I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.

I placed my order on Oct 14th for 3 Halloween items and I never received any shipping confirmation even after multiple emails and repeated phone calls for which I was met with no response. I had to comment on their Instagram page complaining about the situation before I received a half hearted response which simply said they would follow up on Monday since it was Friday that I commented. Monday came and I received no message from the company so I messaged them again on Instagram and again I was told that they would follow up. I replied that I was told that before and I demanded to know if my order had shipped or not and I was met with no reply. I finally received a shipping confirmation on Oct 26th through email that my package would arrive on the night on the 30th. I already had a ticket booked to travel on the 26th so at that point I began to look for costumes elsewhere since that costume was of no use to me. I messaged them through Instagram on Oct 30th that I wanted a refund since I am returning this package (that is unopened) today, Nov 3rd, and I have been met with no response.
I ordered SO many shoes and boots from this website. As long as the boots weren't suede material, they were GREAT quality. Nicely made, rubber soled, etc. ANY suede boots I ordered from them were some weird fuzz-covered canvas material. If I walked up a stairway and rubbed the material too hard, the "suede" rubbed right off down to the canvas-like material. Also, even SOME of the nicer boots I've ordered were badly crafted. After wearing them twice, the Sean down front of the ankle would split straight up the curve line between the foot and the spot that curves up the ankle towards the leg area. I've literally ordered at LEAST 15 pairs of boots from AMI and the suede ones - fabric rubs right off... the ones that aren't suede, the seam in the front that curves from the foot/through the ankle into the leg splits. I'm writing this review because as I went through my old shoes this past weekend to make room for my new boots received over the holiday --- I kept TWO pairs of AMI boots. Like I said, I've ordered many boots... and I kept TWO. As for their clothing, however -- I still have a decent amount of shirts and sweaters I've ordered from AMI.
The only reason I decided to make a purchase from this seller again was because I was left with store credit after a return, otherwise I would have NEVER purchased from them again. I ordered a Halloween costume from them back in October, and had to wait 2 weeks to find out from them that it was sold out.
I purchased 6 items, and after a week, I received ONE item. Another week passed by, and I received ONE more item. I was irritated at this point, because it had been two weeks, and they did not contact me telling me why my order was taking so long to process. So I called the company, and after waiting on hold for literally 20 minutes, I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative. This representative seemed like her mind was scattered all over the place, and it took her a long time to finally give me the information I requested. It turned out that the other 4 items that I ordered were out of stock.
I had a horrible experience with this seller. Not only did they charge the full amount to my PayPal account (I even left my reference number for the store credit like they asked in the comments section of my order), but I had to email them after waiting 3 days after submitting my order to see why I was charged the full amount. They did not process my store credit until I called them (and waited on hold for 15 minutes!). Then, after waiting two weeks to receive my order, nobody contacted me to tell me that my items were out of stock. I had to call them to find out the status. She refunded me the INCORRECT amount, and now they expect me to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a CHECK instead of refunding it into my PayPal account.
To sum it all up, this company has the worst service I have ever had to deal with. The Customer Service is near non-existent, and although the prices are great, I would not mind spending a little extra at other stores to not have ever put up with this kind of mess again.
Save yourself a headache, and stay away from this place!

I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business or a scam. Over a week ago, I ordered a party dress for a Christmas party. Their website states shipping within 2 days, and I paid for upgraded shipping, expecting to receive by the end of the week. It has now been over a week and I still have NOT received my shipment... furthermore, it still has NOT shipped!
I've placed 4 phone calls to the company, I've never gotten to a real person. I am placed on a 15 minute hold with overly loud on-hold music, then a voice comes onto the line stating that due to excessive phone calls, they are busy helping other callers and my call will be disconnected. Then the phone call disconnects!
I have emailed them several times, only received 2 responses, the rest have been ignored. Both have stated the same thing, Your order is currently being processed.
As your order contains special products through our Expanded Assortment Category, additional processing time will be required.
Your order will leave our warehouse once the special products are fulfilled.
We will send you an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
However, when I placed the order, it never referred to "expanded Assortment Category". Everything states that it will ship in 2 days. I'm now on day 9, still not shipped and they can't even tell me when it will ship!
I strongly suggest you only order from this company if you don't need your clothes anytime soon, and don't ever expect to get an honest straight forward answer from them. They won't!

I was happy with the product but not necessarily the way the product fit. I found they were not true to size and ran kind of small.
Ordered over two hundred dollars of items and was very disappointed with every step of the process! I found the items and the prices very good online, but as soon as I received them I learned the quality was very low. One of the dresses I ordered had been worn. Tags cut off and stains found on dress! I also found a pair for shoes I ordered damaged and not wearable! I was also sent a confirmation on a necklace I never ordered!
I went to the website thinking I could just fill out a form. I had just received the items in the mail (less then 24 hrs.) I found that you could not even find anything on there website giving you instructions on how to exchange or request a refund! I had to Google AMI Club wear returns and was able to find a email address that you email your concern to and they will tell you what to do! WHATTTT anyhow I did and received an email stating I needed to take pictures of each item damaged and prove with a pictures, item number, packaging and product... that I was showing everything I have ordered many times from many companies and will not be returning anytime soon! Not sure if I will get my money back! After sending 25 pictures of everything we will see
