad business hours 9-3 but they seriously need to get some better customer service. Any other company would have feared losing a loyal customer and handled this situation much better. To be completely honest I've would have bought the other 5 bikinis I wanted by now if this had been handled already.

DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES? WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY SELL BADLY MADE CLOTHING AND TRY TO GET AWAY WITH IT. HAD TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY TRIED TO AVOID ME. IGNORE ME. AND THE PROBLEM. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS.IF THEY GAVE THE REFUND BACK AS THEY SHOULD THEY WOULDNT HAVE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS NO THEY WANT THE MONEY MORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEM IS NOT EVEN SOMETHING THEY GET. DONT SHOP THERE!

I guess today is my lucky day, i orday like 5 days ago in amiclub, i order 5 pairs of shoes, to get the free shipping, my package came on time, everything was there, i was so scared i read the reviews right after i placed the order, i am so happy that everythign coem on time and the shoes were in great conditions, no cheap quality at all, its amaizing i am so exitited with my shoes :)

I hate this site. The first time I ordered, I let it go because it was just a common mistake... I guess... The second time I ordered they actually refunded me my back for the stuff they didn't have in stock, the third time I ordered, they flat out just suck! They didn't have my boots I paid for in stock so they made me wait another week to have them refund half of my money back and I they didn't refund the shipping cost. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK! I am never going to order from them again! Worst service ever! I was so mad the first time I ordered from them and I called them and one of the girls there was just so ridiculously stupid! She didn't know what she was talking about, she didn't know how to answer why I was getting charged extra, and just made up an excuse it was tax charges... seriously? Taxed $30 after spending what almost $30? I spent over $50 but they didn't have it in stock so the website froze I was supposed to get free shipping but didn't and only got half the shoes I ordered and was charged shipping.
